It is to be noted that the following drawings are simplified and explanatory and that the present invention may be practiced or applied in various other embodiments, and that various modifications and changes may be made in the details of the present description based on various aspects and applications without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[ example 1]
Please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic view illustrating a hands-free umbrella supporting set 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The hands-free umbrella holding set 100 mainly comprises an umbrella holder 10 and a wearing member 30, when a user puts the wearing member 30 on the body, the front body 30A of the wearing member 30 is positioned on the front of the trunk of the body, and the umbrella holder 10 for holding the umbrella post or the umbrella head of the umbrella (the umbrella post U is exemplarily illustrated in fig. 1) can be fixed on the left side of the body of the front body 30A. For example, the present embodiment is exemplified by a wearing member 30 of a back-strap type, the front body 30A of which has a left front strap 31 and a right front strap 32 respectively located at both sides of the front of the trunk of the body, and an umbrella holder 10 for clamping the umbrella post U of the umbrella may be provided at the left front strap 31 so that the umbrella post U is positioned at the front left side of the body. Therefore, the user does not need to support the umbrella by hands, and can spare hands to do various activities or laborers while shading sun and sheltering from rain. In addition, the front portion 30A of the wearing part 30 may further optionally include a chest belt 33 and/or a front waist belt 34 connected between the left front belt 31 and the right front belt 32 to improve the stability of the wearing part 30, wherein the chest belt 33 is located at a position corresponding to the upper chest of the user, and the front waist belt 34 is located at a position corresponding to the upper abdomen and the lower thorax (i.e. the distance from the left front belt 31 and the right front belt 32 to the upper edge of the front waist belt 34 is about 47 cm), which is more ergonomic, and the front waist belt 34 is located at a position that is more capable of reducing the problem of limited applicability of the wearing part 30 caused by the difference in abdominal fatness of the user than the waist belt generally corresponding to the abdomen. In order to adapt the wearing element 30 to various body shapes and to facilitate putting on and taking off, the chest belt 33 and the front waist belt 34 are preferably designed to be adjustable in length and each made up of a left section 33A, 34A and a right section 33B, 34B which can be fastened to and unfastened from each other.
The detailed structure of the umbrella holder 10 and the wearing piece 30 and the connection relationship thereof will be described in further detail below.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, which are schematic perspective views of an umbrella holder 10 according to a first embodiment of the present invention and schematic views of the umbrella holder 10 clamping an umbrella post U, the umbrella holder 10 mainly comprises a base 11, a clamping mechanism 13 and a stopper 14. The front surface 101 of the base 11 is provided with a receiving portion 113, wherein the receiving portion 113 has a first side 113A and a second side 113B extending from the top side T1 of the base 11 to the bottom side T2 in the longitudinal direction D1, and the anti-slip member 14 is disposed on the receiving portion 113, such that when the pillar U (see fig. 4) or the head side of the umbrella abuts between the first side 113A and the second side 113B of the receiving portion 113, the anti-slip member 14 can provide sliding resistance for the pillar U (or the head). The clamping mechanism 13 is disposed on the front surface of the base 11 and has a pressing member 131 operable in a released state (shown in fig. 2) and a clamped state (shown in fig. 3).
More specifically, the clamping mechanism 13 further has an elastic member 133 and a force-applying member 135, two opposite ends of the elastic member 133 are respectively connected to the pivot ends 135A of the pressing member 131 and the force-applying member 135, and the pivot end 135A of the force-applying member 135 is pivoted on the front surface of the base 11. Accordingly, when the force applying end 135B of the force applying member 135 is forced to pivot the force applying member 135 in a direction approaching the base 11 (the pivoting direction R shown in fig. 2) to a predetermined position, the pressing member 131 is transformed from the releasing state shown in fig. 2 to the clamping state shown in fig. 3, and the elastic member 133 accumulates elastic restoring force. Since the urging member 135 is provided with a pin 1351 near the urging end 135B and the side plate 111 of the base 11 has a hole 1111 corresponding to the pin 1351, the urging member 135 can be fixed at the predetermined position by the pin 1351 being caught in the hole 1111 (as shown in fig. 3). In addition, in order to facilitate the user to apply force to the force applying member 135, a friction portion 1353 may be disposed at the force applying end 135B (labeled in fig. 3) of the force applying member 135 to increase the friction force and prevent the user from slipping his/her hand when applying force.
