Example one
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present application provides an anal ventilation device comprising a ventilation tube 101 and a liquid storage container 102.
Wherein, one end of the exhaust pipe 101 extends into the anus of the patient, so that the intestinal cavity pneumatosis of the patient is exhausted through the other end of the exhaust pipe 101. The other end of the exhaust pipe 101 is directly connected with the liquid storage container 102, so that medical staff do not need to prepare a bent disc independently, and the operation efficiency of the medical staff is convenient to improve.
The liquid storage container 102 carries the test liquid 103, one end of the exhaust pipe 101 far away from the anus of the patient extends below the liquid level of the test liquid 103, when the intestinal cavity pneumatosis of the patient exhausts through the exhaust pipe 101, air bubbles can be generated in the test liquid 103, and medical staff can judge the exhaust condition of the patient through the air bubbles in the test liquid 103, for example, judge whether the patient exhausts air, the amount of the exhausted air and the like.
The exhaust tube 101 needs to be inserted into the rectum from the anus, and the exhaust tube 101 needs to be placed in the rectum for a period of time, so as to achieve the purpose of relieving the abdominal distension of the patient, further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the exhaust tube 101 of the present application includes a contact layer 104 and a support layer 105, the support layer 105 is enclosed to form a tubular structure, and the outer side of the tubular structure is covered with a soft contact layer 104. The support layer 105 is used to maintain the stability of the tubular structure of the exhaust pipe 101, so that the gas can be exhausted from the pipe cavity, and the exhaust pipe 101 is prevented from being deformed excessively under pressure to affect the exhaust of the gas. The outer side of the support layer 105 is covered with a soft contact layer 104, and optionally, the support layer 105 is formed of a soft plastic or latex material. The partial material that contacts with patient's anus and rectum promptly sets up to soft materials, inserts the anus and places the in-process in the rectum at blast pipe 101, avoids haring patient's mucosa, alleviates patient's uncomfortable and feels, promotes the comfort level.
Optionally, the support layer 105 is provided with a graduated scale to facilitate medical personnel to observe the depth of insertion of the exhaust tube 101 into the anus of the patient.
Referring to fig. 2, in an alternative scheme of this embodiment, the supporting layer 105 is formed by enclosing a mesh structure, on one hand, a tube body formed by the mesh structure has a certain supporting strength to prevent the tube body from being flattened, and on the other hand, the tube body formed by the mesh structure can be bent and deformed to a certain extent to adapt to the intestinal environment of a patient to avoid damaging the mucosa of the patient.
In an alternative of this embodiment, the mesh structure is a memory alloy wire mesh, and in particular, the hardness of the memory alloy wire mesh can decrease with increasing temperature. When the exhaust pipe 101 enters the cavity of the patient, the temperature of the pipe body in the cavity rises due to certain temperature in the cavity, so that the flexibility of the pipe body in the cavity is improved, and the pain of the patient is reduced; the temperature of the tube body outside the human body cavity is relatively low, the hardness of the tube body is high, and the insertion operation of the exhaust tube 101 is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 3, in an alternative of this embodiment, the inside of the tubular structure may be coated with an antibacterial layer 106, so as to prevent bacteria from breeding and affecting the health of the patient.
In an alternative embodiment, the exhaust tube 101 is provided with a check member to make the gas flow in one direction to the liquid storage container 102, so as to prevent the gas and the test liquid 103 from flowing back to the rectum.
Specifically, the check member is a one-way valve formed in the exhaust tube 101, with the valve oriented toward the reservoir 102. When the rectum exhausts, the air pressure can impact the valve to open, and the air flows into the test solution 103; when the rectum finishes exhausting, the generated reverse pressure can press the valve to be closed, and the backflow of the test liquid 103 is avoided.
Alternatively, the check member may be a check valve mounted on the exhaust pipe 101, and may also function to prevent backflow of gas and liquid. Preferably, the check valve 108 is mounted to the reservoir 102 to avoid pulling and pulling of the exhaust tube 101 by the check valve having a certain weight.
In an optional scheme of this embodiment, an air pipe 109 may be disposed between the exhaust pipe 101 and the liquid storage container 102 for increasing the conveying path. The gas pipe 109 is not in contact with the intestinal tract of the patient, and the gas pipe 109 can be made of common plastic materials so as to reduce the cost of the device. Referring to fig. 1 and 4, when the air delivery pipe 109 is provided, the one-way valve 107 and the one-way valve 108 can also be provided on the air delivery pipe 109.
Example two
The anal ventilation device in the second embodiment is an improvement on the above embodiment, and the technical contents disclosed in the above embodiment are not repeated.
Referring to fig. 1, in an alternative embodiment, the reservoir 102 includes a cover 110 and a container body 111. The container body 111 is used for bearing the test liquid 103, and the cover body 110 is detachably mounted at an opening at the top of the container body 111. Specifically, the cover 110 and the container body 111 may be connected by a screw connection, a snap connection, or the like.
When in use, the cover body 110 is arranged at the opening of the container main body 111, so that the test solution 103 can be prevented from spilling out of the opening of the container main body 111, and the medical care personnel can open the cover body 110 to replace the test solution 103.
When the cover 110 is connected to the container body 111 in a sealing manner, the cover 110 is provided with an air vent hole, which is communicated with the atmosphere, so that the gas exhausted from the exhaust pipe 101 can enter the container body 111. A blocking member 112 may be provided at the exhaust hole, and the blocking member 112 may be detachably mounted to the exhaust hole. The plugging piece 112 plugs the vent hole to prevent the test liquid 103 from leaking from the vent hole; the blocking member 112 may be removed from the vent while the patient is venting.
Alternatively, the plug 112 and the vent hole may be threaded or interference fit, etc.
In fig. 1, a communication pipe 113 is shown mounted on the cap body 110, the lumen of the communication pipe 113 forms an exhaust hole, and the blocking member 112 is connected to an end of the communication pipe 113 away from the test solution 103.
In an alternative embodiment, the exhaust hole is provided with an adsorption member 114 to adsorb the odor of the exhaust gas discharged from the exhaust hole, so as to prevent the discharged gas from polluting the environment of the patient. In particular, the adsorption member 114 may be activated carbon or other device having a purification function.
In an alternative embodiment, the reservoir 102 may be formed of a transparent material to facilitate observation of the interior of the reservoir 102 by a medical professional. Test liquid 103 can be colored liquid to make the bubble that produces in the test liquid 103 observe more easily, be convenient for medical personnel to judge patient's exhaust condition.
EXAMPLE III
The third embodiment of the present application provides a medical apparatus, including the anal ventilation device of any of the above embodiments, so that all the beneficial technical effects of the anal ventilation device of any of the above embodiments are achieved, and further description is omitted here.
