It should be understood that in other embodiments of the present application, the fixing member 310 may fix the sliding portion 321 as follows: the sliding portion 321 has a plurality of pin holes, and when the sliding portion 321 is moved to a predetermined position, the fixing member 310 is fitted to the mounting plate 200 through the pin holes, thereby fixing the sliding portion 321 to the mounting plate 200.
In addition, optionally, in some embodiments of the present application, in order to improve the sliding stroke of the sliding portion 321 relative to the mounting plate 200, one end of the sliding groove 3211 extends into the slot 324; when the fixing member 310 moves in the sliding groove 3211 so that the fixing member 310 corresponds to the inside of the slot 324, in order to facilitate the operation of the fixing member 310, a notch 3231 is formed on the limiting portion 323, and the notch 3231 is disposed corresponding to the sliding groove 3211; a user can pass through the notch 3231 to extend into the sliding groove 3211, thereby facilitating the operation of the fixing member 310.
In the embodiment of the present application, the mounting plate 200 includes a connection portion 210 and a mounting portion 220.
One side of the connection part 210 is connected to one side of the base plate 100, and the connection part 210 is inclined with respect to the base plate 100 such that the base plate 100 forms a U-shape together with the two mounting plates 200; in addition, the mounting plate 200 may be regarded as being inclined with respect to the base plate 100. It should be noted that, in some embodiments of the present application, in order to facilitate the installation of the vacuum pad on the base plate 100, the connecting portion 210 forms an obtuse angle with the base plate 100, so that the two connecting portions 210 substantially form a flaring shape. It is worth noting that in the case that the vacuum pad is installed on the base plate 100, the vacuum pad is located between the two connection portions 210, so that the vacuum pad can be provided with a limit function through the two connection portions 210, and the stability of the installation of the vacuum pad on the base plate 100 is improved. Of course, in other embodiments of the present application, the connecting portion 210 may be disposed to be even with the bottom plate 100, in other words, the connecting portion 210 may be an outer portion of the bottom plate 100.
A mounting portion 220 is provided at the other side of the connection portion 210, and a connector may be engaged with the mounting portion 220 to achieve the fixation of the thermoplastic film; the movable clip 300 is movably disposed on the mounting portion 220, and the movable clip 300 is movable relative to the mounting portion 220 to selectively move toward or away from the thermoplastic film. It should be noted that in some embodiments of the present application, the mounting portion 220 and the bottom plate 100 are parallel to each other.
Optionally, in order to facilitate the sliding fit between the movable buckle 300 and the mounting portion 220, in some embodiments of the present application, the mounting portion 220 is provided with a sliding slot 222, the sliding slot 222 of one of the mounting portions 220 extends towards the other mounting portion 220, and the movable buckle 300 is slidably engaged with the sliding slot 222, in other words, the movable buckle 300 can reciprocate linearly along the extending direction of the sliding slot 222. In the case of viewing fig. 2, the longitudinal direction of the mounting portion 220 is the extending direction of the mounting portion 220, and in this case, the bottom plate 100 is located on one side of the mounting portion 220; in this case, the sliding slot 222 opens toward the bottom plate 100, and the extending direction of the sliding slot 222 forms an angle with the extending direction of the mounting portion 220, so that the movable catch 300 can selectively approach or separate from the bottom plate 100 while sliding along the sliding slot 222, thereby achieving the purpose of selectively moving away or approaching the thermoplastic film. Of course, alternatively, taking fig. 2 and 3 as an example, the extending direction of the sliding groove 222 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the mounting portion 220. It should be understood that in other embodiments of the present application, the extending direction of the sliding slot 222 may form an acute angle with the mounting portion 220.
Note that, the sliding portion 321 is slidably engaged with the sliding groove 222, and the fixing member 310 is engaged with the bottom wall of the sliding groove 222 through the sliding portion 321. In order to facilitate the thermoplastic film to extend into the locking groove 324, the clamping portion 322 and the limiting portion 323 protrude from the sliding slot 222, as shown in fig. 5. In addition, in the case that the sliding groove 3211 slides along the sliding groove 222, the sliding groove 222 may provide a stopper effect to the sliding portion 321 to ensure that the sliding portion 321 slides rapidly toward the thermoplastic film to clamp the thermoplastic film.
As described above, under the condition that the patient needs to be positioned, the vacuum pad is firstly placed on the bottom plate 100, the mounting groove 110 on the bottom plate 100 is configured to mount the vacuum pad, and the stability of the vacuum pad mounted on the bottom plate 100 can be ensured by the limiting effect of the through hole mounting groove 110. After the vacuum pad placement is complete, the patient may move onto the vacuum pad; the vacuum pad can fully contact with the patient to improve the accuracy of patient's pendulum position, reduce the error of repeated pendulum position. Covering the patient with a thermoplastic film while the patient is moved into position on the vacuum pad; and through the both sides of thermoplastic film corresponding to two mounting panels 200 respectively, through the connecting piece run through thermoplastic film and with the cooperation of mounting hole 221 just can realize the location of thermoplastic film, improve the stability that thermoplastic film and patient contacted. The movable buckle 300 can move relative to the mounting plate 200 to clamp the thermoplastic film, so as to further improve the contact stability of the thermoplastic film and the patient. Therefore, the vacuum pad can be limited by the mounting groove 110, so that the position stability of the vacuum pad is ensured; meanwhile, the thermoplastic film is fastened by the cooperation of the connector and the mounting hole 221, and the thermoplastic film is clamped by the movable clamp 300, so that the contact stability of the thermoplastic film and the patient can be ensured, and the movement of the body position of the patient can be effectively inhibited in the treatment process.
It should be noted that, in the case that the fixing frame 10 provided in the embodiment of the present application completes the positioning and fixing of the patient by fixing the vacuum pad and the thermoplastic film, the back and both soft tissues of the patient's body can be fully contacted with the vacuum pad without moving, the therapeutic positioning precision is improved, and the repeated positioning error is less than 2 mm.
In addition, the embodiment of the present application further provides a treatment couch (not shown), which employs the fixing frame 10, and can achieve the technical effect achieved by the fixing frame 10; in other words, the treatment couch can also improve the technical problem of low positioning precision of the patient in the prior art, and is not described herein again.

