4. The self-contained garbage bag of claim 1 wherein the first garbage bag is provided with an adhesive member, and wherein the adhesive member is adapted to adhere the first garbage bag with the adhesive member during folding of the first garbage bag on the bag body.

5. The self-contained trash bag of claim 1 wherein the first and second trash bags are provided with a brace score and a second brace is provided on the brace score, pulling the second brace such that the first and second trash bags are separated and unfolded on the bag.

6. The self-contained garbage bag package of claim 1, wherein a sealing member is provided on the bag main body, the sealing member allowing the opened bag main body to be sealed to the bag main body by the sealing member.

7. The self-contained garbage bag package of claim 6, wherein fixing members are provided on both end surfaces of the sealing member, and the fixing members are used to fix the density member to the package bag main body.
