The intermediate portion 113 is provided with a tear line L at the connection with the central portion 111 and the peripheral portion 112. The easy-to-tear line L usually takes the form of a virtual knife line, i.e. a straight line of spaced through holes, the spacing distance satisfying the tearing requirement.
At least one end of the intermediate portion 113 is provided with a handle 114.
The embodiment of fig. 1 to 8 and the embodiment of fig. 9 to 17 show the case where the membrane 11 wraps the cell 2 upwards.
As shown in fig. 3, 6 to 8, and 12, 15 to 17, each peripheral portion 112 is provided with the glue 12 on the first surface S1, the central portion 111 is provided with the glue 12 on the second surface S2, and the peripheral portion 112 corresponds to the top surface 22 of the battery 2; the top surface 22 of the battery 2 is the surface of the battery 2 that faces away from the battery compartment 100a when the electronic device 1000 is mounted. The arrangement of the glue on the second surface S2 in the peripheral portion 112 and the arrangement of the glue on the first surface S1 in the central portion 111 can be set with respect to the glue 12. In fig. 6 and 15, the membrane 11 wraps the cell 2 upward, the glue 12 provided on the second surface S2 at the central portion 111 is used for bonding the first surface S1 and the bottom B, and the glue 12 provided on the first surface S1 at each peripheral portion 112 is used for wrapping the cell 2 upward and bonding to the top surface 22 of the cell 2. If the glue 12 is defined as a strong glue, the central portion 111 is not provided with glue or is provided with a weak glue on the first surface S1 and each of the peripheral portions 112 is not provided with glue or is provided with a weak glue on the second surface S2. In other words, there are four combinations of the placement of the center portion 111 on the first surface S1 and the placement of the glue on the second surface S2 of each peripheral portion 112, in addition to the placement of the glue 12 on the first surface S1 of each peripheral portion 112 and the glue 12 on the second surface S2 of the center portion 111: in the first combination, the central portion 111 is not provided with glue on the first surface S1, and the peripheral portion 112 is not provided with glue on the second surface S2; in the second combination, the central portion 111 is not provided with the glue on the first surface S1, and the peripheral portion 112 is provided with the weak glue on the second surface S2; in the third combination, the central portion 111 is provided with a weak glue on the first surface S1, and the peripheral portion 112 is not provided with a glue on the second surface S2; in the fourth combination, the central portion 111 is provided with a weak adhesive on the first surface S1, and the peripheral portion 112 is provided with a weak adhesive on the second surface S2. The weak and strong gums are relative. In the present disclosure, the weak glue means that the bonding strength or peel strength of the weak glue does not affect the separation of the face of the diaphragm 11 provided with the weak glue from the face to which the weak glue is bonded by an external force when the battery 2 is detached. Specifically, when the lid body 101 of the electronic device 1000 is opened by hand when the weak adhesive is provided on the second surface S2 at each peripheral portion 112, the lid body 100 can be easily separated from the weak adhesive provided on the second surface S2 at each peripheral portion 112 by opening the lid body 101 by hand. When the center portion 111 is provided with the weak adhesive on the first surface S1, after the lid 101 of the electronic device 1000 is opened and the intermediate portion 113 is separated from the center portion 111 and the peripheral portion 112 along the easy-tear line L by the pull tab 114, the bottom surface 21 of the battery 2 can be separated from the weak adhesive provided on the first surface S1 by hand, and the battery 2 can be taken out together with the peripheral portion 112 of the diaphragm 11 held on the top surface 22 of the battery 2. The strong glue means that the adhesive strength or peel strength of the strong glue does not peel off during the separation operation, compared to the weak glue.
Fig. 18 to 22 show the case where the membrane 11 wraps the cell 2 downward.
As shown in fig. 20 to 22, the central portion 111 is provided with the glue 12 on the first surface S1, the peripheral portions 112 are provided with the glue 12 on the second surface S2, and the central portion 111 corresponds to the top surface 22 of the battery 2. The arrangement of the glue on the first surface S1 in the peripheral portion 112 and the arrangement of the glue on the first surface S1 in the central portion 111 can be set with respect to the glue 12. In fig. 20 to 22, the membrane 11 wraps the battery 2 downward, the glue 12 provided on the first surface S1 at the central portion 111 is used for bonding the first surface S1 and the top surface 22 of the battery 2, and the glue 12 provided on the second surface S2 at each peripheral portion 112 is used for wrapping the battery 2 downward and bonding to the bottom B of the compartment. Likewise, if the glue 12 is defined as a strong glue, the central portion 111 is not provided with a glue or is provided with a weak glue on the second surface S2 and each peripheral portion 112 is provided with no glue or is provided with a weak glue on the first surface S1. In other words, there are four combinations of the placement of the center portion 111 on the second surface S2 and the placement of the glue on the first surface S1 of each peripheral portion 112, in addition to the placement of the glue 12 on the second surface S1 of each peripheral portion 112 and the glue 12 on the first surface S1 of the center portion 111: in the first combination, the central portion 111 is not provided with the glue on the second surface S2, and the peripheral portion 112 is not provided with the glue on the first surface S1; in the second combination, the central portion 111 is not provided with the glue on the second surface S2, and the peripheral portion 112 is provided with the weak glue on the first surface S1; in the third combination, the central portion 111 is provided with a weak glue on the second surface S2, and the peripheral portion 112 is not provided with a glue on the first surface S1; in the fourth combination, the central portion 111 is provided with a weak adhesive on the second surface S2, and the peripheral portion 112 is provided with a weak adhesive on the first surface S1. Likewise, weak and strong gums are relative. In the present disclosure, the weak adhesive means that the adhesive strength or peel strength of the weak adhesive does not affect the separation of the surface of the membrane 11 provided with the weak adhesive from the surface to which the weak adhesive is bonded by an external force when the battery 2 is detached. Specifically, when the center portion 111 is provided with the weak adhesive on the second surface S1, when the cover 101 of the electronic device 1000 is opened by hand, the cover 101 can be easily separated from the weak adhesive provided on the second surface S1 at the center portion 111 by opening the cover 101 by hand. When the weak adhesive is provided on the first surface S1 in each peripheral portion 112, after the lid 101 of the electronic device 1000 is opened and the intermediate portion 113 is separated from the central portion 111 and the peripheral portion 112 along the easy-tear line L by the pull tab 114, the bottom surface 21 of the battery 2 can be separated from the weak adhesive provided on the first surface S1 in each peripheral portion 112 by hand, and the battery 2 can be taken out together with the central portion 111 of the diaphragm 11 held on the top surface 22 of the battery 2. Similarly, strong glue means that the bond strength or peel strength of strong glue does not peel during the separation operation relative to weaker glue.