Claims (10)

1. A mount, wherein the mount is configured to secure a vacuum pad and a thermoplastic film, the mount comprising a base plate, a mounting plate, a connector, and a movable buckle;
the bottom plate is provided with a mounting groove, and the mounting groove is configured to mount the vacuum pad;
the mounting plates are arranged on two opposite sides of the bottom plate, and mounting holes are formed in the mounting plates; the connector is configured to penetrate through the thermoplastic film and detachably mate with the mounting hole;
the movable catch is movably mounted to the mounting plate and is configured to move relative to the mounting plate to selectively grip or disengage the thermoplastic film.
2. The fastening frame according to claim 1, wherein the mounting holes are plural, and the plural mounting holes are arranged at intervals.
3. The mount of claim 1, wherein the mounting plate is inclined relative to the base plate.
4. The mount according to claim 1, wherein said mounting plates define a slot therein, said slot extending toward one another of said mounting plates; the movable buckle is matched with the sliding groove in a sliding mode.
5. The mount of claim 1, wherein the movable catch comprises a stationary member and a catch member;
the buckling piece is movably arranged on the mounting plate, and a clamping groove is formed in the buckling piece; the clamping groove is configured to clamp the thermoplastic film;
the fixing piece penetrates through the buckling piece to be connected with the mounting plate, and selectively fixes the buckling piece so that the buckling piece is fixed relative to the mounting plate, or loosens the buckling piece so that the buckling piece can move relative to the mounting plate.
6. The fastening bracket according to claim 5, wherein the locking member comprises a sliding portion, a clamping portion and a limiting portion;
the sliding part is in sliding fit with the mounting plate, a long strip-shaped sliding groove is formed in the sliding part, and the fixing part penetrates through the sliding groove to be connected with the mounting plate; when the sliding part slides relative to the mounting plate, the fixing part slides along the sliding groove;
the clamping part is arranged on one side of the sliding part far away from the other mounting plate and is configured to be abutted against the outer side of the thermoplastic film to clamp the thermoplastic film;
the limiting portion is arranged at one end, away from the sliding portion, of the clamping portion, a gap is formed between the limiting portion and the sliding portion, and therefore the sliding portion, the clamping portion and the limiting portion jointly form the clamping groove.

The fixing frame according to claim 6, wherein the side surface of the position-limiting portion close to the sliding portion is inclined relative to the sliding portion, so that the distance between the position-limiting portion and the sliding portion gradually increases from the side close to the abutting portion to the side far from the abutting portion.
8. The fastening frame of claim 6, wherein the securing member includes an engaging portion and a holding portion; the pressing and holding part is arranged at the end part of the matching part, and the matching part is configured to be in threaded matching with the mounting plate;
the inner peripheral wall of the sliding groove is protruded to form a fixing part; the clamping portion is configured to clamp the fixing portion together with the mounting plate to fix the sliding portion relative to the mounting plate, and the clamping portion is further configured to release the fixing portion to enable the sliding portion to slide relative to the mounting plate.
9. The fixed frame according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the bottom plate further defines an assembly hole, and the assembly hole is configured to allow the bottom plate to be detachably assembled with the bed body.
10. A therapeutic bed comprising a holder as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
