Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions and advantages of the present application clearer, the following will describe the embodiments of the present application in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The related art footlight is mainly classified into two types of a light source direct type and a light source downward projection type according to a projection direction of light. Taking the footlight installed on the wall as an example, wherein, the light of the footlight of the light source direct-emitting type generally exits perpendicular to the wall surface, so that the footlight has the advantages of large illumination range and good illumination effect, but users feel dazzling when looking straight, and are easy to cause discomfort of eyes; and the light source throws the type of footlight downwards, and light then can be towards ground outgoing, therefore can effectively avoid the dazzling condition of light, but downward irradiation also leads to light insufficient, and the illuminating effect is limited.
The embodiment of the application provides a foot lamp, can enough guarantee the illuminating effect, can also avoid light to penetrate people's eye directly. Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a footlight provided in an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 1, the footlight comprises a fixed seat 1, a lighting function part 2, a light-transmitting cover 3 and a shading surface cover 4. The lower part 10 of the fixed seat 1 is provided with a light-transmitting channel 11, and the light-transmitting channel 11 is provided with a light-entering end 111 and a light-exiting end 112; the lighting function part 2 is connected with the fixed seat 1 at one side where the light-entering end 111 is located; the light-transmitting cover 3 is connected with the fixed seat 1 at one side of the light-emitting end 112, the inner cavity of the light-transmitting cover 3 is communicated with the light-transmitting channel 11, and at least one part of the light-transmitting cover 3 covers the front surface of the lower part 10; the shading cover 4 is connected with the fixed seat 1 and covers the lighting function piece 2, and the part of the light-transmitting cover 3 far away from the light-entering end 111 is exposed outside the shading cover 4.
It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present application, words such as "lower", "front", etc. indicating orientations are merely used for convenience of description to clearly illustrate the structure of the footlight, and are not to be construed as limiting the position of the corresponding structure in the footlight. Taking an installation scene of the footlight on a vertical wall as an example, at least a part of the back of the fixing seat is embedded into the wall at the time, then "the lower part of the fixing seat" corresponding to the installation scene refers to a part of the fixing seat close to the bottom end, and "the front surface of the lower part (or the fixing seat)" refers to a surface far away from the back of the fixing seat. Of course, the orientation of the lower and front faces of the mounting base may change when the footlight is mounted in other orientations on other objects.
Therefore, in the footlight provided by the embodiment of the present application, the lighting function 2 and the light-transmitting cover 3 are respectively disposed at the light-incoming end 111 and the light-outgoing end 112 of the light-transmitting channel 11, so that the light emitted by the lighting function 2 can pass through the light-transmitting channel 11 and enter the inner cavity of the light-transmitting cover 3, and then be diffused by the light-transmitting cover 3, so that the light-transmitting cover 3 becomes another light source (hereinafter referred to as "secondary light source") in addition to the primary light source lighting function 2, thereby realizing illumination. In order to prevent the primary light source lighting function part 2 from being too bright to stimulate the eyes of a user when emitting light, after the shading surface cover 4 is connected with the fixed seat 1, the primary light source lighting function part 2 is covered, and only the secondary light source is exposed outside. Like this when the user looks directly at the footing light, can't see illumination function spare 2, but can only see the secondary light source and be giving out light to also avoided light to penetrate people's eye directly when having guaranteed illuminating effect, promoted user's use and experienced.
The structure and advantages of the various parts of the footlight provided by the embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 1-14.
The fixing seat 1 is a member for fixing the footlight in a wall body. As shown in fig. 1, the fixing base 1 may have a cavity structure, and the lighting function component 2 can be installed in the cavity of the fixing base 1. Normally, the back of the fixing base 1 may be fixed in the mounting base, the front of the fixing base 1 is connected with the light-shielding cover 4 and exposed outside the mounting base, the front and the back face are opposite, and the mounting base may be a wall, a bottom, a cabinet, etc., for example.
The light-transmitting channel 11 is disposed at the lower portion 10 of the fixing base 1, and light emitted from the lighting function component 2 can enter the light-transmitting channel 11 from the light-entering end 111 and exit from the light-exiting end 112. An enlarged partial cross-sectional view of the light-transmitting channel 11 is shown in fig. 1 in order to more clearly show the structure of the light-transmitting channel 11. In some embodiments, the light-transmitting channel 11 may be formed by a hole-shaped structure directly formed on the base body of the fixing base 1, and at this time, the light-transmitting channel 11 and the fixing base 1 are integrally formed; in other embodiments, a surrounding plate may be connected to the lower portion 10 of the fixing base 1, and a light-transmitting channel 11 is formed between the surrounding plate and the fixing base 1, in which case the light-transmitting channel 11 and the fixing base 1 are not integrally formed.
