Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the side wall of the frame 2 near the connecting seat 5 is provided with a connecting groove 21, the top wall of the connecting groove 21 is provided with a hook groove 22, and the hook part 34 can pass through the connecting groove 21 and be placed in the hook groove 22, so as to hook the frame 2. The bearing strip 41 is used for abutting against the frame 2, the stability of the frame 2 is improved, the bearing strip 41 can be moved, and when the sliding piece 3 is located in the positioning grooves 43 at the two sides of the sliding groove 51, the bearing strip 41 can abut against the frame 2. The side wall of the adjusting bar 42 far from the frame 2 is penetrated with an adjusting groove 421, and the extending direction of the length of the adjusting groove 421 is parallel to the extending direction of the length of the adjusting bar 42.
Referring to fig. 5, the connecting seat 5 is vertical and is provided with the positioning block 55 adjacent to two side walls of the adjusting groove 421, the positioning block 55 is inserted into the adjusting groove 421, and the adjusting strip 42 can slide vertically under the guiding action of the positioning block 55. The positioning block 55 can slide relative to the connecting seat 5, and the sliding direction of the positioning block 55 is horizontal and perpendicular to the extending direction of the width of the connecting seat 5. A plurality of positioning grooves 43 are formed in the side wall of the adjusting groove 421, the positioning grooves 43 are arranged along the length extending direction of the adjusting groove 421, and when the positioning block 55 is slid, the positioning block 55 can be arranged in the positioning grooves 43.
Referring to fig. 5, when the positioning block 55 is placed in the adjusting groove 421, the adjusting bar 42 can move vertically, so that the height of the supporting bar 41 can be adjusted, and the supporting bar 41 can support the frame 2. When the height of the mirror body 1 is adjusted, the frame 2 is lifted first to separate the hook part 34 from the hook groove 22, then the frame 2 is taken out, then the sliding piece 3 is moved to move the sliding piece 3 to the other limit groove 53, so that the height of the sliding piece 3 is adjusted, and then the frame 2 is installed on the sliding piece 3 again.
