The frame 100 is provided with an inlet 210 and an outlet 220, which are isolated from each other, the inlet 210 has an inlet 211, the outlet 220 has an outlet 221, and the inlet 211 and the outlet 221 are disposed away from each other.
Specifically, a chin cup 200 is disposed at one side of the frame 100, and an intake duct 210 and an exhaust chamber 220 are formed at the chin cup 200. In the present embodiment, the chin guard 200 is disposed at the bottom edge of the frame 100, a pair of symmetrical air inlet channels 210 and an air outlet chamber 220 are formed on the chin guard 200, one end of the air inlet channels 210 is connected to and disposed adjacent to the air outlet chamber 220, each air inlet channel 210 extends upward and away from the air outlet chamber 220 along the frame 100, and an air inlet 211 is formed at the other end of each air inlet channel 210, so that the air inlet 211 and the air outlet 221 are disposed vertically and away from each other.
The exhaust port 221 is provided with a check valve 230, and the check valve 230 flows from the inner edge of the frame 100 to the outer edge of the frame 100. Specifically, the check valve 230 includes a valve flap 231, the valve flap 231 is located inside the exhaust chamber 220, a portion of the valve flap 231 is fixed to the jaw housing 200, and the valve flap 231 covers the outer side 110 of the exhaust port 221. In the embodiment, the valve flap 231 is preferably a thin sheet made of silicone, and one side edge of the valve flap 231 is fixedly connected to the jaw cover 200, but the invention is not limited thereto.
The window covering 300 is a transparent covering, and the window covering 300 is disposed on the outer side 110 of the frame 100. Specifically, the outer edge of the window cover 300 closes the frame 100 and covers the window 101 enclosed in the frame 100. The window cover 300 has a plurality of window hooks 330 at the edge thereof, and the window hooks 330 are respectively fastened to the frame 100 to fix the window cover 300 to the outer side 110 of the frame 100.
In the present embodiment, the inlet 210 and the outlet 220 on the chin cup 200 are both open, and a portion of the window cup 300 covers the chin cup 200 to close the inlet 210 into a closed duct and the outlet 220 into a closed chamber. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the air inlet 210 and the exhaust chamber 220 may be formed in the frame 100 in the form of a closed space. Furthermore, the window cover 300 has an air inlet pipe 310 and a port 320, the air inlet pipe 310 is connected to each air inlet 210, and the port 320 is connected to the air outlet 221. Specifically, the intake adapter 310 preferably communicates with the junction of the pair of intake ducts 210.
The rubber ring 400 is used to fit the face 11 of the user 10, and the rubber ring 400 is provided on the inner side 120 of the frame 100 and is disposed opposite to the window cover 300. Specifically, the rubber ring 400 is sleeved on the pressing frame 500, a plurality of pressing frame hooks 510 are disposed on the pressing frame 500, and the pressing frame hooks 510 penetrate through the edge of the rubber ring 400 and are fastened to the frame 100 to fix the rubber ring 400 to the inner side 120 of the frame 100.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, in the use of the breathing mask of the present invention, the rubber ring 400 is attached to the face 11 of the user 10, the chin guard 200 covers the chin 12 of the user so that the nose and mouth of the user 10 are located in the sealed space of the window guard 300, the air supply port 211 is disposed above the nose and mouth of the user 10, and the air outlet 221 is disposed below the nose and mouth of the user 10 so that the nose and mouth of the user 10 are located between the air supply port 211 and the air outlet 221. In this embodiment, the respiratory mask preferably covers the entire face 11 of the user 10. The frame 100 may be provided with at least one strap 600 for restraining the head of the user 10. The air inlet pipe 310 is connected to an air purifying device 20, and the air purifying device 20 has a filter element and various sterilizers (e.g., high voltage electricity, ultraviolet light, photocatalyst, negative ions, silver ions …, etc.), so that the ambient air is sterilized and filtered and then provided to the breathing mask. The purified air is introduced into the air inlet duct 210 through the air inlet connection pipe 310 from the air inlet portion, and is then delivered to the air inlet port 211 along the air inlet duct 210 to be supplied into the enclosed space in the window cover 300. Referring to fig. 5 and 8, the gas exhaled by the user 10 towards the exhaust port 221 can push the valve flap 231 towards the exhaust chamber 220 away from the exhaust port 221 and out through the exhaust port 221 into the exhaust chamber 220 and further out through the through port 320; when the user 10 inhales, the valve flap 231 is driven by the negative pressure in the window cover 300 to seal the exhaust opening 221 inward.
The air supply port 211 and the air exhaust port 221 of the breathing mask of the present invention are disposed away from each other, so that the mixing of the supplied fresh air and the air discharged from the user 10 can be avoided, and the air quality in the breathing mask can be maintained. The vent 221 directly communicates with the vent 320 of the window cover 300, and the sound emitted by the user 10 can be transmitted forward through the vent 320, so as to facilitate speech communication. Furthermore, the window cover 300 is a transparent cover body, so that the mouth movements of the user 10 can be observed through the window cover 300, and therefore, the hearing impaired can communicate with the user 10 through the window cover 300 by lip language.
Referring to fig. 10 to 12, a breathing mask according to a second embodiment of the present invention is substantially similar to the first embodiment, and the same parts of the present embodiment as the first embodiment are not repeated. This embodiment differs from the first embodiment mainly in that the breathing mask covers only the nose and mouth on the face 11 of the user 10.
In the present embodiment, the frame 100 is preferably provided with a plurality of frame hooks 130, and the frame 100 penetrates the rubber ring 400 through the frame hooks 130 and is fastened to the pressing frame 500.
The utility model provides a respiratory mask, its intake duct 210 can lead the gas of input to the top of mouth nose downward backward flow again and be used for user 10 to breathe in, avoid the direct disturbance nasal cavity of air current and feel uncomfortable by this. The inlet duct 210 and the exhaust chamber 220 are disposed at the chin guard 200 corresponding to the used chin 12, so that the exhaled air of the user 10 can be exhausted without covering the mouth. Meanwhile, the air supply port 211 and the air discharge port 221 are disposed apart from each other to establish the same air pressure difference as the air discharge direction to accelerate the air discharge, and the sound of the user 10 can be clearly transmitted to the outside of the mask.
Naturally, the present invention can be embodied in many other forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof, and it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be made by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof, and it is intended that all such changes and modifications be considered as within the scope of the appended claims.