In some implementations of the embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the lower portion 10 of the fixing base 1 has a first connecting structure 12 and a second connecting structure 13, the first connecting structure 12 is located on the front surface of the lower portion 10, and the second connecting structure 13 is located beside the light-transmitting channel 11; the light-transmitting cover 3 has a third connecting structure 321 and a fourth connecting structure 331, the third connecting structure 321 is connected with the first connecting structure 12 in a matching manner, and the fourth connecting structure 331 is connected with the second connecting structure 13 in a matching manner.
The front surface of the holder 1 is a surface of the panel facing the light shielding cover 4. For example, in some embodiments of the present application, the first connection structure 12 may be disposed on a front surface of the light-transmitting channel 11, and the second connection structure 13 may be disposed beside the light-transmitting channel 11, where the first connection structure 12 and the second connection structure 13 are located on different surfaces of the fixing base 1. Accordingly, the third connection structure 321 and the fourth connection structure 331 are also located on different surfaces of the light-transmissive cover 3, so that the light-transmissive cover 3 has better connection firmness and stability after the first connection structure 12 is connected with the third connection structure 321 and the second connection structure 13 is connected with the fourth connection structure 331.
In the embodiment of the present application, the light-transmissive cover 3 is a member for dispersing the light emitted from the light-emitting end 112 of the light-transmissive passage 11 to the periphery. After the light exits from the light exit end 112 of the light transmission channel 11, the light is generally directed out toward the ground along the opening direction of the light exit end 112, and at this time, the irradiation direction of the light is concentrated, and the illumination effect is poor. And after setting up the printing opacity cover 3, in the light that enters into the inner chamber of printing opacity cover 3, some light can directly pass the bottom of printing opacity cover 3 and go out towards ground direct projection, and another part light can take place the reflection in printing opacity cover 3, and then jets out from the lateral wall of printing opacity cover 3, therefore the setting of printing opacity cover 3 has obviously increased the printing opacity area, has promoted the illuminating effect. The bottom of the light-transmissive cover 3 refers to a portion of the light-transmissive cover 3 opposite to the light exit end 112.
In some embodiments of the present application, in order to further enhance the illumination effect of the light-transmissive cover 3, the roughness of the inner wall of the light-transmissive cover 3 may be increased, so that more light is reflected in the inner cavity of the light-transmissive cover 3, thereby reducing the amount of light emitted directly from the bottom of the light-transmissive cover 3 and increasing the amount of light emitted from the side wall of the light-transmissive cover 3.
In addition, the light-transmitting cover 3 can be improved from the manufacturing material point of view, and the light-transmitting cover 3 is made of light diffusion materials, so that a better lighting effect can be achieved. Illustratively, a light diffusing agent may be added to the resin raw material used to manufacture the light-transmissive cover 3, thereby increasing the scattering and transmission effects of light, so that the light-transmissive cover 3 can emit softer light.
In some implementations of the embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the light-transmissive cover 3 may include a cover body 31, a first connecting plate 32 and a second connecting plate 33, and the first connecting plate 32 and the second connecting plate 33 are both connected to an opening end 311 of the cover body 31. The first connecting structure 12 includes at least one first buckle 121, the third connecting structure 321 includes at least one first grommet 3211 opened on the first connecting plate 32, and the first buckle 121 is located in the first grommet 3211; the second connecting structure 13 includes at least one second buckle 131, the fourth connecting structure 331 includes at least one second grommet 3311 opened on the second connecting plate 33, and the second buckle 131 is located in the second grommet 3311.
For example, in the footlight structure shown in fig. 2, the first connecting structure 12 includes two first buckles 121, the two first buckles 121 are respectively disposed on two sides of the front surface of the light-transmitting channel 11, which is far away from the back of the fixing base 1, the first connecting plate 32 is provided with two first grommets 3211, the two first grommets 3211 are respectively located on two sides of the first connecting plate 32, and the two first buckles 121 can be clamped into the two first grommets 3211; the second connecting structure 13 includes two second buckles 131, two second buckles 131 are respectively disposed at two sides of the light transmission channel 11, a gap is provided between each second buckle 131 and the light transmission channel 11, the number of the second connecting plates 33 is two, two second connecting plates 33 are respectively disposed at two sides of the first connecting plate 32, each second connecting plate 33 is provided with a second eyelet 3311, two second clamping blocks are clamped into the two second eyelets 3311, so that the connection between the light transmission cover 3 and the fixing seat 1 is realized.
It should be noted that after the first buckle 121 is snapped into the first grommet 3211, the first connecting plate 32 abuts against the front surface of the light-transmitting channel 11, which requires that the shape of the first connecting plate 32 is matched with the shape of the front surface of the light-transmitting channel 11, for example, when the front surface of the light-transmitting channel 11 abutting against the first connecting plate 32 is a plane, the first connecting plate 32 is a flat plate; when the front surface of the light-transmitting channel 11, which is abutted against the first connecting plate 32, is curved, the first connecting plate 32 is in the shape of a curved plate, so that the front surface of the light-transmitting channel 11 can support the first connecting plate 32. The first connecting plate 32 is attached to the front surface of the light-transmitting passage 11, and can block light from leaking between the opening end 311 of the cover 31 and the light-emitting end 112 of the light-transmitting passage 11.
