Description

Sun shading device
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a sunshade, rain-proof technical field specifically relate to a solar protection devices.
Background
The game of golf is an item of sports that uses different golf clubs (club) to drive a golf ball into a hole (hole). The golf game is a game with special charm, which makes people exercise body, cultivate feelings and exercises, repair body and maintenance and exchange skills in beautiful natural environment, and is praised as fashionable and elegant game.
Golf courses are generally installed outdoors in open air and are difficult to avoid in rainy days or in the weather with strong ultraviolet intensity. The physical health and physical and mental pleasure of athletes are affected by rain and sunshine exposure. As the pain point of golf, the current solutions are mainly the following, one of which is that the athlete opens the umbrella by himself. And the other is to arrange an umbrella canopy at the batting place/rest point. Thirdly, hiring a ball child to hold an umbrella.
The first solution has the drawback that, firstly, both the playing of the umbrella and the playing of the ball cannot be considered simultaneously, i.e. the playing of the umbrella must be stopped and the playing of the ball must be stopped. Secondly, although a player can play an umbrella by himself or herself in the process of moving from the a hitting place to the B hitting place, the golf player often carries a golf bag, and it is very inconvenient to play the umbrella by himself or herself.
The second solution has the drawbacks that: movement and placement of the canopy is difficult. The location of the golf ball is often changed. It is difficult for players to shade from the sun or rain using a bulky canopy while moving from the a shot point to the B shot point. On the other hand, after the player finishes hitting the ball at the ball hitting place A or the rest at the rest place X, the player needs to move the canopy to the ball hitting place B or the rest place Y, and the processes of moving the canopy and retracting and unfolding the canopy are very complicated.
The third solution has the drawback that firstly, additional costs are added; secondly, it is unacceptable for athletes who want to enjoy private spaces; moreover, when a player hits a ball, obstacles and people in a certain range around the player need to be cleaned, so that the player does not influence the swing of the player, and the ball hitting experience is reduced. If the peripheral obstacles and people are not cleared, the athlete can hit the peripheral obstacles or injure the peripheral people by mistake when swinging. Thus, the caddie does not have the condition of putting an umbrella at all during the period of time the player is ready to hit the ball and hit the ball.

It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present invention and in the drawings described above are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used may be interchanged under appropriate circumstances for purposes of describing the embodiments of the invention herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
The present invention provides a sun shade device, as shown in fig. 1-5, comprising a shade 1, an inflatable air bag 2 and a drive assembly 3. Wherein the inflatable airbag 2 is connected to the shield 1 and comprises an inflation opening and an exhaust opening. The inflation port is used for filling a specific gas medium into the inflatable airbag 2, and the exhaust port is used for exhausting the gas in the inflatable airbag 2. The inflation inlet with exhaust port department all is provided with the valve to it is convenient for fill the exhaust.
The drive assembly 3 is provided on the screen 1 and/or the inflatable airbag 2 for adjusting the position of the screen 1 and the inflatable airbag 2 in the horizontal and vertical directions. After the inflatable airbag 2 is filled with a gas medium of a set type and a set amount, the shielding member 1 and the driving module 3 can be suspended in the air by the buoyancy generated by the inflatable airbag 2.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the gas medium is hydrogen or helium. Setting the mass of the inflatable airbag 2 to M1(ii) a The volume of the inflatable air bag 2 is V1(ii) a Volume of the gas to be charged is V2(ii) a The mass of the shield 1 is M2(ii) a The mass of the drive assembly 3 is M3(ii) a Density of the gaseous medium is ρ2(ii) a Density of air is ρ1(ii) a The inflatable bladder 2 is capable of generating a buoyancy force of F; the acceleration of gravity is g. The conditions to be met for suspending the screen 1 in the air are: rho1g(V2+V1)=(M3+M2+M3)g。
In an ideal state, when ρ1g(V2+V1)=(M3+M2+M3) g, the shield 1 can be suspended in the air. However, in view of the air flow problem, it is difficult to keep the sunshade in the same position all the time, and it is also necessary to keep the sunshade balanced in the air. To solve this technical problem, a drive assembly 3 is provided. In particular, the drive assembly comprises a propeller, a motor for driving the propeller, and a battery for powering the motor. When the propeller rotates forwards, the sun-shading device can be driven to ascend integrally, and when the propeller rotates backwards, the sun-shading device is driven to descend integrally. It should be noted that the propeller does not need to be rotated all the time, and the suspension of the sun shade does not depend on the drive of the drive assembly 3. The propeller is used for adjusting the position of the sunshade device and keeping the balance of the sunshade device. Thus, only intermittent driving of the propeller is required. Such an arrangement can on the one hand save energy (since the drive assembly 3 is intermittently driven, the power consumption is low); on the other hand, it contributes to weight reduction of the sunshade (since suspension of the sunshade does not depend on driving of the drive unit 3, the propeller does not need to be provided so much, and the battery does not need to be provided so much in capacity).
