In some embodiments, magnets are disposed on both the electric connecting body 20a and the massage component 30, so that when the massage component 30 moves relative to the electric connecting component 20 to approach the electric connecting component 20, the magnets on the electric connecting body 20a and the massage component 30 can attract each other, thereby ensuring that the massage component 30 is not easily detached from the electric connecting body 20a when the massage component 30 is flexibly connected to the electric connecting body 20a, and improving the stability of the massage apparatus 100.
In some embodiments, the electric connection body 20a and the massage component 30 are both provided with a magnetic attraction portion, which may be a magnet or an electromagnet, and the magnetic attraction portion of the massage component 30 is opposite to the magnetic attraction portion of the electric connection body 20 a. For example, when the magnetic part is an electromagnet, the electric connection body 20a and the massage assembly 30 are powered on, so that the magnetic part of the electric connection body 20a and the magnetic part of the massage assembly 30 simultaneously generate a magnet, and the magnetic poles of the magnetic parts of the electric connection body 20a and the massage assembly 30 near the first end are opposite, when the electric connection assembly 20 and the massage assembly 30 are combined, the magnetic parts of the electric connection body 20a and the magnetic parts of the massage assembly 30 attract each other, so that the magnetic parts of the massage assembly 30 drive the massage assembly 30 to rotate to the angular position of the magnetic part of the electric connection body 20a, thereby ensuring the massage assembly 30 to return to the original position, and further ensuring the stable appearance of the massage apparatus 100.
Referring to fig. 3, the electrical connection body 20a includes a clutch/engagement structure, a chassis 21, a base 22, a first circuit board 23, a turntable 24, a third circuit board 25, a key 26, and an elastic reset element 27.
In one embodiment, when the engaging/disengaging structure is engaged, the massage component 30 can be fixed at the current position after the massage component 30 moves away from the electrical connection body 20a relative to the electrical connection body 20a, and when the engaging/disengaging structure is disengaged, the massage component 30 can move away from or close to the electrical connection body 20a relative to the electrical connection body 20 a.
The chassis 21 is combined with the base 22 and serves as a housing of the electrical connection assembly 20, and the shape of the chassis 21 may be rectangular, circular, triangular, trapezoidal, and the like. The material of the chassis 21 may be alloy, wood, synthetic plastic, or the like. For example, the chassis 21 may be a PET plastic (Polyethylene terephthalate); or the chassis 21 may be an aluminum alloy. Of course, the bottom plate 21 may be made of other materials, and is not limited herein.
The chassis 21 includes a connecting shaft 211. The connecting shaft 221 is disposed at the center of the chassis 21. The connecting shaft 211 penetrates through the first circuit board 23 and the rotary disk 24, and the rotary disk 24 can rotate around the connecting shaft 211. The connecting shaft 211 is cylindrical, a groove 2110 is formed in the center of the end face of the connecting shaft 211, and the connecting shaft 211 is connected with the reset piece 27 through the groove 2110. The rotary disc 24 is sleeved on the connecting shaft 211, and the reset piece 26 is clamped in the groove 2110 to realize connection with the chassis 21. In one embodiment, the rotating disc 24 is connected to the chassis 21 through the reset member 26, when the rotating disc 24 rotates, the reset member 26 can generate a force opposite to the rotating direction of the rotating disc 24, so that when the clutch/engagement structure is separated, the rotating disc 24 can rotate back to the original rotating position, and the wires 20b can be wound up once, so that the massage assembly 30 is combined with the electrical connection assembly 20.
