The second packing 456 is located between the lower fixing portion 4520 and the bottom cover 451 to prevent water leakage between the lower fixing portion 4520 of the top cover 452 and the bottom cover 451. The protrusion 45121 is used to limit the second sealing ring 456, and prevent the second sealing ring 456 from shifting, so as to ensure better sealing performance.
The seal 453 includes an assembly 4530 and at least one pair of ears 4531 extending from the assembly 4530. The assembling portion 4530 is assembled to the assembling hole 4201 of the cutter head 420 to restrain the sealing member 453 to the cutter head 420. The assembly 4530 includes a second rim 45301. The top end portion 4521 of the top cap 452 is pressed against the sealing member 453 and is in close contact with the sealing member 453, the sealing member 453 is sleeved on the lower fixing portion 4520 of the top cap 452 and is in close contact with the lower fixing portion 4520, and the assembling portion 4530 is in close contact with the cutter head 420, so that water leakage at the assembling hole 4201 is prevented. The second raised edge 45301 is pressed against the first raised edge 4514 of the bottom cover 451 and is tightly sealed with the first raised edge 4514, so that even if water leaks from the assembly hole 4201, water can be prevented from flowing into the host 1, and the electronic components in the host 1 can be effectively protected.
The ears 4531 serve to seal the water outlet 45213 and prevent food material in the grinding cup 40 from entering the third channel 45210 and/or the second channel 45201 of the top cap 452, thereby preventing clogging and affecting water in the tank assembly 3 from flowing into the grinding cup 40; meanwhile, the food material residue can be prevented from remaining in the water inlet valve assembly 45, and when the water in the water tank assembly 3 flows into the crushing cup 40, the food material residue enters the crushing cup 40 again to pollute the food material. The number of the ears 4531 is the same as that of the water outlets 45213.
The ear 4531 includes a base 45310 and a second angled portion 45312 extending from the base 45310. The base 45310 blocks the water outlet 45213, and the second inclined portion 45312 abuts against the first inclined portion 45212 of the cap 452, so that better sealing performance can be ensured.
The valve means 455 is switchable between a first position in which the valve means 455 blocks the passage between the tank assembly 3 and the comminution cup assembly 4 and a second position in which the valve means 455 squeezes open the passage between the tank assembly 3 and the comminution cup assembly 4. The water in the tank assembly 3 pushes up the valve device 455 to move it from the first position to the second position, and when the water stops entering the grinding cup 40, the pushing force of the water disappears and the valve device 455 falls to the first position.
When water needs to be injected into the smashing cup 40, water in the water tank assembly 3 enters the first channel 4510 of the bottom cover 451, the valve body 4550 is jacked upwards, water enters the first channel 4510 of the top cover 452, then enters the second channel 45201 and the third channel 45210, finally water flows away from the ear 4531 of the sealing member 453, the water outlet 45213 is opened, and water flows into the smashing cup 40. During the upward movement of the valve body 4550, the elastic member 454 is pressed. When water is not required to be filled into the grinding cup 40, the ear parts 4531 are in fit sealing with the top cover 452 to block the water outlet 45213, and the valve body 4550 moves downwards under the propping force of the elastic member 454 to be in fit sealing with the first sealing ring 4551 so as to isolate the water tank assembly 3 from the grinding cup 40.
The water inlet valve assembly 45 of the embodiment of the application has better strength, and can avoid damage to the water inlet valve assembly 45 caused by stirring food materials by the crushing cup assembly 4; meanwhile, the water inlet valve assembly 45 has better sealing performance, so that food materials in the crushing cup 40 can be prevented from entering the water inlet valve assembly 45, and the blockage is avoided, and the water in the water tank assembly 3 is prevented from flowing into the crushing cup 40; meanwhile, food material residues can be prevented from remaining in the water inlet valve assembly 45, and when water in the water tank assembly 3 flows into the crushing cup 40, the food material residues enter the crushing cup 40 again to pollute the food materials; furthermore, water in the grinding cup 40 can be prevented from entering the main machine 1, and the main machine 1 is effectively protected.
The utility model provides a crushing cup subassembly includes crushing cup 40 and water inlet valve subassembly 45, water inlet valve subassembly 45 includes bottom 451, top cap 452, sealing member 453 and valve means 455, bottom cap 451 set up in top cap 452, bottom cap 451 is equipped with first passageway 4510, top cap 452 is equipped with second passageway 45201 and with delivery port 45213 that second passageway 45201 communicates, sealing member 453 includes ear 4531, ear 4531 is used for sealing delivery port 45213, valve means 455 can switch between first position and second position, and in the first position, valve means 455 cuts off crushing cup 40 with the passageway between water tank subassembly 3, and in the second position, valve means 455 opens the passageway between crushing cup 40 and water tank subassembly 3. The arrangement of the ear 4531 and the valve device 455 enables the inlet valve assembly 45 to have better sealing performance, so as to prevent the food material in the grinding cup 40 from entering the inlet valve assembly 45, and prevent blockage from affecting the water in the water tank assembly 3 flowing into the grinding cup 40; meanwhile, the food material residue can be prevented from remaining in the water inlet valve assembly 45, and when the water in the water tank assembly 3 flows into the crushing cup 40, the food material residue enters the crushing cup 40 again to pollute the food material.
