9. The beauty instrument with package container as set forth in claim 8, wherein a plunger is provided in said case cover, and said plunger is inserted into said outlet tube chamber of said applicator head when said case cover is closed on said upper case.

10. The beauty instrument with packaging container of claim 1, wherein a soft gel is disposed in the outlet lumen of said applicator head.