Referring to fig. 4, the base 22 is combined with the bottom plate 21 to form a receiving cavity 221. In one embodiment, the base 22 and the chassis 21 may be removably coupled by screwing, snapping, or the like. In another embodiment, the base 22 and the chassis 21 may be combined in a non-detachable manner by gluing or riveting. For example, when the base 22 is engaged with the bottom plate 21 by means of a snap fit, an annular groove may be formed in the base 22, and the thickness of the side wall of the bottom plate 21 is matched with the size of the annular groove of the base 22, so as to engage the base 22 with the bottom plate 21 by means of a snap fit. For another example, when the base 22 and the chassis 21 are combined by gluing, an adhesive such as hot melt adhesive, high temperature adhesive, etc. may be attached to the inner side wall of the base 22 or the outer side wall of the chassis 21 to achieve the combination of the base 22 and the chassis 21 by gluing. It will be appreciated that the manner in which the base 22 is coupled to the chassis 21 is not limited to one manner. In the present embodiment, the base 22 and the chassis 21 are combined by an engaging manner. The bottom opening of the base 22 corresponds to the shape of the chassis 21, and when the chassis 21 is circular, the bottom opening of the base 22 is also circular, and when the chassis 21 is rectangular, the bottom opening of the base 22 is also rectangular. The base 22 is engaged with the chassis 21 in a snap-fit manner, which facilitates the detachment of the electrical connection assembly 20, so as to facilitate the maintenance of the massager 100.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the base 22 further includes a through hole 222 and a resilient arm 223.
The through hole 222 is formed on the sidewall of the base 22 and is communicated with the receiving cavity 221. The conducting wire 20b is connected with the massage component 30 through the through hole 222. In one embodiment, the conducting wires 20b are connected to the massage assembly 10 through the through holes 222, and the electrical connection body 20a is connected to the massage assembly 30 through the conducting wires 20b through the through holes 222, so as to complete the mechanical connection and the electrical connection between the electrical connection body 20a and the massage assembly 30.
A resilient arm 223 is provided on the first side 224 of the base 22, the resilient arm 223 being adapted to support the key 26. The number of resilient arms 223 may be one or more, such as 2, 3, 4 or even more. When the number of the elastic arms 223 is plural, the plural elastic arms 223 can be uniformly distributed around the central axis of the base 22 to provide more uniform supporting force for the key 26, and the supporting effect is better. In one embodiment, the number of the resilient arms 223 is 4, and the 4 resilient arms 223 are evenly distributed around the central axis of the base 22. Specifically, one end of each elastic arm 223 is connected to the base 22, and the other end is a free end protruding toward the direction of the key 26 relative to the base 22, and the free end of the elastic arm 223 can be used to abut against the key 26. The elastic arm 223 is made of an elastic material, for example, the elastic arm 223 may be a silicone, rubber, polyester elastomer, acryl elastomer, or the like. When the button 26 is not pressed, the free end of the elastic arm 223 abuts against the button 26 to keep the button 26 at the current position. When the key 26 is pressed, the elastic arm 223 is compressed and deformed, and when the key 26 is released, the elastic arm 223 generates an elastic restoring force which forces the key 26 to return to the original position.
The elastic arms 233 provide elastic force to the buttons 26, so that the clutch/engagement structure is normally disengaged, and the clutch/engagement structure is rotated in both directions, so that the wires 20b can be extended or retracted to enable the massage assembly 30 to move away from or close to the electrical connection body 20a relative to the electrical connection body 20 a.
Referring to fig. 5, the first circuit board 23 is mounted in the receiving cavity 221. Specifically, the first circuit board 23 is further sleeved on the connecting shaft 211 of the chassis 21, and the first circuit board 23 is closer to the bottom surface of the chassis 21 than the turntable 24. The first circuit board 23 may be a hard circuit board, a flexible circuit board, or a rigid-flex circuit board.
Specifically, the first circuit board 23 is provided with elastic contact pieces 231 and a connector 232.
Dial 24 presses resilient contact 231 to form an electrical connection. In one embodiment, the number of the elastic contact pieces 231 is multiple, and the positive and negative polarities represented by the elastic contact pieces 231 are different, that is, part of the elastic contact pieces 231 are positive polarities, and part of the elastic contact pieces 231 are negative polarities. The rotary disk 24 is pressed and matched with the positive and negative poles of the elastic contact pieces 231, so that the first circuit board 23 is electrically connected with the rotary disk 24.