Further, the sunshade device can be made of a material having a low density by limiting the material to contribute to weight reduction, and the shade 1 and the inflatable airbag 2 can be made of a material having a low density. For example, the material of the shield 1 may be a plastics film and the inflatable bladder 2 may be a thin rubber.
Further, the screen 1 comprises a screen booth made of a flexible waterproof material, such as a plastic film. The shelter may be circular, oval, rectangular, polygonal, etc. in the unfolded state. The number of the driving assemblies 3 is at least two, and the driving assemblies 3 are symmetrically arranged on the periphery of the shielding piece 1 by taking the center of the shielding piece 1 as a central symmetry point. Preferably, the drive assemblies 3 are provided in four groups, four groups being equally spaced along the periphery of the shield 1. The working principle of the sunshade device when the driving assemblies 3 are arranged in four groups will be described in detail below.
Based on the arrangement of the inflatable air bag 2, the sun-shading device can be suspended in the air to shade rain and sun for a user so as to avoid influencing the physical health and physical and mental pleasure of the athlete, and simultaneously, the hands of the athlete are released so that the athlete can play balls with concentration. Based on the setting of the drive assembly 3, the position of the screen 1 and the inflatable airbag 2 in the horizontal and vertical directions can be adjusted to maximize the protection of the user from rain and sun. Furthermore, the utility model discloses a solar protection devices is portable still, under non-user state, can with inflatable airbag 2's gaseous emission reduces its occupation space, improves the convenience of carrying.
The utility model discloses in, it is right shielding part 1 with inflatable airbag 2's positional relationship does not do the injecion, only needs to guarantee shielding part 1 can play the sunshade and hide the effect of rain can. Several preferred embodiments are provided below.
The first embodiment is as follows: as shown in fig. 1, the inflatable airbags 2 are attached to and uniformly distributed on the lower surface of the shelter. In the inflated state, it is used to prop open the shelter and provide buoyancy for the driving assembly 3 and the shelter 1. The inflatable airbag 2 itself has a certain shape, that is, it takes on its factory-set shape when the inflatable airbag 2 is inflated. Further, the accommodation space of the inflatable airbag 2 is gradually reduced in a direction extending outward from the center of the shade 1. Such an arrangement allows the gaseous medium to be concentrated in the central position of the shield 1, which is advantageous for maintaining the balance and stability of the sun shade as a whole.
The second embodiment is as follows: as shown in fig. 2, the inflatable balloon 2 is provided in a spherical configuration. The spherical structure is big end down, that is, the diameter of the upper part of the spherical structure is bigger, and the diameter of the lower part is smaller, that is, the diameter of the spherical structure is gradually reduced from top to bottom. The inflatable bladder 2 is disposed on top of the screen 1. The spherical structure can concentrate hydrogen or helium on the top wall of the spherical structure, and is beneficial to keeping the whole balance and stability of the sun-shading device.
The third concrete implementation mode: as shown in fig. 3, the inflatable balloon 2 is provided in a spherical configuration. The spherical structure is big end down, that is, the diameter of the upper part of the spherical structure is bigger, and the diameter of the lower part is smaller, that is, the diameter of the spherical structure is gradually reduced from top to bottom. The inflatable bladder 2 is located at the bottom of the shield 1. The spherical structure can concentrate hydrogen or helium on the top wall of the spherical structure, and is beneficial to keeping the whole balance and stability of the sun-shading device.
