The above-mentioned grinding roller 100 is provided by arranging the roller body 10 as the fixed member 11 and the movable member 12 which are detachably coupled, and arranging the first mounting plate 121 as a sealing structure which is replaceable with each other or a non-sealing structure with heat radiating holes 1211. When the grinding material is solid, the first mounting plate 121 with the heat dissipation holes 1211 is connected with the fixing component 11, so as to facilitate the heat dissipation of the grinding roller 100; when the liquid substance is added into the abrasive to assist grinding, the sealed first mounting plate 121 is connected with the fixing assembly 11, so that the liquid substance can be prevented from spilling during grinding.

Claims (10)

1. A grinding roller comprises a roller body, the roller body is used for containing products to be ground and grinding materials, and is characterized in that,
the roller body comprises a fixed assembly and a movable assembly, the fixed assembly and the movable assembly are arranged in a surrounding mode to form a roller inner cavity, and the movable assembly is arranged above the fixed assembly and detachably connected with the fixed assembly;
the fixed assembly is a sealing structure, the movable assembly comprises a first mounting plate, and the first mounting plate is detachably connected with the fixed assembly; the fixed component is enclosed to form a cavity with the volume being 1/3-4/5 of the volume of the inner cavity of the roller.
2. The grinding drum of claim 1, wherein the first mounting plate is a seal structure.
3. The grinding drum of claim 1, wherein the first mounting plate is a non-sealing structure with heat dissipation holes.
4. The grinding cylinder of claim 1, wherein the securing assembly defines a chamber volume that is 1/2-2/3 times the cylinder internal chamber volume.
5. The grinding drum of claim 1, wherein the fixing assembly comprises a second mounting plate, a third mounting plate and a bottom plate which are oppositely arranged, and the second mounting plate, the third mounting plate and the bottom plate are sequentially connected in a sealing manner;
the grinding roller further comprises a fixing piece, corresponding mounting holes are formed in the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate, and the fixing piece extends into the mounting holes in the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate so as to fix the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate.
6. The grinding drum of claim 1, further comprising a seal disposed at a junction of the movable assembly and the fixed assembly for sealing the movable assembly and the fixed assembly when the movable assembly is installed.
7. The grinding drum of claim 1, wherein the movable assembly further comprises a cover plate, the cover plate is a sealing structure and is disposed above the first mounting plate, and the cover plate, together with the first mounting plate and the fixed assembly, forms the drum body.
8. The grinding cylinder according to claim 3, further comprising a plurality of air permeable members at least partially disposed within the heat sink apertures.
9. The grinding roller as claimed in claim 8, wherein the ventilation member comprises a connecting portion and a ventilation portion disposed on the connecting portion, the connecting portion is disposed in the heat dissipating hole, the connecting portion defines a first ventilation hole communicating with the inner cavity of the roller, and the ventilation portion defines a plurality of second ventilation holes communicating with each other and the first ventilation hole.
10. The grinding roller according to claim 9, further comprising a filter member disposed in the connecting portion, wherein the filter member defines a plurality of third ventilation holes, and a cross-sectional area of the third ventilation holes is smaller than a cross-sectional area of the abrasive material.
