Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an air fryer according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a main body 1 having a cooking chamber 100 and a drawer fry tub 2 inserted into the cooking chamber 100. The main body 1 includes a plurality of side walls 10. A plurality of the sidewalls 10 enclose the cooking chamber 100.

One pair of the sidewalls 10 includes a housing 101 and a transparent member 102 disposed on the housing 101. The housing 101 is provided with a window 1010, and the transparent member 102 covers the window 1010. The transparent member 102 and the housing 101 may be integrally formed or assembled to the housing 101, for example, by fastening or adhering or welding or fixing with screws. A pair of said side walls 10 are located on the left and right sides of said drawer fry vat 2. In other embodiments, the transparent member 102 may be provided in one or more.

The transparent member 102 is made of a transparent material, for example, a transparent material such as PC (polycarbonate), ABS plastic, PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate), glass, or the like can be used. The handle 25 is easy to hold to pull the drawer frying pan 2. In other embodiments, only one or a plurality of the high-temperature-resistant transparent plates 23 and the sealing rings 24 may be provided.

The fry basket 22 includes a bottom wall 220 and a sidewall 221 extending from the bottom wall 220. The high temperature resistant transparent plate 23 is disposed on the sidewall 221. The sidewalls 221 include a first sidewall 2211 facing the panel 21 and a pair of second sidewalls 2212 extending from the first sidewall 2211. A pair of the second side walls 2212 are respectively provided with openings 22120. A pair of high temperature resistant transparent plates 23 are respectively disposed on the pair of second side walls 2212 to respectively cover the openings 22120. The high temperature resistant transparent plate 23 can be made of high temperature resistant transparent glass or other high temperature resistant transparent food grade materials.

The seal ring 24 includes a body portion 240. The main body 240 is provided with an assembly groove 2401. The second side wall 2212 is partially received in the assembly slot 2401 to retain the sealing ring 24 on the second side wall 2212. The sealing ring 24 is located between the second side wall 2212 and the high temperature resistant transparent plate 23 to prevent heat loss caused by a gap between the second side wall 2212 and the high temperature resistant transparent plate 23.

The high temperature resistant transparent plate 23 can be fixed to the sealing ring 24, and the sealing ring 24 is assembled on the second side wall 2212 to fix the high temperature resistant transparent plate 23 to the second side wall 2212. By the fixing mode, the sealing ring 24 and the high-temperature-resistant transparent plate 23 can be detached for cleaning, so that the high-temperature-resistant transparent plate 23 can be cleaned conveniently.

The high temperature resistant transparent plate 23 may also be directly fixed to the second side wall 2212, for example, by welding, adhering, or assembling, and the sealing ring 24 is only attached to and sealed with the high temperature resistant transparent plate 23.

When the drawer frying barrel 2 is assembled on the main machine 1, the pair of transparent pieces 102 are respectively positioned at the outer sides of the pair of high temperature resistant transparent plates 23, and an operator of the air fryer can observe the condition that the food in the frying basket 22 is fried through the transparent pieces 11 and the high temperature resistant transparent plates 23; the insulating space 10201 is located between the high temperature resistant transparent plate 23 and the base 1020. The fry basket 22 is in clearance fit with the side wall 10 of the main machine 1 so as to conveniently pull the drawer fry bucket 2.

The high-temperature-resistant transparent plate 23 is arranged on the side wall 221 of the frying basket 22, so that an operator of the air frying pan can observe the condition that food in the frying basket 22 is fried from the left side or the right side of the air frying pan, and can more conveniently observe the condition that the food in the frying basket 22 is fried without moving to the front of the air frying pan; meanwhile, the transparent member 102 is not shielded by the handle 25, so that the condition that the food in the frying basket 22 is fried can be observed more clearly; furthermore, the handle 25 is not affected, the high-temperature-resistant transparent plate 23 and the transparent part 102 can be made to be relatively large, the fried condition of food in the frying basket 22 can be observed more clearly, meanwhile, the high-temperature-resistant transparent plate 23 and the transparent part 102 are not required to be provided with a notch avoiding the handle 25, the structure is simple, the forming is convenient, and the manufacturing cost can be saved.

1. An air fryer, it includes the host computer that has the culinary art chamber and inserts the drawer frying barrel in the culinary art intracavity, its characterized in that: the drawer frying barrel comprises a panel, a frying basket fixed on the rear side of the panel and used for containing fried food, and a high-temperature-resistant transparent plate arranged on the frying basket, wherein the frying basket comprises a bottom wall and a side wall extending from the bottom wall, the high-temperature-resistant transparent plate is arranged on the side wall, the host machine comprises a side wall positioned on the outer side of the side wall, the side wall comprises a transparent part, the transparent part is positioned on the outer side of the high-temperature-resistant transparent plate, an operator of the air frying pot can see through the transparent part and observe the fried condition of the food in the frying basket through the high-temperature-resistant transparent plate.

2. An air fryer according to claim 1, wherein: the side walls comprise a first side wall facing the panel and a pair of second side walls extending from the first side wall, and the high-temperature-resistant transparent plates are arranged on the second side walls.

3. An air fryer according to claim 2, wherein: the second side wall is provided with an opening, and the high-temperature-resistant transparent plate covers the opening.

4. An air fryer according to claim 3, wherein: the drawer frying barrel comprises a sealing ring arranged on the second side wall, and the sealing ring is located between the second side wall and the high-temperature-resistant transparent plate.

5. An air fryer according to claim 4, wherein: the sealing ring comprises a main body part, the main body part is provided with an assembly groove, and the second side wall part is contained in the assembly groove so as to limit the sealing ring on the second side wall.

6. An air fryer according to claim 4, wherein: the high-temperature-resistant transparent plate is fixed on the second side wall.

7. An air fryer according to claim 2, wherein: the drawer frying barrel comprises a pair of high-temperature-resistant transparent plates, the pair of high-temperature-resistant transparent plates are respectively arranged on the pair of second side walls, the host comprises a pair of transparent pieces, and the pair of transparent pieces are respectively positioned on the outer sides of the pair of high-temperature-resistant transparent plates.

8. An air fryer according to claim 1, wherein: the side wall comprises a shell, and the transparent piece and the shell are integrally formed or assembled on the shell.

An air fryer according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein: the transparent piece comprises a base and an extension part extending from the base, the base and the extension part enclose an insulating space, and when the drawer frying barrel is assembled on the host machine, the insulating space is positioned between the high-temperature-resistant transparent plate and the base.

10. An air fryer according to claim 9, wherein: the fry basket is in clearance fit with the side wall of the main machine.