In the present disclosure, the viscosity of the strong glue is 1000-3000 gram-force, and the viscosity of the weak glue is 10-100 gram-force.
In the present disclosure, it is noted that after the membrane 11 of the battery holder l is wrapped around the battery 2, the corresponding relationship of the intermediate portion 113 with the corresponding bottom surface 21, top surface 22, and side surface 23 of the battery 2 has various forms. Specifically, in one embodiment, after membrane 11 of battery holder l is wrapped around battery 2, intermediate portion 113 of membrane 11 is exactly the same as corresponding side 23 of battery 2; in an embodiment, after the membrane 11 of the battery holder i wraps around the battery 2, the intermediate portion 113 of the membrane 11 completely covers the corresponding side 23 of the battery 2 and also covers a portion of the top surface 22 and/or a portion of the bottom surface 21 of the battery 2; in one embodiment, the membrane 11 of the battery holder l is positioned entirely on the top surface 22 of the battery 2 after it has been wrapped around the battery 2. In any case, when the intermediate portion 113 is removed, the connection between the central portion 111 and the peripheral portion 112 and thus the connection between the battery 2 and the battery compartment B can be disconnected. In any case, each intermediate portion 113 is not provided with glue on the first surface S1 and on the second surface S2.
The thickness, coverage area, distribution pattern, etc. of the arrangement of the strong and weak adhesives may be determined according to the needs of adhesion or peeling. For example, the thickness of the strong glue is 10-30 μm, and the proportion of the weak glue 5-10 μm to the corresponding surface of the battery 2 is 20-100%. The glue (strong glue/weak glue) is distributed by adopting two-dimensional array arrangement of point glue, grid glue, multi-area whole glue, single-area whole glue and the like.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 22, the tear lines L provided on the same side of the central portion 111 are provided in pairs. Alternatively, the easy-tear lines L provided on the same side of the central portion 111 are one or three or more. After the membrane 11 of the battery holder L is wrapped around the battery 2, the position of the easy-tear line L on the battery 2 may be determined according to the positions of the connection portions of the intermediate portions 113 and the central portion 111 and the peripheral portion 112 on the battery 2 (i.e., on the top surface 22, the bottom surface 21, the side surface 23).
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 22, the handles 114 are provided at both ends of all the intermediate portions 113. In another embodiment, only one end of each intermediate portion 113 is provided with a handle 114.
In the first embodiment of fig. 1 to 8 and the example of fig. 18 to 22, the peripheral portions 112 are provided in two, the two peripheral portions 112 are located on opposite sides of the central portion 111, and accordingly, the intermediate portions 113 are also provided in two. In the second embodiment of fig. 9 to 17, the peripheral portions 112 are provided in four, the four peripheral portions 112 are spaced apart from each other around the central portion 111, each two peripheral portions 112 are opposed, and accordingly, the intermediate portions 113 are also provided in four. Of course, not limited to the first and second embodiments described above, in an embodiment not shown in the drawings, the peripheral portions 112 are provided in three, the three peripheral portions 112 are spaced apart from each other around three sides of the central portion 111, and the intermediate portions 113 are also provided in three.
All the peripheral portions 112 of the top surface 22 or the bottom surface 21 of the battery 2 are arranged in a spaced but jigsaw-like manner to increase the respective bonding area.
In the present disclosure, the portion of the membrane 11 carried by the battery 2 taken out from the battery compartment B may be removed by a suitable means, such as ink removal, film covering removal, and the like.
In summary, in the present disclosure, the diaphragm 11 has a first surface S1 and a second surface S2 in the thickness direction of the diaphragm 11, the first surface S1 is the side facing the cell 2 in use, by designing the central portion 111 and the peripheral portion 112 to be separated by the intermediate portion 113, the central portion 111 or each peripheral portion 112 is provided with the glue 12 on the first surface S1, one of the central portion 111 and the peripheral portion 112 is connected to the battery 2, the other of the central portion 111 and the peripheral portion 112 is connected to the battery compartment B, and when the intermediate portion 113 is removed, i.e., the central portion 111 and the peripheral portion 112, and further the batteries 2 and the battery compartment B, so that the battery 2 is very easily removed from the battery compartment B together with the corresponding part of the membrane 11 remaining on the battery 2, for example the central part 111 when wrapped downwards or the peripheral part 112 when wrapped upwards.
The above detailed description describes exemplary embodiments, but is not intended to limit the combinations explicitly disclosed herein. Thus, unless otherwise specified, various features disclosed herein can be combined together to form a number of additional combinations that are not shown for the sake of brevity.
