Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and therefore are only examples, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
According to an aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, a seat chassis and a seat are provided to enable the backrest of the seat to be adjusted by memory of reclining.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a structure of a seat chassis and a structure of an internal adjusting mechanism thereof, and a side-view structure of a memory limiting block and a locking slider matching and separating according to an embodiment of the present invention are schematically shown in the drawings.
As shown in the drawing, the seat pan 100 includes: the backrest comprises a base 110, a backrest support 120, a memory limiting block 130, a locking slider 140, a first elastic piece 150 and an elastic slider 160. The base 110 has a receiving cavity therein. One end of the backrest support 120 is used for connecting the backrest of the chair, and the other end is rotatably connected with the base 110, so that the backrest support 120 can automatically tilt forwards and reset through the elastic sheet or the torsion spring. The memory limiting block 130 is disposed on the backrest support 120, and the memory limiting block 130 has a first arc surface 131 facing the base. The locking slider 140 is slidably disposed in the accommodating cavity of the base 110, the locking slider 140 has a second arc surface 141 opposite to the first arc surface 131, and the second arc surface 141 is used for supporting and limiting the first arc surface 131 to rotate backward, so as to realize backward limiting of the backrest support 120. The first elastic member 150 is connected between the locking slider 140 and the base 110, and is used for providing a restoring elastic force for the locking slider 140 to slide toward the memory stopper 130. The elastic sliding block 160 is slidably disposed in the accommodating cavity of the base 110, a second rack is disposed at one end of the elastic sliding block 160, a first rack is disposed at one side of the locking sliding block 140, and the second rack on the elastic sliding block 160 can be engaged with the first rack on the locking sliding block 140 to limit and lock the locking sliding block 140.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5 again, the backrest support 120 rotates relative to the base 110 via the rotation shaft 500 to adjust the backrest to recline and incline. When the second rack on the elastic slider 160 is engaged with the first rack on the locking slider 140, the locking slider 140 is position-limited and locked, and the memory stopper 130 may be rotated forward (for example, may be in a state as shown in fig. 4). When the memory limiting block 130 tilts backwards along the rotating shaft 500 until the first arc surface 131 abuts against the second arc surface 141 (for example, the state shown in fig. 5 may be adopted), the memory limiting block 130 cannot rotate backwards continuously because the locking slider 140 is locked in a limiting manner, so that the backward tilting memory limiting of the backrest support 120 is realized. And the locking slider 140 is locked after sliding to any position by the engagement locking and separation unlocking of the first rack on the locking slider 140 through the second rack on the elastic slider 160, so that the stepless adjustment of the backward leaning memory limit angle is realized, a user can adjust the backward leaning memory limit angle to any angle according to the requirement, and the sitting comfort of the seat is improved. During the use, because back support piece can elastically reset to realize that the seat back can support and lean on human back and follow the activity at human back and carry out corresponding rotation regulation automatically in the spacing angle of back support piece memory, make attached in human back at any time and provide the support for the user relies on in the seat back, design more humanized, further promote the travelling comfort of taking.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in the embodiment shown in the figures, in order to limit the sliding track of the locking slider 140, a cover plate 142 is covered on the top of the locking slider 140, and the cover plate 142 is fixed to the base 110 by a screw thread.
Further, in order to improve the ease of using the seat recline limit, the present application further provides another embodiment, and referring again to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the seat pan may further include: a second elastic member 190, a driving slider 200 and a third elastic member 210. A second elastic member 190 (e.g., a torsion spring as shown in the figures) is connected between the elastic slider 160 and the base for providing an elastic force for the elastic slider 160 to slide away from the locking slider 140. The active slider 200 is slidably disposed in the receiving cavity of the base, and one side of the active slider abuts against one end of the elastic slider 160 to limit the elastic slider 160 from sliding. The third elastic member 210 is connected between the active slider 200 and the base, and is used for providing an elastic force for the active slider 200 to slide towards the elastic slider 160.