One end of the third circuit board 25 is connected to the connector 232. In one embodiment, the connector 232 may be provided with conductive terminals such as gold fingers and solder pads, which are electrically connected to the first circuit board 23 by matching with the conductive pins on the first circuit board 23, and one end of the third circuit board 25 is connected to the connector 232, so as to electrically connect the first circuit board 23 and the third circuit board 25.
The rotary plate 24 is installed in the receiving cavity 221 and electrically connected to the first circuit board 23, and the rotary plate 24 is farther from the bottom surface of the chassis 21 than the first circuit board 23. In one embodiment, the electric connecting body 20a is fixedly connected with the massage apparatus body 10, when the massage assembly 30 is forced to move relative to the electric connecting body 20a to be away from the electric connecting body 20a, the membrane assembly 30 moves relative to the massage apparatus body 10 to be away from the massage apparatus body 10, the rotary disc 24 rotates in a first direction (counterclockwise), and the length of the lead 20b extending from the through hole 222 increases; when the rotary disc 24 rotates in the second direction (clockwise), the wires 20b retract toward the receiving cavity 221, and the massage assembly 30 moves relative to the massage device body 10 to approach the massage device body 10, i.e., the massage assembly 30 moves relative to the electrical connection body 20a to approach the electrical connection body 20a, until completely combined with the electrical connection body 20 a.
Referring to fig. 3, the turntable 24 may include a second circuit board 241, a receiving cylinder 242 disposed on a first side 2410 of the second circuit board 241, and a ratchet 243 disposed on the first side 2410 of the second circuit board 241.
The wire 20b can be stretched by rolling the rotary disc 24, and the stretching length of the wire 20b can be fixed at a preset position, so that the massage component 30 can be fixed at the current position after the massage component 30 is far away from the electrical connection component 20, and the massage component 30 can be recombined with the electrical connection component 20 after the massage component 30 is used.
The second circuit board 241 is disposed at the outermost side of the turntable 24, and the second circuit board 241 is electrically connected to the first circuit board 23, and is mechanically and electrically connected to the massage assembly 30 through the wires 20 b. The shape of the second circuit board 241 may be, but is not limited to, circular, rectangular, triangular, trapezoidal, and the like.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the second circuit board 241 further includes a retaining wall 2411, an opening 2412 and an annular contact surface 2413.
The accommodating cylinder 242 is used to wind the wire 20 b. Specifically, a portion of the second circuit board 241 outside the accommodating barrel 242 forms a retaining wall 2411, and the retaining wall 2411 is used for carrying the wires 20 b. When the dial 24 is rotated in a first direction (counterclockwise), the wires 20b are deployed out of the retaining walls 2411. When the turntable 24 rotates in the second direction (clockwise), the wires 20b retract into the receiving cavity 221 and are carried on the retaining wall 2411.
The opening 2412 is disposed on the second circuit board 241 and on the retaining wall 2411. The wires 20b are connected to the second side 2414 of the circuit board 2412 through the opening 2412. In one embodiment, the conducting wire 20b is carried on the first side 2410 of the retaining wall 2411, as shown in fig. 6, the conducting wire 20b includes a plurality of sub-conducting wires 201, and the plurality of sub-conducting wires 201 can penetrate through the second circuit board 241 through the opening 2412 and be connected to the second side 2414 of the second circuit board 241, so as to realize the electrical and mechanical connection between the conducting wire 20b and the second circuit board 241.
An annular contact surface 2413 is disposed on a second side 2414 of the second circuit board 2413. The plurality of sub-wires 201 are connected to the second side 2414 of the second circuit board 241 to electrically connect the wires 20b with the annular contact surface 2413, i.e., the massage assembly 30 is electrically connected with the electrical connection body 20a through the wires 20 b. The number of the annular contact surfaces 2413 may be multiple, and the positive and negative electrodes represented by the multiple annular contact surfaces 2413 are different, that is, part of the annular contact surfaces 2413 are positive electrodes, and part of the annular contact surfaces 2413 are negative electrodes. In one embodiment, when the turntable 24 presses the first circuit board 23, i.e. the annular contact surfaces 2413 press the elastic contact pieces 231 together, when the second circuit board 241 rotates along with the turntable 24, the elastic contact pieces 231 are in a static state, so that the elastic contact pieces 231 always slide on the annular contact surfaces 2413, thereby ensuring that the first circuit board 23 and the second circuit board 241 are always in a conductive state and improving the stability of the electrical connection between the turntable 24 and the first circuit board 23.
