In some embodiments, the additional air duct 40 of the present invention further includes: a lower molding 45 having a main body section 451 extending in the left-right direction and the front-rear direction and two side wall sections 452 extending upward from the left and right ends of the main body section 451; the body section 451 of the lower molding 45 is configured to cover the lower surfaces of the body sections 431 and 441 of the upper and lower cover plates 43 and 44, and the sidewall section 452 of the lower molding 45 is configured to cover the outer surfaces of the sidewall sections 432 and 442 of the upper and lower cover plates 43 and 44. The appearance of the entire indoor unit 100 can be further improved by providing the lower molding 45. The top end of the lower molding 45 may be adjacent to the lower end of the side molding 17. The front and rear portions of the upper surface of the main body section 451 of the lower molding strip 45 may be provided with a plurality of hooks 453 at intervals in the lateral direction to fix the lower molding strip 45 to the upper cover plate 43.
In some embodiments, the front side of the additional air duct 40 of the present invention is further formed with a receiving groove 435 extending in the transverse direction above and/or below the air outlet 41, and the light bar 48 is fixed in the receiving groove 435. Through set up lamp strip 48 on additional wind channel 40, can promote the utility model discloses the pleasing to the eye degree of indoor set 100 of the embodiment.
Since the outlet 41 is located at the front side of the additional air duct 40 and extends in the transverse direction, the flow direction of the air flowing into the additional air duct 40 from the inlet 42 is perpendicular to the flow direction of the air flowing out of the additional air duct 40. That is, the airflow needs to be reversed by approximately 90 degrees within the additional air chute 40. In order to ensure uniform air outlet in the transverse direction of the air outlet 41, a plurality of flow guiding ribs (not shown) may be disposed inside the additional air duct 40 at intervals in the transverse direction to guide the additional air flowing into the additional air duct 40 in the transverse direction to the air outlet 41. In other words, the additional air flowing transversely in the additional air duct 40 can be guided to the air outlet 41 more uniformly by the guide ribs, so that the heat exchange airflow flowing out from any position of the heat exchange airflow outlet 11 can be mixed with the additional air flowing out from the air outlet 41, and the air outlet uniformity of the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner in the transverse direction is improved in the aspects of the air outlet temperature and the air outlet quantity. The flow guiding ribs may have a shape that is convexly curved toward a side away from the windward side thereof, and thus, the flow guiding ribs may have a capability of retaining a preset amount of airflow at the windward side thereof (the side where the windward side is located), and the preset amount of airflow may flow forward to the air outlet 41 under the guiding action of the flow guiding ribs, thereby achieving uniform air outlet of the air outlet 41 in the lateral direction under the cooperation of the plurality of flow guiding ribs.
As mentioned above, the outlet airflow of the indoor unit 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention may include the additional air flowing out through the air outlet 41, the indoor air flowing out through the air guiding duct 80, and the heat exchange airflow sent out through the heat exchange airflow outlet 11. In some embodiments, the additional duct 40 of the present invention is also configured to move up and down relative to the housing 10, so that the outlet airflow can be adjusted. The change of the gap between the additional air duct 40 and the casing 10 affects the drainage effect of the drainage air duct 80, and further affects the proportion of each part of the air flow in the outlet air flow, the mixing effect of each part of the air flow, the whole air guiding amount and the whole air supplying amount. Therefore, different air outlet effects can be obtained by adjusting the up-and-down movement of the additional air duct 40, and the user experience is further improved.
As shown in fig. 2 and 8, the indoor unit 100 of the present invention further includes a lifting mechanism 90 disposed inside the casing 10 and configured to be connected to the side end 402 to drive the additional air duct 40 to move up and down relative to the casing 10. The lifting mechanism 90 may include a gear 91, a rack 92, a motor 93, a gear box and a roller 95, wherein the rack 92 extends in the up-down direction and is fixed to the side end 402, the gear 91 is engaged with the rack 92, and the motor 93 drives the gear 91 to rotate so as to drive the additional air duct 40 to move up and down. The two elevating mechanisms 90 are respectively disposed inside the two side walls of the casing 10 and respectively connected to the two side end portions 402. The rack 92 includes a toothed portion 921, a non-toothed portion 922, and an insertion portion 923. The toothed portion 921 meshes with the gear 91, the non-toothed portion 922 is located below the toothed portion 921, and the plug portion 923 is located below the non-toothed portion 922. The side end portion 402 and the toothless portion 922 are provided with fixing holes 437 and 924, respectively, and the rack 92 and the side end portion 402 are fixed by fixing members inserted through the fixing holes 437 and 924 of the side end portion 402 and the toothless portion 922. The side end 402 is further provided with a plug-in interface 436 along the vertical direction, and the plug-in part 923 is inserted into the plug-in interface 436; a hook is formed at the end of the plug portion 923 to be engaged with the side end portion 402. The gear box includes a box body 941 and a cover body 942 fixed inside the casing 10, the motor 93 is fixed inside the box body 941, a roller slot 925 is further formed on the toothed portion 921, a roller shaft 943 is correspondingly arranged on the box body 941, and the roller shaft 943 is sleeved with the roller 95.