In some implementations of the embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, the light-transmissive cover 3 further includes a clamping plate 34, and the clamping plate 34 is connected to the open end 311 of the cover 31 and is located at the opposite side of the first connecting plate 32; the clamping plate 34 is located in the light-transmitting channel 11 and abuts against the inner wall of the light-transmitting channel 11. The engaging plate 34 can abut against the inner wall of the light-transmitting channel 11, and is also adapted to block light from leaking out from between the open end 311 of the cover 31 and the light-emitting end 112 of the light-transmitting channel 11, and at this time, light emitted from the light-emitting end 112 can only enter the inner cavity of the cover 31 from between the first connecting plate 32 and the engaging plate 34.
Wherein, the clamping plate 34 can also be used for strengthening the connection firmness of the light-transmitting cover 3 and the fixed seat 1. As shown in fig. 4 to 6, in some implementations of the embodiment of the present application, the fixing base 1 further includes at least one rib 14, and the at least one rib 14 is located in the light-transmitting channel 11 and divides the light-transmitting channel 11 into at least two parallel sub light-transmitting channels 11311. Each rib position 14 comprises a first rib 141 and a second rib 142 which are vertically intersected, two sides of the first rib 141 are respectively connected with the first inner wall 114 and the second inner wall 115 of the light-transmitting channel 11, a first interval 140 is arranged between the second rib 142 and the second inner wall 115, the first inner wall 114 is opposite to the second inner wall 115, and the second inner wall 115 is an inner wall which is abutted to the clamping plate 34. The clamping plate 34 is provided with a clamping groove 341, the clamping plate 34 extends into the first space 140, and the first rib 141 is clamped in the clamping groove 341. In the structure of the above-mentioned footlight, since the plate body of the clamping plate 34 is clamped in the first space 140, the first rib 141 of the fixing seat 1 is clamped in the clamping groove 341, thereby further increasing the firmness of connection between the light-transmitting cover 3 and the fixing seat 1.
Moreover, after the lighting function part 2 is used for a period of time or under the influence of the ambient temperature and humidity, the light-transmitting channel 11 is easily deformed. And the two ends of the first rib 141 are respectively connected to the two opposite inner walls of the light transmission channel 11, so that the light transmission channel 11 can be supported, the deformation degree of the light transmission channel 11 can be restrained to a certain extent, the deformation of the light transmission channel 11 is reduced, and even the light transmission channel 11 is prevented from deforming.
In addition, because the fixing base 1 and the light-transmitting cover 3 have different structural sizes, the two structures have different deformation amounts even under the same environment, so that a fit gap caused by inconsistent deformation degrees is easily generated between the fixing base 1 and the light-transmitting cover 3. The first rib 141 and the second rib 142 intersect perpendicularly to form a cross shape, so that after the clamping plate 34 is embedded in the first space 140 and the first rib 141 is clamped in the clamping groove 341, the deformation of the light-transmitting channel 11 and the light-transmitting cover 3 can be effectively limited by the cross-shaped rib 14, or the deformation can be synchronously deformed, and therefore, even if the footlight provided by the embodiment of the application is used for a long time, a matching gap is not easily generated between the second inner wall 115 and the clamping plate 34 to cause light leakage.
In the present embodiment, the light shielding surface cover 4 is a member for covering the lighting function 2. The shading surface cover 4 is connected with the fixed seat 1 and covers the front part of the fixed seat 1. The light-shielding surface cover 4 can block the propagation of light, for example, the light-shielding surface cover 4 can absorb all light or totally reflect the light irradiated on the light-shielding surface cover 4. The material of the light-shielding face cover 4 may be set according to the use requirement, for example, the light-shielding face cover 4 may be made of a light-blocking material, or a light-shielding coating may be coated on the surface of a conventional face cover to shield light.
In some implementations of embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 7-9, the front surface of the lower portion 10 defines a first groove 15, the first groove 15 having a groove opening end 151 facing away from the cover 31; a notch 322 which deviates from the cover body 31 is formed in the first connecting plate 32, and in the thickness direction of the first connecting plate 32, the notch 322 is communicated with the first groove 15; the side of the light-shielding cover 4 close to the light-transmitting cover 3 has a third buckle 41, and the third buckle 41 extends into the first groove 15 through the groove opening end 151 and is buckled with the first connecting plate 32 at the bottom of the gap 322.
Since the third catch 41 can only enter or leave the first groove 15 from the groove opening end 151, the light shielding face cover 4 cannot be detached in the thickness direction of the first link plate 32 after the light shielding face cover 4 is assembled in the above manner.
