Background

The band-aid is a medical article commonly used in daily life and mainly comprises a medical adhesive tape, a cotton pad and a paper layer.

Most of the existing band-aid generally only have the hemostatic effect, cannot sterilize and disinfect and cannot promote wound healing. The chitosan has very similar biological performance with cellulose and collagen, so the chitosan has good biocompatibility with cells and tissues and organs of a human body, and can effectively promote the regeneration and accelerate the healing of damaged tissue cells. Chinese patent CN 202458908U-novel adhesive bandage uses carboxymethyl chitosan and Yunnan white drug powder to form a drug membrane, which plays the role of antibiosis and antiphlogosis, but the adhesive bandage matrix is diamond-shaped, the contact area with skin is limited, and the firmness is poor; another Chinese patent CN212547765U, a chitosan quaternary ammonium salt sterilization adhesive bandage, uses chitosan quaternary ammonium salt dressing and iodophor to play the roles of sterilization and wound healing promotion.

When the band-aid in the prior art is used for human body activities, particularly when the band-aid is attached to a movable joint, a treatment layer or the whole band-aid base body is easy to shift or fall off, so that the treatment effect is influenced; if the band-aid is wound too tightly, blood circulation can be affected, and wound recovery is not facilitated.

SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

According to one aspect of the present application, there is provided a chitosan-containing band-aid comprising a chitosan base fabric layer, a first adhesive layer, a second adhesive layer, a bactericidal gel layer and a protective layer; the chitosan base cloth layer is adhered to the bottom of the first adhesive layer, the second adhesive layer is adhered to the center of the top of the first adhesive layer, the second adhesive layer is of a block-shaped structure, and a through cavity in the vertical direction is formed in the block-shaped structure;

the sterilization gel layer is arranged in the through cavity, and the thickness of the sterilization gel layer is not higher than that of the second adhesive layer; the protective layer is used for covering the first adhesive layer, the second adhesive layer and the sterilization gel layer.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present application discloses a chitosan-containing band-aid, which includes a chitosan base fabric layer 1, a first adhesive layer 2, a second adhesive layer 3, a bactericidal gel layer 4 and a protective layer; the chitosan base cloth layer 1 is adhered to the bottom of the first adhesive layer 2, the second adhesive layer 3 is adhered to the center of the top of the first adhesive layer 2, the second adhesive layer 3 is of a block-shaped structure, and a through cavity in the vertical direction is formed in the block-shaped structure; the sterilization gel layer 4 is arranged in the through cavity, and the thickness of the sterilization gel layer 4 is not higher than that of the second adhesive layer 3; the protective layer is used for covering the first adhesive layer 2, the second adhesive layer 3 and the bactericidal gel layer 4.

In one embodiment, the chitosan base cloth layer 1 is a carboxymethyl chitosan fiber nonwoven fabric.

In a preferred embodiment, the first adhesive layer 2 is a medical non-woven adhesive tape, the second adhesive layer 3 is a BC-1 type medical pressure-sensitive adhesive, and the protective layer is a release paper, more preferably, the protective layer is glassine silicone oil paper.

As an embodiment, the bactericidal gel layer 4 includes a chitosan gel layer 41 and an aloe gel layer 42, and the chitosan gel layer 41 is disposed at the bottom of the aloe gel layer 42. Preferably, the chitosan gel layer 41 is chitosan hydrogel microspheres and the aloe gel layer 42 is commercially available aloe gel. The chitosan gel layer 41 plays roles in resisting bacteria, stopping bleeding and promoting wound healing; the aloe gel layer 42 is arranged, so that the effects of diminishing inflammation, relieving pain and further promoting wound healing are achieved; the chitosan gel layer 41 is disposed at the bottom of the aloe gel layer 42, so that the chitosan gel can promote the release of effective components in the aloe gel, and enhance the therapeutic effect.

As an embodiment, the chitosan base cloth layer 1 and the first adhesive layer 2 have the same size, and the chitosan base cloth layer 1 and the first adhesive layer 2 are provided with pre-cut lines extending from both ends to the second adhesive layer 3 in the length direction, and the pre-cut lines are not connected with the second adhesive layer 3. As an embodiment, the length of the first protective layer 6 is greater than the distance from the first joint 8 to the end of the second adhesive layer 3 away from the first joint 8, so as to completely cover the second adhesive layer 3; the length of the second protective layer 7 is greater than the distance from the second joint 9 to the end of the second adhesive layer 3 away from the second joint 9, so as to completely cover the second adhesive layer 3.

As an embodiment, one end of the first protection layer 6 away from the first connection point 8 is provided as a first flange 10 which is turned outwards; one end of the second protective layer 7, which is far away from the second joint 9, is provided with a second flanging 11 which is turned outwards. the chitosan base cloth layer is adhered to the bottom of the first adhesive layer, the second adhesive layer is adhered to the center of the top of the first adhesive layer, the second adhesive layer is of a block-shaped structure, and a through cavity in the vertical direction is formed in the block-shaped structure;

2. A chitosan-containing adhesive bandage according to claim 1, wherein said bactericidal gel layer comprises a chitosan gel layer and an aloe gel layer, said chitosan gel layer being disposed at the bottom of said aloe gel layer.

A chitosan-containing adhesive bandage according to claim 2, wherein the chitosan base cloth layer and the first adhesive layer have the same size, and the chitosan base cloth layer and the first adhesive layer are provided with pre-cut lines extending from both ends to the second adhesive layer along the length direction, and the pre-cut lines are not connected with the second adhesive layer.

4. A chitosan-containing woundplast according to claim 3, wherein the chitosan-based cloth layer is carboxymethyl chitosan fiber non-woven fabric.

A chitosan-containing adhesive bandage according to claim 4, characterized in that it comprises a first protective layer and a second protective layer, one end of the first protective layer is connected with one end of the first adhesive layer, and the connection between the first protective layer and the first adhesive layer is a first connection;

6. A chitosan-containing adhesive bandage as claimed in claim 5, wherein the length of the first protective layer is greater than the distance from the first joint to the end of the second adhesive layer away from the first joint, so as to completely cover the second adhesive layer;

7. A chitosan-containing woundplast according to claim 6, wherein an end of the first protective layer away from the first joint is provided as a first flange folded outward; one end, far away from the second connecting part, of the second protective layer is provided with a second flanging which is turned outwards.