As shown in fig. 4, when the top pressure member 131 is in the clamped state, a pressing surface 1301 of the top pressure member 131 is opposite to the accommodating portion 113, and the umbrella pole U (or the umbrella head) opposite to the accommodating portion 113 generates a pressing force to clamp the umbrella pole U (or the umbrella head) between the top pressure member 131 and the accommodating portion 113, and the antislip member 14 provided on the accommodating portion 113 contacts with the umbrella pole U (the area where the antislip member 14 contacts with the umbrella pole U (or the umbrella head) is shown to be slightly depressed due to the pressing force acting on the umbrella pole U (or the umbrella head)). To provide sliding resistance to the umbrella post U (or head), the anti-slip member 14 can be made of any material (such as silicone) or structure with anti-slip effect. Alternatively, the stopper 14 may be provided on the pressing surface 1301 of the top press 131 instead, or the stopper 14 may be provided on both the accommodating portion 113 and the pressing surface 1301 of the top press 131. Here, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the pressing surface 1301 preferably has a concave arc surface corresponding to the arc periphery of the umbrella post U (or the umbrella head), so as to facilitate the attachment of the side surface of the umbrella post U (or the umbrella head), thereby enhancing the holding force. In addition, to further prevent the umbrella pole U (or the umbrella head) from separating from the second side 113B of the accommodating portion 113, the front surface of the base 11 is further provided with a stopping portion 15, which is located outside the second side 113B of the accommodating portion 113 and has a predetermined height relative to the accommodating portion 113, when the pressing member 131 is operated to the clamping state, the stopping portion 15 near the outer edge of the pressing member 131 can stop the umbrella pole U (or the umbrella head) from separating from the accommodating portion 113 from the second side 113B in the transverse direction D2.
Referring again to FIG. 5, there is shown a schematic front view of another form of umbrella holder 10 of this embodiment. The umbrella holder 10 may optionally further comprise a reinforcement unit 16 covering at least a portion of the pressing member 131 when the pressing member 131 is in the clamped state (for example, fig. 5 shows the reinforcement unit 16 covering a lower end region of the pressing member 131), and in the fastened state, to provide a binding force to the pressing member 131, thereby enhancing the holding force. In more detail, the reinforcement unit 16 of the present embodiment includes a first member 163 and a second member 165, the first member 163 is fixed at one end to the first side 11A of the base 11, and the second member 165 is fixed to the front surface of the base 11 near the second side 11B (as shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment has the stopper 15 on the front surface of the base 11 near the second side 11B, so that the second member 165 can be fixed to the stopper 15 near the second side 11B). Here, the present embodiment employs a structure in which the inner surface of the first member 163 is coated with a ring-like structure (e.g., velcro female surface structure) and the outer surface of the second member 165 is coated with a hook-like structure (e.g., velcro male surface structure), so that when the first member 163 is applied to the pressing member 131, the ring-like structure on the inner surface of the first member 163 is combined with the hook-like structure on the outer surface of the second member 165 to form a temporary fastening state. To separate the first member 163 from the second member 165, the reinforcement unit 16 is released by applying a force to separate the members. Alternatively, the inner surface of the first member 163 may instead be coated with a hook-like structure, while the outer surface of the second member 165 may instead be correspondingly coated with a loop-like structure.
Furthermore, the clamping mechanism 13 of the umbrella holder 10 may optionally comprise a further biasing member, such as the front view of a further form of umbrella holder 10 shown in fig. 6, which is substantially identical to the structure described in fig. 2 to 4, except that this form lengthens the lower end region of the base 11 to add a further biasing member to the front 101 of the base 11. The pressing member 132 has a connecting end 132A connected to the first side 11A of the base 11 and a free end 132B opposite to the connecting end 132A. Accordingly, the pressing member 132 can be opened and closed relative to the base 11 by using the connection point of the connection end 132A and the base 11 as an axis, so as to be in a clamped state or a released state. When the pressing member 132 is in the clamped state, the free end 132B thereof can be fixed to the second side 11B of the base 11, and the pressing member 132 is opposite to the accommodating portion 113 to provide a pressing force to the portion of the umbrella post U (or the umbrella head) not pressed by the pressing member 131. The detailed structure and fixing manner of the pressing member 132 of this embodiment can be described in detail with reference to fig. 18, and will not be described herein again. In addition, the additional pressing member 132 is not limited to the structure shown in fig. 18, but can be any other structure capable of pressing the umbrella post U (or the umbrella head) as well, such as the pressing members 131 and 132 shown in fig. 15.
Next, please refer to fig. 7, which is a schematic front view of the wearing member 30 of the hands-free umbrella supporting set 100 of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, the wearing member 30 includes a front body 30A and a rear body 30B connected to each other and corresponding to the front and rear of the trunk of a user (not shown), wherein for the purpose of facilitating the detachment and installation of the umbrella holder 10 on the front body 30A of the wearing member 30, the main fastening region 301 of the left front strap 31 corresponding to the front of the left chest of the user may be a hairy surface portion covered with a ring structure, and the rear surface of the base 11 of the umbrella holder 10 shown in fig. 1 to 6 may be a hooked surface portion covered with a hook structure. Thus, the hook-like structure on the back of the base 11 is engaged with the loop-like structure on the main attachment area 301 on the left side of the wearing article 30 to form a temporary fastened state, and the umbrella holder 10 can be detached from the wearing article 30 by simply applying a force to separate the two. Alternatively, the main fastening area 301 provided on the left side of the wearing piece 30 may instead be covered with hook-shaped portions, whereas the back side of the base 11 of the umbrella holder 10 shown in fig. 1 to 6 may correspondingly be covered with loop-shaped hair-shaped portions. To provide additional binding for an umbrella holder (not shown) secured to the main attachment area 301, the left segment 33A of the chest strap 33 preferably overlies the main attachment area 301 to hold the umbrella holder when the left and right segments 33A, 33B are engaged with one another.
