Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be noted that all expressions using "first" and "second" in the embodiments of the present invention are used for distinguishing two entities with the same name but different names or different parameters, and it is understood that "first" and "second" are only used for convenience of expression and should not be understood as limitations to the embodiments of the present invention, and the following embodiments do not describe any more.
The terms of direction and position in the present invention, such as "up", "down", "front", "back", "left", "right", "inside", "outside", "top", "bottom", "side", etc., refer to the direction and position of the attached drawings. Accordingly, the use of directional and positional terms is intended to illustrate and understand the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the composite milk silk fabric comprises a surface layer 1 and an inner layer 2; and a waterproof moisture absorption layer formed by sequentially overlapping and compounding a first waterproof film 3, a water absorption layer 4 and a second waterproof film 5 is arranged between the surface layer 1 and the inner layer 2. The inner layer 2, the first waterproof membrane 3, the water absorbing layer 4, the second waterproof membrane 5 and the surface layer 1 are connected through breathable hot melt adhesive.
The first waterproof film 3 is provided with a first air hole 31, and the second waterproof film 5 is provided with a second air hole 51.
The gas on the surface of the inner layer can be exhausted from the exhaust channel formed by the first vent hole and the second vent hole; the waterproof moisture absorption layer formed by sequentially superposing and compounding the first waterproof film, the water absorption layer and the second waterproof film can absorb water vapor from the inner layer, so that the inner layer can keep dry and comfortable.
The inner layer 2 is formed by weaving third yarns 21 made of milk silk fibers, and is soft, comfortable and antibacterial. As shown in fig. 4, the third yarns 21 have a larger interval therebetween and have third ventilation holes 22 for ventilation and steam exhaust.
As shown in fig. 2, the surface layer includes first yarns 11, and the first yarns 11 form loops along the weft and are connected in series. The knitted structure is breathable and comfortable. The surface layer 1 comprises second yarns 14, the first yarns 11 comprise straight line segments and arc segments, the second yarns 14 are alternately inserted into gaps between the straight line segments, and the second yarns 14 are polyester fibers. The strength and the wear resistance of the fabric are improved.
As shown in fig. 3, the first yarn 11 is formed by twisting milk fiber 12 and then spirally intertwining with acetate fiber 13. The milk silk and acetate silk have smooth surfaces, the touch feeling of the outside of the cloth is good, the acetate silk is easy to color, the wear-resisting property is good, and the wear resistance of the cloth is improved.