The shape of the storage cylinder 242 may be, but is not limited to, a rectangular cylinder, a circular cylinder, a triangular cylinder, etc., and in the present embodiment, the storage cylinder 242 is a circular cylinder. The lead wire 20b is fitted over the outer side wall of the housing cylinder 242, and the restoring member 27 is housed in the housing cylinder 242. The conducting wire 20b is sleeved on the outer side wall of the circular containing cylinder 242, so that the conducting wire 20b can be conveniently taken up and taken down along with the rotation of the turntable 24, and the conducting wire 20b is protected from being broken due to the edge angle of the containing cylinder 242.
Referring to fig. 7, the ratchet 243 is accommodated in the accommodating barrel 242, the outer side wall of the ratchet 243 is provided with a ratchet 2430, and the inner side wall is provided with a slot 2431. In one embodiment, the ratchet 2430 is used to engage the key 26, and specifically, the number of the ratchet 2430 is plural, such as 4, 8, 12 or even more. When the number of the ratchet 2430 is plural, the plural ratchets can be uniformly distributed around the central axis of the ratchet 243, so that the engagement of the rotary disk 24 with the key 26 is more stable. The orientations of the plurality of ratchet teeth 2430 are the same, when the orientations of the plurality of ratchet teeth 2430 are clockwise, the rotary disc 24 can only rotate in a first reverse direction (counterclockwise) after the rotary disc 24 is engaged with the key 26, and when the orientations of the plurality of ratchet teeth 2430 are counterclockwise, the rotary disc 24 can only rotate in a second reverse direction (counterclockwise) after the rotary disc 24 is engaged with the key 26. The open groove 2431 is used for clamping and fixing the reset piece 27, specifically, the open groove 2431 is opened on the inner side wall of the ratchet 243, and the width of the open groove 2431 is tightly matched with the size of the reset piece 27, so as to achieve the clamping effect. In the present embodiment, the plurality of ratchet teeth 2430 are oriented clockwise, when the ratchet teeth 2430 engage the key 26, the rotary disc 24 can only rotate in the first direction (counterclockwise), the conducting wire 20b is released from the rotary disc 24, and the massage assembly 20 moves relative to the electric connection body 20a to be away from the electric connection body 20a, i.e., the massage assembly 20 moves relative to the massage apparatus body 10 to be away from the massage apparatus body 10. When the ratchet 2430 is not engaged with the key 26, the dial 24 can be rotated in either direction.
The ratchet 243 can be engaged with the button 26, so as to normally engage the engaging/disengaging structure, when the engaging/disengaging structure is in the one-way engaging and locking state, the extending length of the conducting wire 20b can be fixed at the current position, and the conducting wire 20b cannot be retracted, so that the massage assembly 30 can move relative to the electrical connection body 20a to be away from the electrical connection body 20a without being re-approached due to loss of external force.
Referring to fig. 5, one end of the third circuit board 25 is connected to the connector 232 of the first circuit board 23, and the other end of the third circuit board 25 is connected to the massage device body 10. In one embodiment, conductive terminals such as gold fingers and solder pads may be disposed on the third circuit board 25, and the conductive terminals on the third circuit board 25 are matched with the conductive terminals of the connector 232, so as to electrically connect the third circuit board 25 and the first circuit board 23. The third circuit board 25 is connected to the massage apparatus body 10 to electrically connect the first circuit board 23 to the massage apparatus body 10, that is, to electrically connect the electrical connection component 20 to the massage apparatus body 10.
