7. The quick tool change cutting apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the handle defines a retaining recess, the retaining block is a telescoping block, and the end of the retaining block is received in the retaining recess.

The quick tool change cutting apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein there are two handles, said handles having first connecting blocks thereon, said handles being connected by second connecting blocks, one of said handles having said first connecting block connected to said connecting bar, the other of said handles having said first connecting block on said second tool rest.
