Abstract
支气管异物助取器涉及一种医疗器械，特别是用
于取出支气管异物的协助器具。该器具主要解决了
钳子挟取支气管异物易发生的硬质光滑异物挟不住，
越挟越往支气管深处移动或者将异物挟成小碎块坠
入细小支气管内的问题。该助取器的主要特点提取
杆前端设有微小的气囊，当助取器送入气管镜越过异
物后，用注射器往注气软管注气，使气囊膨胀，迎头拦
截住异物，便于支气管异物的拉出或用钳子挟出，该
助取器适用于各医院备用。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械，特别是用于取出支气管异物的协助器具。
目前，公知的支气管异物取出法多采用气管镜伸进支气管内，当窥视到异物后，用钳子通过气管镜腔挟取异物；由于异物种类繁多，大小形态不定，质地软硬各异，又因气管是由粗渐细，分枝递增的多个盲管通道，当用钳子挟取异物时常出现硬质和光滑的异物不易挟住，越挟越往支气管深处移动，有时即使挟住异物，常出现异物被钳子挟成碎块，坠入细小支气管内，不仅使异物的取出难度增大，还会引起肺炎或肺不张，甚至出现肺脓肿等严重合并症。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种与气管镜相配套的支气管异物提取和阻挡异物滑向支气管深处的器具。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，设一细长管为提取杆（4），在提取杆（4）的最前端设有进气口（2），并且在提取杆（4）上设有两道环槽（3），微型气囊（1）固定在提取杆（4）的环槽（3）上，手柄（5）固定在提取杆（4）的后端，注气软管（6）套固在提取杆（4）的最后端。在取支气管异物时，便将助取器送入气管镜缓慢行进，接近异物后由异物与气管壁间的缝隙中插入，使气囊越至异物下方，然后由助手将气囊充气到规定的数量，使气囊膨胀而堵赛异物下方的支气管腔，然后根据异物的性质和大小，采用常规的方法取出异物。
由于采用上述方案，解决了在用钳挟异物时易发生异物滑向支气管的深处或挟碎后坠入细小支气管的弊端，采用该助取器不仅能对通过气管镜腔的异物直接拉到镜腔内取出，也能对硬质和光滑活动的异物起到固定的作用，然后用钳子挟碎异物，一块一块的挟出，该助取器为钳牢异物顺利的挟取，提供了可靠的条件和安全系数；它具有结构简单，体细小，囊软而润滑，进出气管对气管壁无损伤。

1、支气管异物助取器，具有手柄(5)套固在提取杆(4)的后端，注气软管(6)套固在提取杆(4)的最后端，其特征是提取杆(4)为一细长空心管制作，它的最前端设有进气口(2)，在靠进气口(2)的后面设有两道环槽(3)，环槽(3)起固定主要工作部件气囊(1)的作用。
2、根据权利要求1所述的支气管异物助取器，其特征是提取杆（4）是用塑料或金属材料制成，气囊（1）是用乳胶材料制成。