Referring to fig. 3 and 8, the button 26 is mounted on the first side 224 of the base 22 opposite to the housing cavity 221. Specifically, the key 26 includes a key body 261 and a pawl 262.
The key body 261 is mounted on the first side 224 of the base 22 with the pawl 262 facing the resilient arm 223. The key body 261 is provided with a wedge groove 2610 for cooperating with the resilient arm 223. The number of wedge grooves 2610 may be one or more, such as 2, 3, 4, or even more. When the number of the wedge-shaped grooves 2610 is plural, the plural wedge-shaped grooves 2610 may be uniformly distributed around the central axis of the key body 261. The number of the wedge-shaped slots 2610 is the same as the number of the elastic arms 223, and in one embodiment, the number of the wedge-shaped slots 2610 is also 4, 4 wedge-shaped slots 2610 are evenly distributed around the central axis of the key body 261, and each wedge-shaped slot 2610 can be matched with one elastic arm 223. Specifically, when the button body 261 is not pressed, the wedge-shaped groove 2610 is not aligned with the position of the elastic arm 223, so as to ensure that the elastic arm 233 can support the button body 261 to keep at the current position height. When the button body 261 is pressed and rotated, the elastic arm 223 is embedded into the wedge-shaped groove 2610, and the elastic arm 223 cannot support the button body 261 to return to the previous position height, so that the pawl 262 extends into the accommodating cavity 211 and is clamped with the rotary disc 24, and the rotary disc 24 can only rotate along the first direction (anticlockwise).
Referring to fig. 8, the pawl 262 is disposed on the first side 2611 of the key body 261. The pawl 262 extends through the base 22 into the cavity 221 and engages the second side 225 of the base 22 and the ratchet 2430 when the button 26 is rotated. When the key 26 is pressed and rotated, the pawl 262 extends into the cavity 221 to engage with the second side 225 of the base 22, and the key 26 is fixed at the current position. Pawl 262 also extends into the tooth slot of ratchet teeth 2430 to engage ratchet teeth 2430, limiting ratchet wheel 243 to rotate only in the first direction (counterclockwise), i.e., dial 24 can only rotate in the first direction (counterclockwise). In some embodiments, the number of the pawls 262 may be multiple, and after the key 26 is pressed and rotated, the multiple pawls 262 extend into the receiving cavity 221 to engage with the second side 225 of the base 22 and the multiple ratchet teeth 2430, and the multiple pawls 262 engage with the multiple ratchet teeth 2430, so as to ensure the stability of the engagement and prevent the loose engagement from rotating in the second direction (clockwise) under the resilience of the reset member 27.
Specifically, referring to fig. 8, the pawl 262 may include a first resilient arm 2620, a second resilient arm 2621 and a catch 2622.
The first elastic arm 2620 extends from the first side 2611 of the button body 261, and the first elastic arm 262 penetrates the base 22 and extends into the accommodating cavity 221.
The second elastic arm 2621 extends from the free end of the first elastic arm 2620 to one side, and the second elastic arm 2621 is used for engaging with the second side 225 of the base 22. When the button 26 is pressed and rotated, the second elastic arm 2621 penetrates the base 22 to extend into the receiving cavity 221 and is engaged with the second side 225 of the base 22. That is, the second elastic arm 2621 is located under the second side 225 of the base 22 and is engaged with the second side 225 of the base 22 to fix the height of the key 26 at the current position. Because the second elastic arm 2621 is engaged with the second side 225 of the base 22, the length of the second elastic arm 2621 should not be too long, and the length of the second elastic arm 2621 needs to be proportional to the thickness of the second elastic arm 2621, so as to ensure that the joint between the first elastic arm 2620 and the second elastic arm 2621 has sufficient strength, i.e., the second elastic arm 2621 is engaged with the second side 225 of the base 22 and then has sufficient strength, thereby preventing the joint between the second elastic arm 2621 and the first elastic arm 2620 from being broken.