In addition, the front body 30A of the wearing part 30 can be selectively provided with one or more hooks, storage bags and the like (not shown) at appropriate positions on the left front belt 31, the right front belt 32, the chest belt 33 and the front waist belt 34, so that a user can hang or store other objects, and the inconvenience of holding the objects is reduced. Alternatively, one or more elastic belts may be disposed at the front waist belt 34, for example, two elastic belts 341, 343 are exemplified in the present embodiment, wherein one end of the elastic belts 341, 343 is fixed at the front waist belt 34 (for example, the present embodiment is exemplified by being fixed at the left and right sides of the front waist belt 34), and the other end can be fixed at a desired position by combining the hook surface and the rough surface. For example, to assist in securing the lower end region of the umbrella, the elastic band 341 secured at one end to the left side of the front waistband 34 may be stretched over the left front waistband 31 and secured at its other end at, for example, the main securing region 301 of the left front waistband 31 at a juncture 3411 to wind and press the lower end region of the umbrella (e.g., to press the head of the umbrella). Therefore, the elastic belt is suitable for reinforcing and fixing the umbrella with any umbrella head (such as hook type, crutch type, straight tube type, flat head type, circular arc type and the like) to help prevent the umbrella from being instantaneously pulled up, down, left and right by strong wind, and can stably maintain the position of the umbrella even if the elastic belt is used for a large umbrella which is heavy and bears large wind resistance and is pulled by wind power. Alternatively, the elastic band 341 can be stretched to a temporary fixing area 342 disposed at the right side of the front waist belt 34 to hook and fix the folded umbrella. Similarly, the elastic band 343 fixed at one end to the right side of the front waist band 34 can be stretched to another temporary fixing region 344 at the left side of the front waist band 34 and fixed at the temporary fixing region 344 with the joint part 3431 at the other end thereof to hook and fix the folded unused umbrella. Here, the inner surface of the combining portion 3411, 3431 may be one of a hair surface portion (covered with a ring structure) and a hook surface portion (covered with a hook structure), and the temporary fixing region 342, 344 may be the other of the hair surface portion and the hook surface portion. Taking the main fastening region 301 as a hair portion, the connecting portion 3411 of the band 341 is a hook portion to facilitate the fastening of the band 341 to the main fastening region 311.
With the umbrella holder 10 and the wearing member 30, the hands-free umbrella supporting assembly 100 of the present invention is suitable for fixing various forms of umbrellas (such as a long-handle umbrella, a walking stick umbrella, a foldable umbrella, an auto-eject umbrella, an inverted umbrella) without being limited by a specific umbrella head shape, umbrella post length, umbrella surface size, etc., and thus can be used with existing umbrellas without purchasing any special umbrella. In particular, the quick-assembly and quick-disassembly design between the umbrella holder 10 and the wearing member 30 is advantageous to improve the convenience of use, and the umbrella holder 10 is easy to store due to its small size, and thus is convenient for the user to carry. In addition, the hand-free umbrella supporting set 100 of the present invention can be fully matched with the body to stretch or sit upright without continuously adjusting the position of the umbrella, and the shielding function of the umbrella is not affected, so that the user can freely move under the umbrella.
In addition to the form of the wearing part 30 shown in fig. 7, the back body part 30B of the wearing part 30 of the present invention can be designed as a backpack as shown in fig. 8, and the main fixing area 301 of the front body part 30A can be replaced by a belt 312, and the front and back sides of the belt 312 can be covered with a hook structure and a ring structure respectively. Accordingly, when the umbrella holder 10 is placed on the main fixing region 301, the strap 312 may wind the umbrella holder 10 around the main fixing region 301, and the strap 312 is fixed in a fastened state by the combination of the loop structure and the hook structure. Optionally, a receptacle 315 may be further provided below the primary fastening area 301 for towing the head of an umbrella (not shown).
Furthermore, the umbrella holder 10 of this embodiment may instead be fixed in front of the body by clamping. For example, as shown in fig. 9, the umbrella holder 10 is substantially the same as that shown in fig. 5, except that the base 11 of the present form is elongated up and down, and the reinforcing unit 16 is instead provided over the top press 131 (the reinforcing unit 16 shown in fig. 9 is in a released state), and may also have at least one clamping member 19 (two clamping members 19 are shown in fig. 9 for illustrative purposes) provided on the back of the base 11. Accordingly, the umbrella holder 10 of the present form can be used with a user's existing backpack, with the clamping members 19 clamping the front shoulder straps of the backpack and optionally reusing additional auxiliary straps (not shown) to assist in securing the umbrella.
