The embodiment of the application discloses door with fire prevention function. Referring to fig. 1, the door having a fireproof function includes a door body 1 for opening and closing, a door frame 2 for mounting the door body 1, and a mounting box 3 for improving flame retardancy; the outer wall of the door frame 2 is fixedly installed with the inner wall of an indoor room entrance and exit, and the door body 1 is hinged with the door frame 2, so that the door body 1 can be opened and closed in a rotating mode.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the mounting box 3 is of a lower opening structure, the mounting box 3 is fixed on the side wall of the door frame 2 at a position corresponding to the upper edge of the door body 1, and the length of the mounting box 3 is greater than the width of the door body 1; a flame-retardant curtain 31 is horizontally wound in the mounting box 3, and the axis of the flame-retardant curtain 31 when wound is parallel to the upper edge of the door body 1;
the width of the flame-retardant curtain 31 is greater than that of the door body 1, and the length of the flame-retardant curtain 31 is slightly greater than that of the door body 1, so that the flame-retardant curtain 31 can effectively cover the door body 1 after being lowered; the flame-retardant curtain 31 is coated with flame-retardant powder, so that the flame-retardant curtain 31 can have higher flame-retardant performance when being lowered.
In order to enable the flame-retardant curtain 31 to descend in case of fire, a limiting rod 32 is fixed on the lower edge of the flame-retardant curtain 31, the length of the limiting rod 32 is greater than the width of the door body 1, limiting sliding blocks 321 are fixed on one sides of two ends of the limiting rod 32 close to the door frame 2, and limiting sliding grooves 21 matched with the limiting sliding blocks 321 are vertically formed in two sides of the door frame 2; the cross section of the limiting slide block 321 is of a T-shaped structure, and the limiting slide groove 21 is matched with a T-shaped groove, so that the limiting rod 32 can stably slide downwards through the matching of the limiting slide block 321 and the limiting slide groove 21.
When the flame-retardant curtain 31 is in a rolling state, the upper side of the limiting chute 21 is positioned at the lower side of the limiting slide block 321, and the telescopic electric control limiting block 22 is installed, and when the electric control limiting block 22 extends out, the electric control limiting block 22 is transversely positioned at the lower side of the limiting slide block 321 to limit the limiting slide block 321, so that the downward displacement range of the limiting slide block 321 is limited; referring to fig. 2 and 3, when a fire occurs, the electrically controlled stopper 22 retracts to the bottom of the stopper chute 21, so that the stopper slide block 321 moves downward, and under the action of the gravity of the stopper rod 32, the lower edge of the flame retardant curtain 31 is driven to move downward, so that the flame retardant curtain 31 is unfolded downward to cover the door body 1, thereby improving the flame retardant effect.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in order to improve the flame retardant performance of the door body 1, the door panel 11 is of a hollow structure, a heat insulation board 12 parallel to the door panel 11 is fixed in the door panel 11, and the heat insulation board 12 is provided with two layers; flame-retardant heat-insulating cotton 13 is filled between the two layers of heat-insulating plates 12 and between the door plate 11 and the heat-insulating plates 12; the flame retardant effect of the door body 1 is improved, and the heat insulation performance is enhanced.
In order to further improve the flame retardant performance of the door body 1, the two sides of the two layers of heat insulation plates 12, which are away from each other, are fixed with a plurality of flame retardant capsules 121, and a plurality of rows and a plurality of columns of the flame retardant capsules 121 are arranged at intervals along the plane of the heat insulation plates 12.
The flame-retardant bag 121 is of a hemispherical structure, and the edge of one side of the opening of the flame-retardant bag 121 is fixedly connected with the heat-insulating plate 12; the flame-retardant bag 121 is provided with a two-layer structure, and comprises an inner flame-retardant bag 1211 and an outer flame-retardant bag 1212, wherein inert gas is filled in the inner flame-retardant bag 1211, and flame-retardant dry powder is filled between the inner flame-retardant bag 1211 and the outer flame-retardant bag 1212.
When the door body 1 meets fire, the gas in the inner flame-retardant sac 1211 is heated to expand, so that the inner flame-retardant sac 1211 and the outer flame-retardant sac 1212 are further exploded, the flame-retardant dry powder in the outer flame-retardant sac 1212 is sprayed out, the flame burning at the door body 1 is weakened, the door body 1 which catches fire is flame-retardant, and the spread of the fire is relieved.
Preferably, the inert gas filled in the inner flame-retardant bag 1211 is carbon dioxide, which has a density higher than that of oxygen and can sink under the action of gravity to cover the combustion part, so that the combustion part is isolated from the oxygen, and the fire at the fire is further weakened.
