the lower joint cover at least comprises two side walls and a plurality of connecting pieces arranged between the two side walls, a hollow part which is vertically hollowed out is formed by the two side walls and the connecting pieces in a surrounding manner, and the hollow part is used for accommodating the windshield wiper connecting base;
the side wall of the lower joint cover and/or a limiting device is arranged between the side wall and the connecting plate, and the limiting device is used for limiting the displacement of the windshield wiper connecting base relative to the lower joint cover in the length direction;
the novel windshield wiper is characterized in that two clamping blocks and locking blocks are respectively arranged on the inner side of the side wall of each joint lower cover from top to bottom at least at two ends of a base, which are opposite to the windshield wiper connecting base, in the length direction, the clamping blocks abut against the top surface of the base, the locking blocks abut against the bottom surface of the base, and each clamping block and the locking block form an up-down locking and fixing device which is arranged at the front end and the rear end of the base, which is opposite to the windshield wiper connecting base.
2. The wiper connecting base and the joint lower cover according to claim 1, wherein the latch block and the locking block of the same pair of the upper and lower locking devices are located on the same vertical line in the vertical direction.
3. The wiper connecting base and the joint lower cover as set forth in claim 1, wherein the limiting means are two limiting ledges on the inner side of each side wall of the joint lower cover, the limiting ledges being abutted against the both sides of the connecting plate for limiting.

The wiper connecting base and the joint lower cover as claimed in claim 3, wherein the outer side of the connecting plate of the wiper connecting base is provided with at least one limiting groove from top to bottom, and the inner side of the sidewall of the joint lower cover is provided with a limiting rib engaged with the limiting groove.
5. The wiper connecting base and the joint lower cover as set forth in claim 1, wherein the locking piece has a guide slope at a bottom end thereof, and a width of a longitudinal section of the guide slope is tapered from top to bottom.

The wiper connecting base and the joint lower cover according to claim 1, wherein the limiting means is a limiting groove from top to bottom formed on the outer side of the connecting plate of the wiper connecting base and a limiting rib formed on the inner side of the side wall of the joint lower cover and adapted to be engaged with the limiting groove.

The wiper connecting base and the joint lower cover according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein each of said bases has a number of notches corresponding to the number of the locking pieces at positions adjacent to the side edges and on the top surface, and each of said bases has a number of locking grooves corresponding to the number of the locking pieces at positions adjacent to the side edges and on the bottom surface, said notches and said locking grooves having recesses respectively formed with a stopper surface at a side of the respective recess facing the connecting plate, said locking pieces being engaged in the notches and being capable of being abutted against the stopper surfaces of the notches for limiting, and said locking pieces being engaged in the locking grooves and being capable of being abutted against the stopper surfaces of the locking grooves for limiting.
8. The wiper connecting base and the joint lower cover as set forth in claim 7, wherein the base has an inclined surface from a top surface to a side thereof, the inclined surface being gradually wider from top to bottom, the catching groove being provided on the inclined surface.
9. The wiper connecting base and the joint lower cover according to claim 7, wherein the locking groove and the locking groove are closed recesses, and the locking block is adapted to the length of the locking groove and/or the locking block is adapted to the length of the locking groove.
10. The wiper connecting base and the joint lower cover according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the wiper connecting base is formed by injection molding in one piece, the base is a through groove extending along the length direction thereof, the top surface of the through groove has a closed end, the bottom surface thereof has an open end extending along the length direction, and the inner cavity of the through groove is hollow and is used for directly or indirectly penetrating and fixing the wiper support.

The wiper connecting base and the joint lower cover according to claim 7, wherein the wiper connecting base is formed by injection molding, the base is a through groove extending along the length direction thereof, the top surface of the through groove has a closed end, the bottom surface of the through groove has an open end extending along the length direction, and the through groove has a hollow inner cavity for directly or indirectly penetrating and fixing the wiper support.

The wiper connecting base and the joint lower cover according to claim 8, wherein the wiper connecting base is formed by injection molding, the base is a through groove extending along a length direction thereof, a top surface of the through groove has a closed end, a bottom surface of the through groove has an open end extending along the length direction, and an inner cavity of the through groove is hollow and is used for directly or indirectly penetrating and fixing the wiper support.

The wiper connecting base and the joint lower cover according to claim 9, wherein the wiper connecting base is formed by injection molding, the base is a through groove extending along a length direction thereof, a top surface of the through groove has a closed end, a bottom surface thereof has an open end extending along the length direction, and an inner cavity of the through groove is hollow and is used for directly or indirectly penetrating and fixing the wiper support.

The wiper connecting base and the joint lower cover as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the wiper connecting base is made of metal, the base is a plate-like body having a slightly arched middle portion, and front and rear ends each having a pair of claws for riveting the wiper holder in a width direction thereof.

The wiper connecting base and the joint lower cover as set forth in claim 7, wherein the wiper connecting base is made of metal, the base is a plate-like body, the middle portion thereof is slightly arched, and the front and rear ends thereof are respectively provided with a pair of claws for riveting the wiper support in the width direction thereof.