The hook 2622 extends from the free end of the first elastic arm 2620 to the other side, the hook 2622 is used for being engaged with the ratchet 2430, and the hook 2622 and the second elastic arm 2621 are at the same height and extend in opposite directions. In one embodiment, when the button 26 is pressed and rotated, the pawl 262 extends into the cavity 221 through the base 22 and engages with the ratchet 2430. That is, when the button 26 is pressed and rotated, the hook 2622 extends into the tooth space between the two ratchet teeth 2430, and the ratchet wheel 243 can only rotate in the opposite direction (counterclockwise) against the ratchet teeth 2430, so as to limit the rotation of the turntable 24 in the first direction (counterclockwise). Wherein, because the hook 2622 is engaged with the ratchet 2430, the length of the hook 2622 should not be too long, and should be proportional to the thickness of the hook 2622. On one hand, the hook 2622 is engaged with the ratchet 2430 to limit the ratchet 243 to rotate only in the first direction (counterclockwise), when the ratchet 243 rotates in the first direction (counterclockwise), the hook 2622 enters the next gullet, if the hook 2622 is too long, the hook cannot rotate out of the current gullet, and the ratchet 243 cannot rotate in the first direction (counterclockwise). On the other hand, the hook 2622 overlength, the unable sufficient intensity of guaranteeing of hook 2622 and first bullet arm 2620 junction can not appear if rotatory carousel 24 rotates along the second direction (clockwise) by force, the cracked condition appears in the hook 2622 and first bullet arm 2620 junction.
As can be seen from the above, the engaging/disengaging structure specifically comprises the base 22, the ratchet 243 and the pawl 262, and in one embodiment, after the base 22 is engaged with the pawl 262 and the ratchet 243 is engaged with the pawl 262, the engaging/disengaging structure is normally combined and is in single-item engaging locking, the extending length of the conducting wire 20b can be fixed at the current position, and the conducting wire 20b cannot be retracted, so that the massage component 30 can move relative to the electrical connection body 20a to be away from the electrical connection body 20a without being re-approached due to loss of external force.
Referring to fig. 3 and 7, the reset member 27 is disposed between the turntable 24 and the base 22, and specifically, the reset member 27 is disposed inside the ratchet 243. One end of the reset piece 27 is clamped in the groove 2110 on the end surface of the connecting shaft 211, the other end of the reset piece 27 is clamped in the groove 2431 on the inner side of the ratchet wheel 243, and the other part of the reset piece 27 surrounds the connecting shaft 211 and forms a plurality of concentric rings. The restoring member 27 is an elastic member having elasticity, and may be made of metal or plastic having elasticity. When the massage component 30 is forced to move relative to the electrical connection body 20a to be away from the electrical connection body 20a, that is, the massage component 30 moves relative to the massage apparatus body 10 to be away from the massage apparatus body 10, at this time, the wire 20b is pulled by the massage component 30 and released from the receiving cylinder 242, the portion of the wire 20b protruding from the receiving cavity 221 from the through hole 222 becomes longer, the releasing of the wire 20b drives the receiving cylinder 242 and the ratchet 243 to rotate together along the first direction (counterclockwise) until the massage component 30 reaches a portion to be massaged and stops, the hook 2622 is re-engaged between two adjacent ratchet teeth 2430, and the rotation of the rotating disc 24 stops. In this process, the restoring member 27 is fixed by the connecting shaft 211 and the ratchet 243, and when the ratchet 243 rotates in the first direction (counterclockwise), the restoring member 27 also rotates in the first direction (counterclockwise) and contracts to accumulate the elastic restoring force. When the key 26 is reset by rotation, that is, the elastic restoring force generated by the elastic arm 223 forces the key 26 to return to the initial position, the hook 2622 is disengaged from the ratchet 2430 of the ratchet 243, and at this time, the rotating disc 24 can rotate in any direction, however, the elastic restoring force of the reset member 27 drives the rotating disc 24 to rotate in the second direction (clockwise), the rotation of the rotating disc 24 can retract the conducting wire 20b and rewind the conducting wire onto the accommodating cylinder 242, and the retraction of the conducting wire 20b can drive the massage assembly 30 to move relative to the massage apparatus body 10 to approach the massage apparatus body 10, that is, the massage assembly 30 moves relative to the electrical connection body 20a to approach the electrical connection body 20a until the massage assembly 30 is completely combined with the electrical connection body 20 a.
