Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1-4, an electric actuator (not numbered) according to one embodiment of the present application includes a housing (not numbered) having an interior cavity 19 formed therein. For example, the housing includes a first housing 1, a second housing 2, and an armature housing 3. The armature housing 3 is formed by, for example, processing using a drawing press forming process. The first housing 1 is a metal member. For example, the first housing 1 is partially machined from a diecast blank, also referred to as transmission housing. The second housing 2 is a plastic part, for example, made of a hot-melt plastic by an injection molding process, and is also referred to as a transmission cover. The cavity 19 is located between the armature housing 3, the first housing 1 and the second housing 2. That is, the inner cavity 19 is a space communicating between the armature housing 3, the first housing 1, and the second housing 2. In general, a part of the inner cavity between the armature housing 3 and the first housing 1 is referred to as an armature cavity, and the inner cavity between the first housing 1 and the second housing 2 is referred to as a transmission cavity.
The armature 30 is mounted in the armature housing 3, i.e. in the aforementioned armature chamber of the inner chamber 19. The variator 6 is mounted in a transmission cavity of the internal cavity 19, and the armature 30 is in dynamic communication with the variator 6. For example, the speed change mechanism 6 is a worm gear speed change mechanism (not shown). The worm is fixed with the armature shaft, and the worm wheel is fixed with the output shaft. Specifically, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the basic structural embodiments of the shift mechanism 6 and the armature 30 are illustrated, and the positions of the shift mechanism 6 and the armature 30 in the housing are indicated by bracketed reference numerals in fig. 1 and 2, but the housing is not disassembled in the drawings to show their details in detail.
The first casing 1 is provided with a rack pipe portion 14 and a plurality of fixing portions 16. The plurality of fixing portions 16 include at least one fixing hole 12 for mounting an external fixing part, that is, each of one or more of the plurality of fixing portions 16 includes the fixing hole 12, or all of the fixing portions 16 include the fixing hole 12. For example, the plurality of fixing portions 16 include one fixing hole 12 and two screw holes or two fastening portions. That is, the fixing portion 16 can be implemented by means of either a screw fastening in some embodiments or a snap fastening in other embodiments. The fixing hole 12 has an internal thread, and the other can be screwed into the mounting fastener 44. The frame tube portion 14 is provided between the plurality of fixing portions 16. The first housing 1 is provided with a ventilation passage 10, and the ventilation passage 10 communicates the inner cavity 19 with the fixing hole 12. The air-permeable passage 10 communicates with the fixing hole 12 from a position between at least part of the internal thread of the fixing hole 12 and the internal cavity 19. That is, the portion of the air-permeable passage 10 communicating with the fixing hole 12 is at least partially internally threaded with the outside so as to form a seal when the fastening member 44 is installed. For example, the air-permeable passage 10 communicates with the fixing hole 12 from the bottom of the fixing hole 12.
When assembling the electric actuator, after mounting internal parts such as an armature, the armature housing 3 is hermetically assembled with the first housing 1, and then the first housing 1 and the second housing 2 are fixed by bonding with a sealant. Since the fixing hole 12 is used for mounting an external fixing part (e.g., the fastener 44), it is in communication with the outside before mounting the fixing part. When the armature housing 3 is assembled with the first housing 1 in a sealing manner, the fastening piece 44 is not installed in the fixing hole 12, and the air-permeable passage 10 can communicate the inner cavity 19 with the air of the external environment of the housing through the fixing hole 12, so that the bonding and sealing effects of the sealant are not easily affected by unbalanced internal and external pressure in the assembling process. After the bonding is finished, the air vent does not need to be specially sealed by a hot melting process like the prior art. Instead, as described below, when the electric drive is fixed, the fixing hole can be closed by the fastening member at the same time as the fixing, so that the ventilation passage is blocked from the outside, thereby achieving the closing without an additional special closing process. Not only does not need expensive hot melting process equipment, but also improves the working environment.
The wiper includes a frame plate 42, an electric drive, and a frame tube 40 for fixing to the vehicle body. The holder plate 42 has opposite ends, and the holder plate 42 is fixed at both ends to the fixing portions 16 when the wiper is assembled, wherein at least one of the fixing portions 16 is fixed to the fixing hole 12 by a fastening member 44. The fastener 44 is fixed in the fixing hole 12 to close the air-permeable passage 10. For example, the fastening member 44 is a screw, and the air-permeable passage 10 communicates with the fixing hole 12 from a position spaced apart from the fastening member 44. The frame tube 40 is pressed by the middle portion between both ends of the frame plate 42 and fixed in the frame tube portion 14. The first housing 1 is provided with a shaft hole 18, and the shaft hole 18 is located between the fixing hole 12 and the frame tube portion 14. An output shaft 60 is attached to the shaft hole 18, and the rotation generated by the armature 30 is decelerated and increased in torque by the transmission mechanism 6, and then power is output through the output shaft 60. The wiper includes a crank-link mechanism having a crank 46 fixed to the output shaft 60 and a link 48 pivotally connected to the crank 46.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the scope of protection of the present application is defined by the claims.
