Further, as shown in fig. 7, the static electricity removing assembly 20 further includes static electricity inductors 208 installed at upper and lower ends of the bracket 205, the static electricity inductors 208 are used for collecting ions in the cabinet body 10, the static electricity inductors 208 are electrically connected to the MCU micro control board 201 through connection lines, the MCU micro control board 201 processes voltages formed by the ions on the static electricity inductors 208 and compares the voltages with preset voltages, and if the voltages formed by the ions on the static electricity inductors 208 are greater than or equal to the preset voltages, the MCU micro control board 201 controls the high voltage generator 202.

Claims (10)

An anti-static compact shelf comprises a cabinet body (10), wherein the cabinet body (10) is composed of a dispersible and compact cabinet body (10) consisting of a movable frame row and a fixed frame row and comprises a guide rail (101), a bottom beam (102), a stand column (103), a top plate (104), a hanging plate (105) and a laminate plate (106), the guide rail (101) is fixed on the ground through expansion screws, the bottom beam (102) makes reciprocating linear motion on the guide rail (101) through rollers (107), the lower end of the stand column (103) is inserted on the bottom beam (102), the top plate (104) is fixed at the upper end of the stand column (103), the outer sides of the stand column (103) at the leftmost end and the rightmost end are respectively provided with a left side plate (108) and a right side plate (109), the hanging plate (105) is hooked on the stand column (103), and two ends of the laminate plate (106) are placed on the hanging plate (105), the number of layers of the laminate (106) is not less than three, characterized in that,

2. The electrostatic-proof compact shelf as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of the guide rails (101) is at least 2, and two adjacent guide rails (101) are parallel, the guide rails (101) are provided with rail grooves, and the rollers (107) run in the rail grooves.

The anti-static compact shelf according to claim 1, wherein the cabinet (10) further comprises a transmission module (114), the transmission module (114) comprises a driving motor (1141), a speed reducer (1142), a transmission member and a controller (1143), the driving motor (1141) and the transmission member are both mounted inside the bottom beam (102), the transmission member is connected with the roller (107), the transmission member is connected with the driving motor (1141) through a clutch, the driving motor (1141) is connected with the controller (1143) through a connecting wire, the controller (1143) is fixed on the left side plate (108), and the controller (1143) is electrically connected with the MCU micro-control board (201).

An anti-static compact shelving as claimed in claim 3, wherein said transmission module (114) further comprises an operating handle (1144), said operating handle (1144) being located in the middle of said left side plate (108), said operating handle (1144) being connected to said transmission member.
5. An anti-static compact shelving as claimed in claim 1, wherein the thickness of the anti-static coating (112) is H, wherein H is 0.1mm ≦ H ≦ 0.25mm, and the color of the anti-static coating (112) is not limited to white, blue, green, yellow.
6. An anti-static compact shelving as claimed in claim 5, wherein the anti-static roll (113) has the same colour as the anti-static coating (112).
7. The electrostatic prevention type compact shelf as claimed in claim 1, wherein a polymer oil adhesive is coated on the bottom of the electrostatic prevention roll (113), and the electrostatic prevention roll (113) is adhered to the upper end surface of the laminate (106) by the adhesive.
8. The electrostatic compact shelf as claimed in claim 1, wherein the surface layer (1131) is an electrostatic dissipative layer and has a thickness of 0.4 to 0.6 mm; the bottom layer (1132) is a conductive layer, and the thickness of the conductive layer is 1.6-2.0 mm.

The antistatic compact shelf according to claim 1, wherein the static electricity removing assembly (20) further comprises an ion air knife (206) and an air pump (207), the ion air knife (206) is installed on the bracket (205) and located at the rear side of the ionization needle (204), the ion air knife (206) is connected with the air pump (207) through an air pipe, the air pump (207) is installed in the bottom beam (102), and the air pump (207) is electrically connected with the MCU micro-control board (201) through a connecting wire.

The anti-static compact shelf according to claim 1, wherein the static electricity removing assembly (20) further comprises static electricity inductors (208) installed at the upper and lower ends of the bracket (205), the static electricity inductors (208) are used for collecting ions in the cabinet (10), the static electricity inductors (208) are electrically connected with the MCU micro-control board (201) through connecting wires, the MCU micro-control board (201) processes the voltage formed by the ions on the static electricity inductors (208) and compares the voltage with a preset voltage, and if the voltage formed by the ions on the static electricity inductors (208) is greater than or equal to the preset voltage, the MCU micro-control board (201) controls the high voltage generator (202).
