It can be understood that the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth gaps together form an air return system of the whiteboard pen, the air return system is communicated with the atmosphere, the ink is conveyed to the wrapping core along the water guide core, the ink in the wrapping core is conveyed to the pen point to supply writing, and when the ink in the wrapping core is saturated, the ink in the whiteboard pen is in an equilibrium state; when writing, ink in the wrapping core is consumed through the pen point, and the balance state of the ink in the white board pen is broken at the moment, so that the ink of the ink storage part of the pen holder is conveyed to the wrapping core again by the water guide core, and the ink storage part of the pen holder can ensure that the ink is always in the wrapping core, thereby stably discharging the ink.
As shown in FIGS. 7a-7c, the pen cap 1 is a hollow cylinder, and a sealing ring groove 11 is formed in one end of the pen cap 1 close to the pen tip 6, and the sealing ring groove 11 is used for sealing the pen tip 6.
It can be understood that when the whiteboard pen is not in use, the sealing ring groove seals the pen head, and the pen head can be effectively prevented from drying up.
A gap is formed between the sealing ring groove 11 and the inner wall of the pen cap 1 and communicated with the outside, and at least one pen cap through hole 12 is arranged at the joint of the sealing ring groove 11 and the inner wall of the pen cap 1, so that the inside of the sealing ring groove 11 is communicated with the atmosphere.
It can be understood that the resistance caused by the vacuumizing phenomenon generated when the pen cap is pulled out is reduced through the pen cap through hole 12 at the joint of the sealing ring groove 11 and the inner wall of the pen cap 1.
The pen cap through holes 12 are arranged at the connection part of the sealing ring groove 11 and the inner wall of the pen cap 1 at intervals.
It should be noted that the number of the pen cap through holes 12 may be any suitable number, and in the embodiment, the number of the pen cap through holes 12 is 4 and the same distance is set.
As shown in fig. 3a, 3e, 4a, 4c, the first liner 3 comprises at least one anti-rotation rib 32 and the second liner comprises an anti-rotation slot 46 cooperating with the anti-rotation rib 32, thereby preventing the second liner 4 from rotating relative to the first liner 3.
It should be noted that the number of the rotation stopping ribs and the corresponding rotation stopping grooves may be any suitable number, and in this embodiment, there are 2 rotation stopping ribs symmetrically disposed and 2 rotation stopping grooves matching with each other.
The rotation stop rib 32 is engaged with the rotation stop groove 46, and a gap is formed between the rotation stop groove 46 and one end of the rotation stop rib 32 axially close to the rotation stop groove 46, so that air flow can pass through.
It can be understood that after the rotation stopping ribs and the rotation stopping grooves are clamped and assembled, gaps are formed between the rotation stopping ribs and the rotation stopping grooves in the axial direction, so that air flow can pass through the gaps, and the gaps and an air return system formed by the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth gaps can jointly act to stabilize ink supply of the whiteboard pen.
As shown in fig. 3a, 3e and 4a-4c, the first liner 3 includes a plurality of first rib locations 33, and the first rib locations 33 and the second rib locations 41 cooperate to form a circuitous airflow channel for airflow.
