Abstract
一种阻燃木质地面砖由多块经过阻燃剂浸泡处
理的小木块粘接而成，每个小木块的反面均加工有半
通的孔，用以防止变形，地面砖的表面涂刷有阻燃漆，
阻燃漆的表面涂刷有一层耐温耐磨面漆。这克服了
以往的木质地板不阻燃，容易着火，铺装技术要求高，
施工周期长的缺陷，用于铺设地面要求高的机房，宾
馆，会议室，住宅等的地面，可使房间吸潮、隔热、保
温、地面不变形、阻燃，避免以生火灾。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种地板砖，具体说是一种木质的阻燃地板砖。
目前的木质地板，一般是用木条拚接而成，不但铺装技术要求高，工期长，铺装后还需抛光，油漆打蜡，成本高、施工麻烦，而且因木质未作阻燃处理，容易着火，是造成火灾的一大隐患。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种既能阻燃，又容易铺装的木质地板砖。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：将木材加工成多边形的小块，在每个多边形小块的背面加工有不穿通小孔，以防变形，再将小块放入阻燃剂中浸泡，烘干后用阻燃胶将数块小块拚接成符合建筑规格的地板砖，在砖的正面涂刷有一层阻燃漆，阻燃漆层的表面，涂刷有一层耐温耐磨面漆。
本实用新型的优点有：1.因地板采用天然木质，能吸潮，隔热，保温，有益于居住者的身体健康；2.因地板砖进行了阻燃剂处理，表面又涂刷有阻燃漆和耐温耐磨面漆，能阻燃，耐用，可避免发生火灾。3.因每块小木块均钻有小孔，地板不会变形，地面保持平整、美观。
下面结合附图介绍一个实施例：
附图1是本实用新型的基本单元即一个小木方块的正面示意图。
图2是图1的反面结构示意图。
图3是由两个小木方块粘接成的地板砖的剖面示意图。
参照附图，先用优质木材加工成菱形体的基本单元即小木方块（1），将小方块的三个面刨光，将另外三个面上各加工出二个不穿通的孔（2），再将各个小方块放入阻燃剂中浸泡，然后烘干，再把两个小方块用阻燃胶粘接成一块地砖，最后在地板砖的正面涂刷一层阻燃漆（3），待阻燃漆（3）干后，在其表面涂刷一层耐磨面漆（4），干燥后即成了阻燃地板砖。使用时，将地板砖铺拚在房间地面上，即可成为既阻燃又美观高雅的木质地板砖。

1、一种阻燃木质地板砖，由于多块木质小块粘接而成，其特征在于组成木质地板砖的每个小木方块，均经过阻燃剂浸泡处理，其反面加工有半通的小孔，地板砖的表面上涂刷有一层阻燃漆，阻燃漆的外表涂刷有一层耐温耐磨面漆。