Referring to fig. 7, the front portion 30A of the wearing member 30 may further have an upper fixing region 302 and a lower fixing region 303 respectively located above and below the main fixing region 301 for disposing one or more of the adjusting seat 20 shown in fig. 10, the clip seat 40 shown in fig. 11 and 12, the limiting seat 50 shown in fig. 13, and the auxiliary clip seat 60 shown in fig. 14. For example, in the present embodiment, any one of the adjusting seat 20, the clipping seat 40 and the limiting seat 50 is fixed on the upper fixing area 302 to assist in fixing the umbrella pole, and the auxiliary clipping seat 60 is fixed on the lower fixing area 303 to assist in fixing the umbrella pole or the umbrella head of the umbrella. Accordingly, when using an umbrella type (e.g., a two-fold or three-fold foldable umbrella) having a shorter umbrella pole, since the center of gravity of the umbrella pole is located above the center of gravity of the umbrella pole during umbrella supporting, the adjusting seat 20, the clipping seat 40 or the limiting seat 50 disposed on the upper fixing region 302 can provide a supporting force at an upper position of the umbrella pole, thereby improving the supporting stability of the umbrella of this type. However, the auxiliary clamping seat 60 can be fixed on the upper fixing area 302 or the adjusting seat 20, the clamping seat 40 and the limiting seat 50 can be fixed on the lower fixing area 303 instead according to the requirement, so as to assist in positioning the umbrella pole or the umbrella head below the main fixing area 301.
Referring to the perspective view of the adjusting seat 20 shown in fig. 10, the front surface 201 of the adjusting seat 20 is provided with an abutting portion 2111 extending from the top side T1 to the bottom side T2 of the front surface 201, so that the side surface of the umbrella post or the umbrella head (not shown) can abut against the abutting portion 2111, and the front surface 201 of the adjusting seat 20 can adjust the inclination thereof through a movable mechanism 21. Here, the embodiment is exemplified by the movable mechanism 21 including the first pivot 211 and the second pivot 213, wherein one end of the first pivot 211 is provided with the abutting portion 2111, and the other end is pivoted to the second pivot 213, so that the first pivot 211 can pivot to a desired orientation around the pivot axis X relative to the second pivot 213, thereby adjusting an included angle between the front 201 and the back 202 of the adjusting base 20. More specifically, the form shown in fig. 10 is exemplified by adjusting the inclination angle of the umbrella pole or head with respect to the front surface of the user's trunk, when the umbrella pole or head (not shown) is to be adjusted to incline from bottom to top toward the direction approaching the front surface of the user's trunk (i.e., the umbrella pole or head leans back), the first pivoting body 211 can be pivoted to a desired angle about the pivoting axis X in the first pivoting direction R1, so that the shortest distance from the top side T1 of the front surface 201 to the plane of the back surface 202 of the adjusting base 20 is shortened, and the shortest distance from the bottom side T2 to the plane of the back surface 202 of the adjusting base 20 is lengthened; conversely, when the umbrella pole or the umbrella head is to be adjusted to tilt from bottom to top in a direction away from the front surface of the trunk of the user (i.e., the umbrella pole or the umbrella head tilts forward), the first pivot 211 is pivoted to a desired angle about the pivot axis X in a second pivot direction R2 opposite to the first pivot direction R1, such that the shortest distance from the top side T1 of the front surface 201 to the plane where the back surface 202 of the adjusting seat 20 is located is lengthened, and the shortest distance from the bottom side T2 to the plane where the back surface 202 of the adjusting seat 20 is located is shortened. Accordingly, when the back surface 202 of the adjusting seat 20 is fixed on the upper fixing area 302 at the left front belt 31 shown in fig. 7, the adjusting seat 20 can assist in fixing the umbrella pole or the umbrella head, and can adjust the umbrella pole or the umbrella head to tilt forward or backward to a desired angle, so that the umbrella surface of the umbrella can reach the maximum shielding area relative to the user.
