Abstract
一种单相二极插头，既能插二极插座，又能插三
极插座；和现有插头一样，插头铜极和导线相连后注
塑于塑料体中，但塑料体开有V形缺口，并可沿剖线
分开，用塑料量略少于现有插头，且由于本插头的结
构特征，使之避免现有插头经常出现与插座接触不良
的情况。
Description
本实用新型是关于一种改进的单相6A以下二极插头，该插头能方便地插入二极或三极插座。
现有单相二极插头插不进三极插座，在使用时常碰到这样的情况，墙上的插座是三极的，用电器插头是二极，人们常用钢丝钳将插头两铜插销硬转过一个角度，但这既容易损坏插头，又使插头铜极与插座接触不良。在现有资料中，也有能插二极或三极插座的插头，但因结构复杂而未能实施。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种改进的二极插头，它结构简单，成本和现有二极插头一致，既能插二极插座又能插三极插座。
本实用新型的任务是以如下方式完成的：如图1，两铜插销1分别和导线7相连后注塑在塑料体2中，2的一边去掉一部分，形成一V型缺口3，参见图2，塑料体2中上部可沿剖开线6完全分开，或在V型缺口3的顶点4处相连，剖开线6的剖开深度达缺口3的下顶点8处，图2为插头和二极插座相配时的顶部型状，当需插三极插座时，用手捏塑料体2的两边，使V型缺口3闭合，参见图3，剖开线6分开成一个大V字型。根据国家标准，二极插座的插套中心距离为12.7±0.15（mm），三极插座的火、零两插套中心距离为13.7±0.1（mm）。，所以V型缺口3的顶点4（见图2）距塑料体2的中心点5距离定为2.6～2.8（mm），使插头在图3型状时，插销的中心距离刚好和三极插座相配。
该插头在生产出厂时的型状可既不是剖开线6完全闭合，也不是V型缺口3完全闭合，而处于一中间状态，即剖开线6的顶端分开角度为25°～30°之间，最好为29°～31°，这样无论插二极或三极插座时，塑料体2均有一个向中间状态的恢复力，该力使插头的铜插销与插座的铜插套接触良好，避免现有普通插头经常出现与插座接触不良的情况。
插头的外观也可以制成如图4的型状，塑料体2为圆型（见图5）。
Claims (2)
1、一种单相二极插头，两铜插销1分别和导线7相连后注塑于塑料体2中，其特征是：塑料体2有一V型缺口3，塑料体2的中上部沿剖开线6完全分开，或在缺口3的顶点4处相连，剖开线6的剖开深度达缺口3的下顶点8处，剖开线6顶端分开的角度在25°～30°之间，塑料体2的中心点5与顶点4的距离为2.6～2.8mm之间。
2、根据权利要求1所述二极插头，其特征是：剖开线6顶端分开角度为29°～31°。
