a handle body;
a first cover plate adapted to be mounted to the handle body by a first connection structure;

2. The handle assembly of claim 1, wherein the first cover plate comprises oppositely disposed first side plates and a first panel connected therebetween, the first side plates and/or the first panel being adapted to be mounted to the handle body by the first connecting structure.

The handle assembly of claim 2, wherein the first connecting structure includes a first detent and a first detent that snap-fit with each other, the first detent being disposed on one of the first side plate and the handle body, the first detent being disposed on the other of the first side plate and the handle body.

The handle assembly of claim 2, wherein the handle body defines a mounting post, the mounting post defines a first mounting hole, the first panel defines a second mounting hole, and a fastener is adapted to be inserted through the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole to mount the first cover to the handle body.

The handle assembly of any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the second cover panel comprises a second panel arranged in a curved surface and a second side panel connected to both ends of the second panel, the second panel and/or the second side panel being adapted to be mounted to the handle body by the second connecting structure.

8. The handle assembly of claim 6, wherein the second panel defines a through hole adapted to receive a button.
9. The handle assembly of claim 6, wherein the side of the second panel facing the handle body is provided with a reinforcement disposed along the length and/or width of the second panel.
10. A food processing apparatus comprising a cup and a handle assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9 mounted to the cup.
11. The food processing device of claim 10, wherein the handle assembly is adapted to be mounted to the cup via a third connection structure, the third connection structure including a third detent and a third catch that cooperate with each other, the third detent being disposed on one of the handle body and the cup, the third catch being disposed on the other of the handle body and the cup.
