the seal cover comprises a cover body and a shifting piece rod which are connected with each other, the cover body is rotatably connected with the sleeve cover piece, the cover body and the sleeve cover piece are used for sealing the electronic disinfection piece, the shifting piece rod is located on the side, close to the disinfection mainboard, of the cover body, and the shifting piece rod is used for extruding the conductive elastic piece so as to enable the conductive elastic piece to be abutted to the second disinfection timing end.

The electronic disinfection device of claim 1, wherein the cap assembly further comprises a first fixing member connected to the cap member, the disinfection main board is provided with a first fixing hole, the first fixing member is disposed in the first fixing hole in a penetrating manner, the first fixing member has a supporting surface, and the supporting surface abuts against a surface of the disinfection main board away from the conductive elastic sheet.