In some embodiments, when the rotating disc 24 is connected to the chassis 21 through the reset member 27, when the rotating disc 24 rotates, the reset member 27 can generate a force opposite to the rotating direction of the rotating disc 24, so that when the clutch/engagement structure is disengaged, the rotating disc 24 can rotate back to the original rotating position, and the conducting wire 20b can be wound up once, so that the massage assembly 30 moves relative to the electrical connection body 20a to approach the electrical connection body 20a until the massage assembly 30 is combined with the electrical connection assembly 20.
Referring to fig. 2, the massage assembly 30 is disposed on the electrical connection assembly 20 and electrically connected to the massage device body 10 through the electrical connection assembly 20. In one implementation, as the massage assembly 30 is forced to move relative to the electrical connection body 20a to move away from the electrical connection body 20a, the turntable 24 rotates in a first direction (counterclockwise); the dial 24 is rotated in a second direction (clockwise) and the massage assembly 30 moves relative to the electrical connection body 20a to approach the electrical connection body 20 a. Of course, the turning direction of the ratchet 2430 can be designed so that: when the massage component 30 is forced to move relative to the electric connection body 20a to move away from the electric connection body 20a, the rotary disc 24 rotates along a first direction (clockwise); the dial 24 is rotated in a second direction (counterclockwise), and the massage assembly 30 moves relative to the electrical connection body 20a to approach the electrical connection body 20a until it is completely coupled with the electrical connection body 20 a.
Referring to fig. 9, the massage assembly 30 may include a first massage assembly 31 and a second massage assembly 32. The first massage unit 31 and the second massage unit 32 are connected to the wires 20b, respectively. In one embodiment, the first massage assembly 31 and the second massage assembly 32 can be simultaneously moved relative to the electrical connection body 20a to move away from or close to the electrical connection body 20 a. In another embodiment, when the first massage component 31 moves relative to the electrical connection body 20a to move away from or close to the electrical connection body 20a, the second massage component 32 can remain stationary, and the second massage component 32 can also move relative to move away from or close to the electrical connection body 20 a. When the first massage component 31 and the second massage component 32 move relative to the electrical connection body 20a to move away from or against the electrical connection body 20a, the distances of the first massage component 31 and the second massage component away from the electrical connection body 20 may be the same or different.
Specifically, the massage assembly 30 is connected to the wire 20 b. In one embodiment, when the rotary disk 24 rotates in the first direction (counterclockwise), the massage assembly 30 moves relative to the massage apparatus body 10 to be away from the massage apparatus body 10, i.e., the massage assembly 30 moves relative to the electrical connection body 20a to be away from the electrical connection body 20 a. in another embodiment, when the rotary disk 24 rotates in the second direction (clockwise), the massage assembly 30 moves relative to the massage apparatus body 10 to be close to the massage apparatus body 10, i.e., the massage assembly 30 moves relative to the electrical connection body 20a to be close to the electrical connection body 20a until completely combined with the electrical connection body 20 a.
Referring to fig. 10, the massage assembly 30 includes a housing 311, a first bracket 312, a second bracket 313 and a massage component 314.
The housing 311 is used to completely enclose other components of the massage assembly 30, such as the first bracket 312, the second bracket 313, a functional unit (not shown), etc., to provide protection and support for the other components. The housing 311 may be made of an elastic silicone material, for example, the housing 311 may be a liquid silicone product, a special silicone product, a molded silicone product, or the like. In one aspect, the housing 311 provides a comfortable skin-friendly feel to the massage assembly 30, and after massaging, the massage assembly 30 is less prone to be contaminated by skin debris and is easier to clean. On the other hand, the housing 311 can provide a good resilience for the massage unit 30, and the massage unit 30 can reduce impact and vibration to the body to protect the human body from being injured when massaging the same part for a long time.
