本实用新型提供了一种经改进了的带小垫的无 损伤缝合线。它在原有的基础上，将小垫形状制成椭 圆或长圆状，从而有效地解决了长方形小垫在缝合过 程中所造成的互相重叠、缝合不严密、表面不严整的 不足，避免了心内修补时所造成的血液涡流和心腔狭 窄。本实用新型尤其适用于圆弧形缝合面。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种临床手术用的缝合用品，具体是一种经改进了的带小垫的无损伤缝合线。
医院临床手术，都需要进行缝合。在缝合易撕裂的脆嫩组织以及对人体精细部分作修补或成型手术时，需加用小垫，以加强缝合效果。目前临床使用为长方形小垫，能满足一般手术的需要，但还存在不足，具体为长方形小垫的四个角会相互重叠，造成缝合不严密且表面不平整，影响缝合效果，及在心内修补时会造成血液涡流和心腔狭窄。为此提供一种改进的带小垫的无损伤缝合线，以加强缝合效果，即成为本实用新型的目的。
本实用新型是这样实现的：它由缝合线和带穿线眼的小垫组成，将小垫设计成椭圆形或长圆形。使用时缝合线通过穿线眼对创面进行缝合。由于小垫的形状的改变从而避免了互相重叠，特别适用于圆弧形缝合面，如人体肝脏破裂，心脏修补，大血管的置换等手术治疗中。

以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详述：（1）为缝合线，小垫（2）设计为椭圆形或长圆形，小垫（2）的穿线眼（3）即为椭圆的二个焦点，长圆形小垫（2）为二个圆相交而成，圆心即为穿线眼（3），圆心间距离为半径的1.5－2.5倍，以1.7倍为最佳。小垫（2）的选材可用符合医用埋藏要求的合成材料，如涤纶织物、涤纶毡、膨体聚四氟乙烯及其它发泡材料。使用本实用新型广泛适用于各种手术，尤其是精细部分、脆嫩组织的圆弧形缝合面。

1、一种临床手术缝合用带小垫的无损伤缝合线，由缝合线、和带穿线眼的小垫组成，其特征在于小垫为椭圆形或长圆形。
2、如权利要求1所述的无损伤缝合线，其特征在于椭圆形小垫的穿线眼位置即为椭圆的焦点。
3、如权利要求1所述的无损伤缝合线，其特征在于长圆形小垫为二个圆相交而成，圆心即为穿线眼，其距离为半径的1.5－2.5倍。
