The second fixing member 42 is disposed at the upper periphery of the pole leading-out hole 41, the second fixing member 42 is integrally formed with the top cover plate main body to form the top cover plate 4, the second fixing member 42 is in a continuous ring shape as a whole, and the second fixing member 42 may be in a discontinuous ring shape. The inner sidewall of the second fixing member 42 extends upward along the inner sidewall of the pole leading-out hole 41, and a through hole is formed in the middle of the second fixing member 42 and is communicated with the pole leading-out hole 41.
