Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a high field of supporting especially indicates a joint structure of foot stool.
Background
Known foot mounts are provided on the bottom of a machine or equipment that supports the machine or equipment on a support surface, such as a ground surface.
Some supporting surfaces are uneven, which causes the machine or equipment to be slightly inclined, reduces the precision of the workpiece and affects the quality of the product. Therefore, the heights of some foot seats can be adjusted, the overall horizontal state is relatively changed, machinery or equipment is helped to adapt to an uneven supporting surface, and good balance feeling is achieved.
The utility model discloses the designer invests manpower and material resources, is dedicated to the research and development of foot stool to obtain certain achievement, such as taiwan No. M587718 novel patent case in china.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
However, the present case utility model designer is not therefore full, still lasts the research of foot stool to utility model a joint structure, main aim at: the joint type combined structure is adopted, so that the foot base can adjust the angle, can adapt to an uneven supporting surface and can help machinery or equipment to obtain a balanced feeling.
The foot stand of the present invention comprises: a support rod having a ball portion; a base having a groove for receiving the ball portion of the support rod, a channel formed in the groove adjacent the opening; and a fastener disposed in the groove for preventing the ball portion from coming out of the groove through the opening without interfering with the mutual rotation of the ball portion and the base.
Wherein, the supporting rod is provided with an external thread section and a non-thread section which are connected, and the ball part belongs to one part of the non-thread section. The non-threaded section also has a cylinder and a hex portion connected to the external threaded section, the cylinder integrating the external threaded section and the hex portion, the ball portion having a diameter less than the diagonal of the hex portion. The unthreaded section also has a neck portion connecting the hex portion and the ball portion, the neck portion having a diameter less than a diameter of the ball portion.
In addition, the fastener is a C-fastener.
Thus, the foot seat of the utility model uses the fastener to make the ball part combine with the groove of the base, thereby realizing the joint structure. The joint structure can adjust the angle of the foot base, can adapt to uneven supporting surfaces and can help machines or equipment to obtain a balanced feeling.
To make the objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, one or more embodiments accompanied with the drawings are described in detail below.

Description of reference numerals: a foot seat 10; a nut 11; an internally threaded bore 12; a fastener 13; an angle 14; a support rod 20; a connection end 21; a coupling end 22; an external threaded section 23; a non-threaded section 24; a cylinder 25; a hexagonal portion 26; a ball portion 27; a neck portion 28; a base 30; an upper surface 31; a lower surface 32; a recess 33; the grooves 34; a circumferential surface 35; a conical surface 36.
Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the preferred embodiment of the foot rest 10 of the present invention can be disassembled or separated into a fastener 13, a support rod 20 and a base 30. In other words, the fastener 13 combines the support bar 20 and the base 30 to form the foot seat 10.
In the drawings, the support rod 20 is defined at two ends as a connecting end 21 and a connecting end 22, and an external thread section 23 extends from the connecting end 21 to the connecting end 22 through an unthreaded section 24. The non-threaded section 24 comprises: a cylinder 25, a hexagonal portion 26, a ball portion 27 and a neck portion 28 (see fig. 3), wherein the cylinder 25 integrates the external thread section 23 and the hexagonal portion 26, the hexagonal portion 26 connects the ball portion 27 via the neck portion 28, and the spherical center of the ball portion 27 serves as the connecting end 22 of the supporting rod 20. Wherein the neck portion 28 has a diameter less than a diameter of the ball portion 27, and wherein the diameter of the ball portion 27 is less than a diagonal distance of the hex portion 26.
Along the axial direction of the base 30, a groove 33 extends from the upper surface 31 to the lower surface 32 by a depth. The upper surface 31 of the base 30 is centrally open to the recess 33, and the wall defining the recess 33 in the base 30 is a circumferential surface 35 (see fig. 3), the circumferential surface 35 engaging a conical surface 36 (see fig. 3) deep in the recess 33, the conical surface 36 providing the recess 33 with a closed bottom. The circumferential surface 35 has a diameter greater than the diameter of the ball portion 27, and a groove 34 is formed in the circumferential surface 35 adjacent the opening of the recess 33, the groove 34 having a diameter greater than the diameter of the recess 33.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the fastening member 13 is a C-clip with a reduced diameter that enters the groove 33 through the opening. The clip 13 falls into the groove 34 and returns to its original diameter, and the walls of the base 30 surrounding the groove 34 prevent the clip 13 from falling off the floor of the recess 33.
When the support rod 20 is combined, the combining end 22 enters the groove 33 of the base 30 through the fastener 13 to form an articulated structure. When the ball 27 passes through the opening of the groove 33, the inside of the button 13 has a diameter smaller than the diameter of the ball 27, and the ball 27 expands the diameter of the button 13 to squeeze into the base 30. The retainer 13 returns to its original diameter as the ball 27 comes to the bottom of the groove 33, preventing the ball 27 from exiting the groove 33 through the opening without interfering with the rotation of the ball 27 and the base 30 relative to each other.
Thus, the connecting end 21 of the support rod 20 is inserted through a nut 11, and an internally threaded hole 12 of the nut 11 is threaded with the externally threaded section 23 to mount the foot 10 to the bottom of a machine or equipment (not shown). Optionally, the hexagonal portion 26 is engaged by a tool (e.g., a spanner wrench) to perform the mounting operation of the socket 10 in cooperation with the nut 11 and the external thread section 23.
The ball portion 27 contacts the conical surface 36 of the groove 33 so that the joint configuration allows the brace 20 to stand upright on the base 30 under gravity. At this point, the neck 28 supports the hex 26 a distance from the upper surface 31 of the base 30. The lower surface 32 of the base 30 has a large area so that the machine or equipment can be stably placed on a supporting surface, such as the ground.
In fig. 4, the articulated configuration allows the support pole 20 to swing to an angle 14, maintaining a tilt relative to the base 30, helping the machine or equipment to accommodate uneven support surfaces.
Generally, the hexagonal portion 26 touches the upper surface 31 of the base 30 and represents the angle 14 at which the brace 20 is tilted relative to the base 30, which is the maximum angle of articulation.