The first bracket 312 is housed inside the housing 311, and the first bracket 312 is detachably connected to the electrical connection body 20 a. When the massage component 30 moves relative to the electrical connection body 20a to move away from the electrical connection body 20a, the first support 312 moves away from the electrical connection body 20 a. When the massage assembly 30 moves relative to the electrical connection body 20a to approach the electrical connection body 20a, the first bracket 312 approaches the electrical connection body 20 a. Thereby, the massage assembly 30 is moved away from and close to the electric connection body 20 a.
The second bracket 313 is accommodated in the housing 311, and when the massage component 30 moves relative to the electrical connection body 20a to approach the electrical connection body 20a, the second bracket 313 is located at an end away from the electrical connection body 20 a. An elastic deformation region 315 is formed between the first bracket 312 and the second bracket 313, and the elastic deformation region 315 is used for deforming to change the relative position between the first bracket 312 and the second bracket 313. When the massage apparatus 100 massages the human body, that is, the massage component 30 contacts the human body, due to the problem of the massage angle, the massage component 30 cannot be tightly attached to all parts of the human body, and at this time, the massage component 30 can be pressed to enable the elastic deformation region 315 to be squeezed, so that the relative position between the first support 312 and the second support 313 is changed, that is, the massage angle of the massage component 30 is changed, and the massage component 30 is tightly attached to the human body.
The massage member 314 is mounted on an end of the second bracket 313 remote from the first bracket 312. The massage apparatus body 10 is electrically connected to the electrical connection component 20, and the massage component 30 is electrically connected to the massage apparatus body 10 through the electrical connection component 20. When the massage apparatus body 10 is started, the massage apparatus body 10 is powered on the massage assembly 30 through the electrical connection assembly 20, and the massage assembly 30 is powered on to realize the function of massaging the human body through the massage member 314. Wherein the massage member 314 includes at least one of a metal massage member, a conductive gel sheet, and a conductive rubber sheet. For example, the massage member 314 includes only the conductive gel sheet; alternatively, the massage member 314 includes a metal massage member and a conductive gel sheet; alternatively, the massage member 314 includes a conductive gel sheet, a metal massage member, a conductive rubber sheet, which is not limited herein. Since the massage member 314 includes at least one of a metal massage member, a conductive gel sheet, and a conductive rubber sheet, the massage assembly 30 can have a good fit with the human body, and can suppress the generation of electric stabbing pain as much as possible, thereby improving user experience.
The massage member 314 includes a massage face 3140, the massage face 3140 being for contact with a human body, the massage face having adhesiveness. In one embodiment, the massage surface 3140 is an adhesive surface, for example, the massage surface 3140 may be made of gel, sticky rubber, silica gel, etc. to ensure that the massage member 314 can adhere to the surface of the human body through the massage surface 3140 during the process of massaging the human body by the massage member 314. In another embodiment, a vacuum pump may be disposed inside the massage member 314 or a vacuum suction cup may be disposed on the massage surface 3140, so that the massage member 314 can be sucked to the surface of the human body by generating a suction force through the vacuum pump or by pressing the vacuum suction cup on the massage surface 3140 during the massage of the massage member 314 on the human body. In another embodiment, the massage component 314 may be provided with an electrostatic generator inside, and the massage component can generate static electricity on the massage surface 3140 through the electrostatic generator, so that the massage component 314 can generate static electricity on the surface of the human body through the massage surface 3140 during the massage of the human body by the massage component 314, and thus can be attached to the surface of the human body. During the process of massaging the human body by the massage elements 314, the massage elements 314 are absorbed on the surface of the human body by the massage surface 3140, so as to reduce the need of manually controlling the massage assembly 30 to be attached to the human body during the process of massaging the human body by the massage apparatus 100, thereby improving the convenience of the massage apparatus 100.
