The treatment section selects sodium hydroxide as circulating liquid, and the sodium hydroxide is used as washing spray solution to be in gas-liquid contact with odor molecules in gas, so that odor components in the gas phase are transferred to the liquid phase, and odor substances are removed by neutralization, oxidation or other chemical reactions of chemical agents and the odor components;
