A toy rubber band gun as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that a cutting groove (315) is provided under said cartridge case (31), said cutting groove (315) is provided through both left and right ends of said cartridge case (31), said cutting groove (315) extends up to the upper side of said containing groove (312), said cartridge case (31) cuts said rubber band (32) by sliding said cutting groove (315) onto said cutting member (4); the barrel runs through the setting of frame of a gun (1), cutting member (4) set up in the intraductal one end of keeping away from the muzzle of a gun.

A toy rubber band gun as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that a trigger (5) is arranged on the gun body (1), said trigger (5) extending into said gun body (1) and having its top end connected to said lower slide (23), said lower slide (23) being movable by activating said trigger (5) to push said bullet (3) towards said cutting member (4).

A toy rubber band gun as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a handle (6) and a magazine (7), said magazine (7) being mounted in said handle (6), said handle (6) being mounted on said body (1), said magazine (7) having a magazine mechanism and a plurality of cartridges (3) disposed therein, said magazine mechanism being capable of delivering said cartridges into a barrel of said body.

The toy rubber band gun as claimed in claim 7, wherein the bullet supplying mechanism comprises a main elastic member (73), a bullet propelling block (71) and a locking mechanism, the bullet propelling block (71) is disposed on the main elastic member (73), a slot (711) with a downward opening is disposed at a lower side of the bullet propelling block (71), a position-limiting post (712) is disposed in the slot (711), and a first clamping block (741) is disposed on the locking mechanism, wherein when the bullet propelling block (71) presses down the main elastic member (73), the first clamping block (741) is slidably disposed in the slot (711) and limits the bullet propelling block (71) through the position-limiting post (712).

A toy rubber band gun as claimed in claim 8, characterized in that a guide rod (72) is further provided in said magazine (7), a bottom end of said guide rod (72) penetrates said bullet thrust block (71) and said main elastic member (73) to be connected to a bottom end of said magazine (7), a top end of said guide rod (72) extends into said barrel, a guide hole (314) is provided through an upper and a lower surface of a shell (31) of said bullet (3), said bullet (3) is provided in said magazine (7) through said guide rod (72) via said guide hole (314); an avoidance groove (231) with an opening at one end is arranged at one end, far away from the traction rope (26), of the lower sliding piece (23).

The toy rubber band gun as claimed in claim 9, wherein said locking mechanism comprises a push block locking piece (74) and a torsion spring (75), said first latch (741) is disposed at a top end of said push block locking piece (74), a bottom end of said push block locking piece (74) extends to an outer side of said magazine (7), a connecting shaft (742) and a second latch (743) are disposed at a middle section of said push block locking piece (74), said torsion spring (75) is disposed on said connecting shaft (742), and one end of said torsion spring (75) is connected to a lower end of said first latch (741) and the other end is connected to a bottom end of said magazine (7), and said second latch (743) is engaged to a side wall of said magazine (7) and extends to an outer side of said magazine (7).