When the active slider 200 slides against the elastic force of the third elastic member 210 (the sliding direction is shown as the arrow direction on the active slider 200 in fig. 3), the active slider 200 no longer abuts against the elastic slider 160, so that the elastic slider 160 slides toward the active slider 200 under the action of the second elastic member 190 (the sliding direction is shown as the arrow direction on the elastic slider 160 in fig. 3), and thus the second rack on the elastic slider 160 is separated from the first rack on the locking slider 140, and the locking slider 140 is unlocked, and then slides under the action of the first elastic member 150.
Further, in order to improve the working efficiency between the active slider and the elastic slider, the present application further provides another embodiment, and referring to fig. 3 again, in the embodiment, the active slider 200 has a first inclined surface, and the elastic slider 160 has a second inclined surface, when the active slider 200 slides toward the elastic slider 160 under the action of the third elastic element 210, the first inclined surface of the active slider 200 and the second inclined surface of the elastic slider 160 slide relatively, so that the elastic slider 160 slides toward the locking slider 140, and the second rack on the elastic slider 160 is engaged with the first rack on the locking slider 140. Set up first inclined plane through the setting on initiative slider 200, set up the second inclined plane on elasticity slider 160, when making initiative slider 200 slide towards elasticity slider 160 under the effect of third elastic component 210, first inclined plane and second inclined plane relative slip, and the first inclined plane on the initiative slider 200 provides certain thrust for the second inclined plane on the elasticity slider 160, thereby promote elasticity slider 160 and slide towards locking slider 140, the transmission structure between initiative slider 200 and the elasticity slider 160 is optimized in the setting of inclined plane, promote transmission efficiency.
Referring to fig. 3 again, in some embodiments, the active sliding block 200 is connected to a first pulling rope 230, and when the first pulling rope 230 is pulled, the active sliding block 200 slides (the sliding direction is shown by the arrow on the active sliding block 200), so that the elastic sliding block 160 is separated from the locking sliding block 140.
By arranging the first pulling rope 230, a user can pull the first pulling rope 230 from the outside of the seat or through a handle on the seat to control the limit locking and unlocking of the locking slide block 140, so that the adjustment and locking of the reclining memory angle of the seat back are realized.
In the seat chassis provided by the embodiment of the present application, further include a forward-leaning fixture block and a limiting slider, for limiting the forward-leaning rotation of the seat back, refer to fig. 6 and 7 specifically, and schematically show the structures of the forward-leaning fixture block and the limiting slider in the seat chassis according to the embodiment of the present invention. In some embodiments, the backrest support 120 may have connecting arms 121 rotatably connected to the base 110 on both sides, and the seat pan further includes: a forward-leaning fixture block 170 and a limit slide block 180. The forward-leaning fixture block 170 is disposed inside the connecting arm 121, the limiting slider 180 is slidably disposed in the accommodating cavity of the base 110, and the limiting slider 180 is capable of cooperating with the forward-leaning fixture block 170 to limit the forward-leaning rotation of the backrest support 120.
Through the cooperation of the forward-leaning fixture block 170 and the limiting slide block 180, the backrest support 120 is limited when rotating forward to a fixed position, and the injury to the waist of a human body caused by excessive forward leaning of the backrest support 120 is avoided.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, a side view structure of the seat chassis of an embodiment of the present invention showing the engagement and disengagement of the limiting slider 180 and the forward-tilting block 170 is schematically shown. In some embodiments, the forward tilt latch 170 may have a stop surface 171 facing the stop slider 180, and the stop surface 171 is configured to abut against the stop slider 180 to limit the forward tilt rotation of the backrest support 120.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, after the backrest support rotates backward, the limiting surface 171 of the forward-tilting latch 170 is separated from the limiting slider 180 (for example, the state shown in fig. 8 may be used), and at this time, after the backrest support rotates forward along the rotating shaft 500, the limiting surface 171 of the forward-tilting latch 170 abuts against the limiting slider 180, and the limiting slider 180 limits the forward-tilting latch 170 to rotate forward continuously, so as to achieve forward-tilting limiting locking of the backrest support.