Referring to the schematic open-loop and closed-loop status diagrams of the clip holder 40 shown in fig. 11 and 12, the clip holder 40 has a base 41 and a curved body 43, wherein a back surface 402 of the base 41 is used for being fixed on the upper fixing area 302 at the left front belt 31 shown in fig. 7, and the curved body 43 stands on a front surface 401 of the base 41 and is configured to be operated to an open-loop status shown in fig. 11 or a closed-loop status shown in fig. 12. More specifically, the front surface 401 of the base 41 is provided with a frame slot 411, the frame slot 411 is recessed from the notch to the bottom thereof by a depth, the ring curved body 43 is respectively supported and fixed on the notch of the frame slot 411 by a first fixing position 431 and a second fixing position 433 at the bottom edge thereof, and the bottom edge of the ring curved body 43 is provided with a movable joint 435 located between the first fixing position 431 and the second fixing position 433. When the ring curved body 43 is in the open ring state as shown in fig. 11, the opposite head segment 43A and tail segment 43B are spaced apart from each other by a gap, and the movable joint 435 protrudes in a direction away from the back surface 402 of the base 41 (i.e., in a direction away from the bottom of the frame slot 411), and when the movable joint 435 protruding inward is pressed (as shown by the arrow in fig. 11), the ring curved body 43 will deform downward with the first fixing location 431 and the second fixing location 433 as the fulcrum through the movable joint 435, so that the head segment 43A and the tail segment 43B are close to each other, and even the head segment 43A can cover the tail segment 43B to be in the closed ring state as shown in fig. 12. To strengthen the fixing force in the closed loop state, the head section 43A and the tail section 43B may have a first fixing portion 436 and a second fixing portion 437, respectively, so that the head section 43A and the tail section 43B can be combined and fixed with each other in the closed loop state. For example, the present embodiment is exemplified by the first fixing part 436 and the second fixing part 437 which are designed in a zigzag shape, respectively located on the inner side surface of the head section 43A and the outer side surface of the tail section 43B, so as to be engaged and fixed with each other in the closed loop state. The head section 43A and the tail section 43B may be fixed by any other suitable fixing means, such as a hole-pin snap-fit method, without being limited to the above-mentioned saw-tooth engagement method. In addition, in order to release the fixing state between the upper first fixing portion 436 and the second fixing portion 437, the end of the head segment 43A is preferably provided with an external protrusion 438, so that the user can apply a force on the external protrusion 438, so that the head segment 43A can be separated from the tail segment 43B, and the first fixing portion 436 and the second fixing portion 437 are separated. Accordingly, when the ring-shaped curved body 43 is in an open-loop state, the umbrella pole or the umbrella head (fig. 12 illustrates the umbrella pole U) can be pressed into the ring-shaped curved body 43 from the gap between the head section 43A and the tail section 43B, and then the raised movable section 435 is pressed by the side surface of the umbrella pole U (or the umbrella head), so that the ring-shaped curved body 43 can be deformed into a closed-loop state as shown in fig. 12 by bending the movable section 435, at this time, the head section 43A and the tail section 43B can be fixed to each other by the first fixing portion 436 and the second fixing portion 437, and the inner side surface of the ring-shaped curved body 43 can surround the periphery of the umbrella pole U (or the umbrella head) to fix the umbrella pole U (or the umbrella head) in the ring-shaped curved body 43. When the umbrella post U (or the umbrella head) is to be separated from the ring curved body 43, a force is applied to the convex portion 438 of the head section 43A to slightly separate the head section 43A from the tail section 43B to separate the first fixing portion 436 from the second fixing portion 437, and then the umbrella post U (or the umbrella head) is moved in a direction away from the frame slot 411 by the force, so as to open the ring curved body 43, so that the ring curved body 43 is deformed into an open ring state as shown in fig. 11, and then the umbrella post U (or the umbrella head) can be moved out of the ring curved body 43 from the gap between the head section 43A and the tail section 43B. Optionally, in order to enhance the holding force of the curved ring 43 on the umbrella post U (or the umbrella head), a slip stopper 45 may be disposed on the inner side of the curved ring 43 to contact the umbrella post U (or the umbrella head) to provide a slip stopping effect.
Referring to the perspective view of the position-limiting base 50 shown in fig. 13, the position-limiting base 50 has a main plate 51, a first side plate 53 and a second side plate 54, wherein a back surface 502 of the main plate 51 is used for being fixed on the upper fixing area 302 at the left front belt 31 shown in fig. 7, a front surface 501 of the main plate 51 is provided with an abutting portion 513, so that a side surface of an umbrella post or an umbrella head (not shown) can abut against the abutting portion 513, and the first side plate 53 and the second side plate 54 respectively stand on two opposite sides of the abutting portion 513, so as to block the transverse displacement of the umbrella post or the umbrella head between the first side plate 53 and the second side plate 54. Optionally, in order to facilitate the user to hang the object, the position-limiting seat 50 may further include a first hook 57 and a second hook 58 respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the abutting portion 513 and respectively located below the first side plate 53 and the second side plate 54. In addition, in order to fit the umbrella pole or the umbrella head more and provide sliding resistance, a sliding stopper 59 may be laid on the abutting portion 513 of the main plate 51.
Finally, as shown in fig. 14, the auxiliary holder 60 has a bottom plate 61, a protrusion 62, a first clamp 63 and a second clamp 64. The back side 602 of the base plate 61 is adapted to be secured to the lower fastening region 303 at the front waistband 34 shown in fig. 7, while the male member 62 projects from the front side 601 of the base plate 61 and has a contact surface 62A against which the side of the pole or head of the umbrella (illustratively, head H in fig. 14) can rest. The first clip 63 and the second clip 64 are respectively located outside two opposite sides of the protruding member 62, and protrude from the front 601 of the bottom plate 61 in a direction away from the bottom plate 61 and beyond the contact surface 62A of the protruding member 62 and approach each other. Accordingly, when the head H (or the umbrella pole) is pressed in from the gap between the first clip 63 and the second clip 64, the gap between the first clip 63 and the second clip 64 is spread by the head H (or the umbrella pole), and after the head H is pressed down to the contact surface 62A of the protruding member 62, the first clip 63 and the second clip 64 rebound to the original position to prevent the head H (or the umbrella pole) from separating away from the bottom plate 61. To facilitate the pressing of the umbrella head H (or the umbrella post) from the gap between the first and second clamping bodies 63, 64, the first and second ends 631, 641 of the first and second clamping bodies 63, 64 are preferably designed as roller structures. In addition, the contact surface 62A of the protruding member 62 is preferably a sliding surface, such as a contact surface made of silicone or any other material or structure with anti-sliding effect, so as to provide sliding resistance for the umbrella head H (or the umbrella pole). Accordingly, the auxiliary holder 60 of this embodiment can hold various types of umbrella heads, and can further cooperate with the elastic bands 341 and 342 shown in fig. 7 to help fix the umbrella heads, and can also be used to hold unused umbrella.
