Claims (10)
1. The fixing piece is characterized in that the fixing piece (2) is used for being fixed on a protective cover (1) of a battery pack, and the fixing piece (2) comprises a fixing piece body (21), a fixing piece claw nail (22) and a fixing piece elastic sheet (23) which are connected with the fixing piece body (21);
the fixing piece claw nail (22) is used for penetrating through the protective cover (1) and deforming relative to the fixing piece body (21) so as to realize the fixation of the fixing piece (2) and the protective cover (1);
the fixing piece elastic sheet (23) is used for being clamped with the lower battery box shell (3) when the protective cover (1) is fixed with the lower battery box shell (3), so that the protective cover (1) is fixed with the lower battery box shell (3).

A fastener according to claim 1, wherein the fastener body (21) has an inside surface for engaging with the shield (1), the fastener claw (22) is attached to the periphery of the fastener body (21) at an angle to the inside surface of the fastener body (21), and the fastener claw (22) is provided with a pointed structure for piercing the shield (1).
3. The fastener according to claim 2, characterized in that the fastener body (21) is rectangular in shape, and the fastener claws (22) are attached to at least two opposite side edges of the fastener body (21), respectively.

The fixing member according to claim 1, wherein the fixing member body (21) has an inner side surface for being attached to the protective cover (1) and an outer side surface facing away from the protective cover (1), one end of the fixing member spring (23) is connected to the fixing member body (21), the other end of the fixing member spring is separated from the fixing member body (21) and protrudes from the outer side surface of the fixing member body (21), and the fixing member spring (23) forms an included angle with the outer side surface of the fixing member body (21).

The fixing piece according to claim 4, wherein the fixing piece elastic sheet (23) is rectangular, a through hole matched with the shape of the fixing piece elastic sheet (23) is arranged on the fixing piece body (21), the fixing piece elastic sheet (23) is connected with the hole wall of one side of the through hole, and gaps are formed between the fixing piece elastic sheet (23) and the hole walls of the other three sides of the through hole.
6. A battery pack protective structure comprising a protective cover (1) and a fixing member (2) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the fixing member (2) is fixed to the protective cover (1).
7. The battery pack protection structure according to claim 6, wherein the protection cover (1) comprises a protection cover main body (11) and a folded edge connected to a peripheral edge of the protection cover main body (11);
the number of the fixing pieces (2) is multiple, and the fixing pieces (2) are arranged on the peripheral folding edges (12) of the protective cover (1) at intervals.

The battery pack protection structure according to claim 7, wherein the battery pack protection structure comprises a battery box lower shell (3), a protection cover accommodating groove (31) for accommodating the peripheral folded edge (12) of the protection cover (1) is formed in the battery box lower shell (3), and a plurality of fixing clamping grooves (32) are formed in the side wall of the protection cover accommodating groove (31) at intervals;

9. A battery pack comprising the battery pack protective structure according to any one of claims 6 to 8.
10. A vehicle characterized by comprising the battery pack according to claim 9.
