Correspondingly, the second end surface is the lower surface of the carrier plate 100, and the second annular protrusion 400 is in contact with the lower surface of the carrier plate 100. Thus, a clamping groove can be formed between the first annular protrusion 210 and the second annular protrusion 400, and the first annular protrusion 210 and the second annular protrusion 400 are respectively contacted with two opposite surfaces of the bearing plate 100, so that the bearing plate 100 is clamped in the clamping groove, and the position between the bearing plate 100 and the cup holder 200 is fixed.
Optionally, the cup holder 200 includes a limiting ring, an annular groove 220 is disposed on an outer side wall of the cup holder 200, the limiting ring is embedded in the annular groove 220, and the second annular protrusion 400 is formed by the limiting ring.

An annular gap can be formed between the open end of the cup body 300 and the bearing hole 240, and the width of the gap can be 1mm-5mm, so that the position of the cover body 500 can be corrected through the gap, thereby ensuring that the cover body 500 can be aligned with the cup mouth end of the cup body 300, and being beneficial to improving the covering effect of the cover body 500.
Optionally, the surface of the bearing plate 100 is provided with at least two through holes arranged at intervals, and each through hole is penetrated with one cup holder 200.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present application, four through holes are formed on a surface of the bearing plate 100, and one cup holder 200 is inserted into each through hole. Like this, the saucer assembly can bear four cups 300 simultaneously, and in encapsulating the cup 300, can encapsulate four cups 300 in step to be favorable to improving the encapsulation efficiency to cup 300.
Referring to fig. 1, another embodiment of the present application provides a packaging apparatus, which includes a first handling device, a capping device 600 and the cup holder assembly of the above embodiment, wherein the first handling device is used for handling a lid 500 into the carrying hole 240, so that the lid 500 is capped on the open end of the cup 300; the capping device 600 is used for pressing the cap body 500 and the cup body 300 in the bearing hole 240.
The packaging equipment can be applied to packaging of cup-shaped products. The first carrying device and capping device 600 is a carrying device and capping device 600 commonly used in the existing cup product packaging production line. Referring to fig. 1, the capping device 600 may include a telescopic cylinder, and the telescopic cylinder is controlled to extend toward one side of the cap plate, so as to push the cap body 500 to move toward the cup body 300, so as to achieve the capping between the cap body 500 and the cup body 300.
Optionally, the packaging apparatus further includes a conveying chain, the conveying chain is connected to the cup holder assembly to drive the cup holder assembly to move along the conveying chain, and the first carrying device and the capping device 600 are respectively disposed at a side portion of the conveying chain. The packaging equipment further comprises a cup ejecting device, the cup ejecting device is arranged at the first end of the conveying chain, and the cup ejecting device is used for ejecting the cup body 300 carried by the cup holder assembly moving to the first end of the conveying chain from the end with the larger inner diameter of the carrying hole 240. The packaging equipment further comprises a second carrying device, the second carrying device is arranged at the first end of the conveying chain and is used for taking the cup 300 ejected out of the bearing hole 240 to a preset position.
The conveying chain may be a conveying chain commonly used in an existing cup product packaging production line, a filling machine for filling the cup 300 with the product may be further provided at a side of the conveying chain, and the filling machine and the second handling device may be a filling machine and a handling device commonly used in an existing cup product packaging production line. The cup ejecting device can be a telescopic cylinder. The preset position can be a finished product placing area of the cup-type product.
In an embodiment of the present application, the carrying plate 100 may be connected to a conveying chain, and the conveying chain may drive the carrying plate 100 to reciprocate between a first position and a second position, the first carrying device, the capping device 600, and the filling machine may be respectively located between the first position and the second position, the cup ejecting device may be located below the second position, and the second carrying device may be located at a side of the second position.
Wherein the cup 300 can be placed into the cup holder assembly from the first position, and wherein the transfer chain can transport the cup 300 to a filling machine and fill the cup 300 with product via the filling machine; then, the conveying chain drives the cup 300 to move to the first conveying device, and the first conveying device takes the lid 500 and covers the lid 500 on the cup 300. Then, the conveying chain can convey the cup 300 to the capping device 600, the capping device 600 presses the lid 500 onto the cup 300, and finally, the conveying chain conveys the cup 300 to the second position, the cup ejecting device ejects the cup 300 from the first opening end of the carrying hole 240, and the second conveying device grabs the cup 300 to the finished product placing area, thereby completing the packaging process of the cup-type product.

2. A cup holder assembly according to claim 1, wherein an outer side wall of said cup holder is provided with a first annular protrusion, said first annular protrusion abutting a first end surface of said carrier plate.

The cup holder assembly according to claim 2, wherein the outer side wall of the cup holder is further provided with a second annular protrusion, the second annular protrusion and the first annular protrusion are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the bearing hole, the second annular protrusion is in contact with the second end surface of the bearing plate, and the first end surface and the second end surface are two opposite end surfaces of the bearing plate.

The packaging apparatus of claim 8, further comprising a cup ejecting device disposed at the first end of the conveyor chain, wherein the cup ejecting device is configured to eject the cup carried by the cup holder assembly moving to the first end of the conveyor chain from the end of the carrying hole having the larger inner diameter.
10. The packaging apparatus of claim 9, further comprising a second handling device disposed at the first end of the conveyor chain, wherein the second handling device is configured to take the cup ejected from the carrying hole to a predetermined position.