The above-mentioned fixing forms of the umbrella holder 10 to the wearing member 30 can be applied to the way any one of the adjusting seat 20, the clipping seat 40 and the position limiting seat 50 is fixed to the upper fixing area 302 and the auxiliary clipping seat 60 is fixed to the lower fixing area 303. For example, the back surface 202 of the adjustment seat 20, the back surface 402 of the base 41 of the clip seat 40, and the back surface 502 of the main plate 51 of the limit seat 50 may be fixed on the upper fixing region 302 by combining a ring structure and a hook structure, that is, the back surface 202 of the adjustment seat 20, the back surface 402 of the base 41 of the clip seat 40, and the back surface 502 of the main plate 51 of the limit seat 50 may be one of a hair surface portion and a hook surface portion, and the upper fixing region 302 may be the other of the hair surface portion and the hook surface portion. Similarly, the back 602 of the bottom plate 61 of the auxiliary holder 60 can be fixed on the lower fixing region 303 by combining the ring structure and the hook structure, i.e. the back 602 of the bottom plate 61 of the auxiliary holder 60 can be one of the hair surface portion and the hook surface portion, and the lower fixing region 303 can be the other of the hair surface portion and the hook surface portion.
[ example 2]
Referring to fig. 15, a perspective view of the umbrella holder 10 according to the second embodiment of the present invention is shown, a groove-shaped receiving portion 113 is formed on the front surface 101 of the base 11, and the clamping mechanism 13 has two pressing members 131, 132 and two elastic members 133, 134 located on the front surface of the base 11, wherein the two pressing members 131, 132 are spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction D1 and extend for a length in the transverse direction D2 (perpendicular to the longitudinal direction D1), and the elastic members 133, 134 are located near the first side 11A of the base 11 and have opposite ends connected to the base 11 and the pressing members 131, 132, respectively, so that the two pressing members 131, 132 can be opened and closed relative to the base 11 by the two elastic members 133, 134, respectively, to assume a clamping state shown by the pressing member 131 or a releasing state shown by the pressing member 132. More specifically, as shown in the pressing member 131 and the elastic member 133, when no force is applied to the force applying end 131A of the pressing member 131, the elastic member 133 is in an undeformed state, and the pressing member 131 spans across two opposite sides (i.e., the first side 113A and the second side 113B) of the accommodating portion 113, and the opening and closing end 131B thereof is pressed against the front surface 101 (close to the second side 11B of the base 11) of the base 11 to be in a clamped state, so as to generate a pressing force on an umbrella pillar or an umbrella head (not shown) disposed in the accommodating portion 113; on the contrary, as shown in the pressing member 132 and the elastic member 134, when the pressing force F is applied to the force applying end 132A of the pressing member 132, the elastic member 134 is deformed by the force and accumulates the elastic restoring force, and the opening and closing end 132B of the pressing member 132 is away from the front surface 101 of the base 11 to be in the release state, and once the pressing force F is released, the elastic member 134 releases the elastic restoring force, and the pressing member 132 matched with the elastic member is changed from the release state to the clamping state. In addition, in order to prevent the umbrella pole or the umbrella head (not shown) placed in the accommodating part 113 from sliding in the longitudinal direction D1, the accommodating part 113 is further provided with a sliding stopper 14 to provide sliding resistance to the umbrella pole or the umbrella head. Accordingly, by fixing the back face 102 of the base 11 of the umbrella holder 10 at the primary fixing zone 301 of the wearing article 30 shown in fig. 7 (in any manner as described in embodiment 1), the umbrella post or head can be clamped to the front side of the body by the umbrella holder 10.
Referring again to the schematic front view of another form of umbrella holder 10 in this embodiment shown in FIG. 16, it may optionally also include a stiffening unit 16 to provide additional binding. Compared with the structure shown in fig. 15, in this embodiment, the width of the bottom chassis 11 near the second side 11B is widened in the transverse direction D2, so that a reserved area is formed between the opening and closing ends 131B, 132B of the pressing members 131, 132 and the second side 11B of the bottom chassis 11. Here, the present form is exemplified by the reinforcement unit 16 including a first member 163 and three second members 165. One end of the first member 163 is fixed to the second side 11B of the base 11, and the three second members 165 are respectively fixed to the outer surfaces of the pressing members 131 and 132 and the reserved areas between the open-close ends 131B and 132B of the pressing members 131 and 132 and the second side 11B of the base 11. Here, the present form employs a structure in which the inner surface of the first member 163 is covered with a ring-like structure and the outer surface of the second member 165 is covered with a hook-like structure, so that when the first member 163 is covered on the pressing members 131, 132 and the portion of the pole or head (exemplarily illustrated as the pole U in fig. 16) which is not pressed by the pressing members 131, 132, the ring-like structure on the inner surface of the first member 163 is combined with the hook-like structure on the outer surface of the second member 165 to form a temporarily fastened state. Alternatively, the inner surface of the first member 163 may instead be coated with a hook-like structure, while the outer surface of the second member 165 may instead be correspondingly coated with a loop-like structure.