In embodiment one, shielding member 1 still includes articulated seat 4 and support bar 5, articulated seat 4 sets up shelter from the center of canopy, the one end of support bar 5 with articulated seat 4 is articulated, and the other end extends to shelter from the edge of canopy. Further, the number of the support bars 5 is at least three, and the at least three support bars 5 are rotationally symmetrical by taking the axis of the hinge seat 4 as a center. It should be noted that the angle that the supporting bar 5 and the hinge base 4 can rotate is limited. Specifically, in the state of fig. 1, the support bar 5 can be at most flush with the horizontal plane when rotated upward, and the support bar 5 is not restricted when rotated downward. Fig. 6 and 7 provide a specific embodiment of the hinge seat 4, the hinge seat 4 includes a cylindrical body 41, a ring 42 surrounding the periphery of the cylindrical body 41, a connecting rod 43 having one end connected to the cylindrical body 41 and the other end connected to the ring 42, and a limiting plate 44 disposed on the upper end surface of the cylindrical body 41. The connecting rods 43 are arranged in a plurality, and the connecting rods 43 are arranged at equal intervals. One end of the supporting bar 5 is movably sleeved on the circular ring 42, so that the supporting bar 5 is hinged with the hinged seat 4. Preferably, only one support bar 5 is sleeved between two adjacent connecting rods 43. The connecting rod 43 serves, on the one hand, to connect the ring 42 and, on the other hand, to limit the movement of the support bar 5 along the trajectory of the ring 42. Preferably, the support bars 5 are provided in four. Correspondingly, drive assembly 3 also sets up to four, every correspond on the support bar 5 and set up one drive assembly 3, just drive assembly 3 sets up support bar 5 for the other end of articulated seat 4. The following provides a specific implementation manner of the support bar 5, as shown in fig. 8, the support bar 5 includes a body and a through hole arranged at one end thereof, the end of the support bar 5 provided with the through hole can be sleeved on the circular ring 42 to be hinged with the circular ring 42. Further, a gap is arranged at the periphery of the through hole, and the support bar 5 and the ring 42 can be detachably connected through the gap. Of course, the width of the gap cannot be larger than the diameter of the ring 42, so that it is required that the end of the support strip 5 where the through hole is provided has a certain elasticity.
The arrangement of the four driving components 3 can drive the whole sunshade device to move in the horizontal and vertical directions, and meanwhile, the angle of the sunshade device can be adjusted. In particular, figure 9 is a schematic view of the shutter 1 and the drive assembly 3 from above. The four propellers defining the four drive assemblies are 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d respectively. When the whole sunshade device needs to be driven to ascend, the four propellers rotate forwards at the same time and rotate at the same speed; when the whole sun shading device needs to be driven to descend, the four propellers are simultaneously reversed and rotate at the same speed; when the whole sunshade device needs to be driven to move leftwards, the four propellers are driven to rotate forwards, the rotating speeds of 3a and 3c are kept consistent, the rotating speeds of 3b and 3d are kept consistent, and the rotating speeds of 3a and 3c are larger than the rotating speeds of 3b and 3 d. When the whole sunshade device needs to be driven to move rightwards, the four propellers are driven to rotate forwards, the rotating speeds of 3a and 3c are kept consistent, the rotating speeds of 3b and 3d are kept consistent, and the rotating speeds of 3a and 3c are smaller than the rotating speeds of 3b and 3 d. The operation principle of the forward and backward movements is the same as the operation principle of the leftward and rightward movements, and will not be described one by one.
In order to increase the sun-shading effect and prolong the service life of the inflatable air bag, a layer of sun-screening material is coated on the upper surface of the shading shed.
In order to enable the drive assembly 3 to be removably connected to the screen 1 for carrying by a user. Further, the motor is fixedly connected with the motor mounting groove, and the battery is fixedly connected with the battery mounting groove. Specifically, the mounting seat is detachably connected to the shielding member 1 through a thread, for example, a screw rod is disposed at the bottom of the mounting seat, and a threaded hole adapted to the screw rod is disposed on the supporting bar 5.
