In this embodiment, in order to prevent water leakage from gaps between the components, the first waterproof sealing groove 332 is disposed on the pressure relief cover 33, and a first waterproof sealing ring 331 which is located in the switching chamber 301 after assembly is disposed in the first waterproof sealing groove 332 to ensure that the switching chamber 301 does not leak water. The hand-adjusting spray gun structure according to claim 4 is characterized in that a ball hole (15) for accommodating the elastic locking assembly (7) is further arranged on the base (1), the elastic locking assembly (7) comprises a ball (71) and a ball return spring (72) which are sequentially arranged in the ball hole (15) from top to bottom, and the upper end of the ball (71) is provided with a locking part (711) which is exposed out of the ball hole (15) and can be clamped in the tooth socket of the outer gear part (51).