In addition, referring to the front view of the umbrella holder 10 in this embodiment shown in FIG. 17, the reinforcing unit 16 may be provided in other forms to provide additional binding. Compared to the structure shown in fig. 15, the present embodiment widens the width of the base 11 near the first side 11A in the transverse direction D2, so that a reserved area is formed between the force applying ends 131A, 132A of the pressing members 131, 132 and the first side 11A of the base 11. The present form is illustrated herein as including a first member 163 and a second member 165. One end of the first member 163 is fixed to the second side 11B of the base 11, and the second member 165 is fixed to a reserved area between the force-applying ends 131A and 132A of the pressing members 131 and 132 and the first side 11A of the base 11. Accordingly, when the first member 163 is placed over the portion of the shaft or head (illustratively, shaft U in FIG. 17) not pressed by the pressing members 131, 132, the inner surface of the first member 163 and the outer surface of the second member 165 can be engaged by the loop and hook structures to provide additional binding to the shaft U (or head).
[ example 3]
Referring to FIG. 18, a perspective view of the umbrella holder 10 of the third embodiment of the present invention is shown, wherein the receiving portion 113 of the front surface 101 of the base 11 is recessed, and two pressing members 136, 137 are disposed on the front surface 101 of the base 11, wherein the pressing member 136 is closer to the bottom side of the base 11, and the other pressing member 137 is closer to the top side of the base 11. Each of the urging members 136, 137 has a connecting end 136A, 137A connected to the first side edge 11A of the base 11 and a free end 136B, 137B opposite to the connecting end 136A, 137A. The pressing members 136 and 137 can be opened and closed relative to the base 11 by taking the connecting portions of the connecting ends 136A and 137A and the base 11 as axes to be in a clamped state (as shown by the pressing member 136 in fig. 18) or in an unclamped state (as shown by the pressing member 137 in fig. 18), and the pressing members 136 and 137 can be fixed in the clamped state by the fixing portions 1361 and 1371 at the free ends 136B and 137B. Furthermore, the fixing portions 1361, 1371 of the pressing members 136, 137 are provided with slots 1362, 1372, and the second side 11B of the base 11 is provided with latches 1162, 1172 corresponding to the slots 1362, 1372. Accordingly, when the pressing members 136 and 137 are operated to be clamped, the latching members 1162 and 1172 on the second side 11B of the base 11 can be engaged with the latching slots 1362 and 1372 of the pressing members 136 and 137, so that the fixing portions 1361 and 1371 of the pressing members 136 and 137 are fixed on the second side 11B of the base 11. On the contrary, when the pressing members 136 and 137 are to be operated from the clamping state to the releasing state, only a force is required to slightly break the fixing portions 1361 and 1371 off the second side 11B of the base 11 and lift the fixing portions upwards, so that the latches 1162 and 1172 can be separated from the slots 1362 and 1372. To prevent the umbrella pole or the umbrella head (not shown) placed in the accommodating part 113 from sliding, the embodiment further arranges a sliding stopper 14 on the accommodating part 113 to provide sliding resistance for the umbrella pole or the umbrella head.
See also FIG. 19, which is a schematic front view of another form of umbrella holder 10 of this embodiment. The umbrella holder 10 may optionally further comprise a stiffening unit 16 that covers the portion of the shaft or head (illustratively, shaft U in fig. 19) not pressed by the pressing members 136, 137 and is in a fastened state to provide additional binding force to the pressing members 136, 137. In more detail, the reinforcing unit 16 of the present embodiment includes a first member 163 and two second members 165, wherein one end of the first member 163 is fixed to one side of the base 11 and is located between the two pressing members 136 and 137 on the front surface of the base 11, and the second members 165 are respectively fixed to the front surface of the base 11 on both sides of the accommodating portion 113 in the areas not corresponding to the pressing members 136 and 137. Accordingly, as described in embodiment 1, the inner surface of the first member 163 and the outer surface of the second member 165 may be coupled by a loop structure and a hook structure to form a temporary fastening state.