In order to prevent the sun shade from being uncontrollable when the drive fails to work. A drawstring 7 is provided, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, one end of the drawstring 7 being connected to the screen 1 or inflatable bladder 2 and the other end being connected to a fixture or user.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the driving assembly further includes a controller (not shown in the drawings), a displacement sensor 6 and a signal receiving module (not shown in the drawings). The controller can be a single chip microcomputer, and the controller and the displacement sensor 6 can be connected electrically or wirelessly. The displacement sensor 6 is arranged on the screen 1 and is used for detecting the distance between the screen 1 and the ground and/or a user. The signal receiving module is electrically connected with the controller. The sun shading device further comprises a signal transmitting module which is independently arranged and is matched with the signal receiving module. The signal transmitting module is actually a remote controller.
Through the technical scheme, the sunshade device can move along with the movement of a user. Specifically, the distance H of the shield 1 from the ground is detected by the displacement sensor 6, and a signal is transmitted to the controller, and when the distance is greater than a set value, it indicates that the shield 1 is too far from the ground. At this time, the whole sunshade device is driven to be close to the ground through the driving assembly 3. The shield 1 is maintained at a set height range. The distance H between the shielding piece 1 and the ground and the distance L between the shielding piece 1 and a user are detected by the displacement sensor 6 at the same time, and when the distance L between the shielding piece 1 and the user is larger than a set value, the shielding piece 1 is far away from the user, and the sun shading and rain shading effects are not good; when the distance L from the user is less than the set value, it means that the blocking piece 1 is too close to the user, and the hitting sight of the user may be affected. When the user removes, based on displacement sensor 6 can detect shielding member 1 apart from ground distance H and apart from user's distance L simultaneously to give the controller with signal transmission, controller control drive assembly 3 follows the user and removes, for the sunshade of user or hide rain.
In an alternative embodiment, the inflatable bladder 2 further comprises a gas flow detector disposed at the inflation port for detecting the amount of gas inflated into the inflatable bladder 2 from the inflation port; the gas flow detector can know how much gas medium is filled into the inflatable airbag 2, and further can calculate the buoyancy generated by the inflatable airbag 2, thereby calculating the maximum bearing capacity of the sun-shading device.
In consideration of the difficulty in completely exhausting the gaseous medium inside the inflatable airbag 2 when the sunshade device is retracted, it is difficult to calculate the amount of gas filled in the inflatable airbag 2 at the next use. For this purpose, a gas flow detector is also provided at the gas outlet.
In order to enable the sun-shading device to have the function of carrying heavy objects on the premise of having sun-shading and rain-shading effects, a hook-type weighing device is arranged on the lower end face of the hinged seat 4. The hook type weighing device can display the weight of a heavy object hung on the sun-shading device on one hand, and can conveniently hang the heavy object on the other hand.
A second aspect of the present invention provides a control method, including: after a set amount of hydrogen or helium is filled in the inflatable air bag 2, the inflatable air bag is suspended in the air with a set height; by the driving component 3The inflatable bladder 2 is maintained at a height H1And height H2In the meantime.
Further, the distance between the screen 1 and the ground and the user is detected by the displacement sensor 6; the shade 1 is maintained within a set distance from the user by the drive assembly 3 to enable the shade to move with the movement of the user.
Wherein, the working principle that the sunshade device moves along with the movement of a user is as follows: the distance H between the shielding piece 1 and the ground is detected through the displacement sensor 6, a signal is transmitted to the controller, and when the distance is larger than a set value, the shielding piece 1 is far away from the ground.
Through the technical scheme, based on the arrangement of the inflatable air bag 2, the sun-shading device can be suspended in the air to shade rain and sun for a user, so that the physical health and physical and mental pleasure of the athlete are not influenced, and meanwhile, the hands of the athlete are released, so that the athlete can play balls with concentration; based on the setting of the driving assembly 3, the positions of the shade 1 and the inflatable airbag 2 in the horizontal and vertical directions can be adjusted, and the sunshade device can be moved along with the movement of the user, so as to shade the rain and the sun of the user to the maximum extent.