[ example 4]
Referring to fig. 20, a front view of an umbrella holder 10 according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention is similar to the structure shown in fig. 19, except that a reinforcing member 16 is provided corresponding to the pressing member 136, and the pressing member near the top side of the base 11 in fig. 19 is replaced with another reinforcing member 17 to provide the binding force. Here, the present embodiment is exemplified by the reinforcement unit 16 including a first member 163 and three second members 165, and the reinforcement unit 17 including a first member 173 and two second members 175. One end of the first members 163 and 173 is fixed to the first side 11A of the base frame 11, the three second members 165 are fixed to the left and right side regions of the front 101 of the base frame 11 which are not covered by the presser 136 and the outer surface of the presser 136, and the other two second members 175 are fixed to the left and right side regions of the upper end of the front 101 of the base frame 11. Accordingly, when the first members 163 and 173 are placed on the pressing member 136 and the portion of the umbrella shaft or head (the umbrella shaft U is exemplarily illustrated in fig. 20) which is not pressed by the pressing member 136, the inner surfaces of the first members 163 and 173 and the outer surfaces of the second members 165 and 175 can be combined by the ring-shaped structure and the hook-shaped structure to form a temporary fastening state.
[ example 5]
Please refer to fig. 21, which is a perspective view of an umbrella holder 10 according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, which includes a base 11, a stopper 14, and reinforcing units 16 and 17. The front surface 101 of the base 11 is provided with a groove-shaped receiving portion 113, which is recessed from the front surface 101 of the base 11 to a predetermined depth in a direction toward the back surface 102 and extends from the top side T1 to the bottom side T2 of the base 11 in the longitudinal direction D1, so that the side surface of the umbrella pole or umbrella head (not shown) can be abutted against the receiving portion 113. In order to prevent the umbrella shaft or the umbrella head from moving toward the opening of the accommodating portion 113, the accommodating portion 113 of the present embodiment is exemplarily illustrated as being formed with a first flange 1131 and a second flange 1133. In detail, the first and second opposite flanges 1131 and 1133 are respectively formed on the first and second sides 113A and 113B of the accommodating portion 113 near the opening, and the first and second flanges 1131 and 1133 are protruded toward each other, so that a minimum aperture G1 is formed between the first and second flanges 1131 and 1133 of the accommodating portion 113 near the opening, which is smaller than the aperture G2 near the bottom, and a throat is defined between the opening and the bottom of the accommodating portion 113. Accordingly, when the umbrella pole or the umbrella head is pressed in from the gap between the first flange 1131 and the second flange 1133, the gap between the first flange 1131 and the second flange 1133 is widened by the umbrella pole or the umbrella head, after the umbrella pole or the umbrella head is pressed down to the bottom of the accommodating portion 113, the first flange 1131 and the second flange 1133 return to the original position due to the restoring force of the material (such as plastic) to block the movement of the umbrella pole or the umbrella head toward the opening direction, and the anti-slip member 14 disposed on the surface of the accommodating portion 113 can contact with the umbrella pole or the umbrella head and provide sliding resistance to the umbrella pole or the umbrella head in the longitudinal direction D1. To further prevent the pole or head from coming out of the opening, the reinforcement units 16, 17 may be operated to cover at least a portion of the opening of the receiving portion 113 and be in a fastened state after the pole or head is inserted into the receiving portion 113. The embodiment is exemplified by the reinforcement unit 16 including a first member 163 and two second members 165, and the reinforcement unit 17 including a first member 173 and two second members 175, but the embodiment is not limited to the use of two reinforcement units, and alternatively, a single reinforcement unit or more than two reinforcement units may be used. One end of the first members 163 and 173 is fixed at a longitudinal side of the front 101 of the base 11, and the two first members 163 and 173 are close to the top side T1 and the bottom side T2 of the base 11, respectively, while the two second members 165 are fixed outside the first side 113A and the second side 113B of the opening of the accommodating portion 113, and correspond to the covering area when the first member 163 is covered on the front 101 of the base 11, and the other two second members 175 are also fixed outside the first side 113A and the second side 113B of the opening of the accommodating portion 113, and correspond to the covering area when the first member 173 is covered on the front 101 of the base 11. Accordingly, when the first members 163 and 173 are applied to the front surface 101 of the base 11 across the opposite sides (i.e., the first side 113A and the second side 113B) of the opening of the accommodating portion 113, the inner surfaces of the first members 163 and 173 and the outer surfaces of the second members 165 and 175 can be combined by the ring-shaped structure and the hook-shaped structure to form a temporary fastening state.
Further, the manner in which the umbrella holder 10 of the present embodiment is fixed to the wearing piece 30 shown in fig. 7 may be any manner in which the umbrella holder 10 is fixed as described in embodiment 1. For example, the back surface 102 of the base 11 of the umbrella holder 10 of the present embodiment can be fixed on the main fixing area 301 of the wearing piece 30 shown in fig. 7 by means of a combination of a loop structure and a hook structure, i.e. the back surface 102 of the base 11 can be one of a hair surface portion and a hook surface portion, and the main fixing area 301 can be the other of the hair surface portion and the hook surface portion. Accordingly, the back surface 102 of the base 11 of the umbrella holder 10 is fixed at the main fixing area 301 of the wearing piece 30 shown in fig. 7, that is, the umbrella pole or the umbrella head can be fixed at the front side of the body by the umbrella holder 10.
The above-mentioned embodiments are only intended to illustrate the embodiments of the present invention and to explain the technical features of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Any modifications or equivalent arrangements which may be readily devised by those skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention as defined by the appended claims.
