It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely a few embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a sticky flap drainage negative pressure suction device according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, the present application provides a sticky flap drainage negative pressure suction device, including: honeycomb duct 1, liquid storage pipe 2 and evacuating device 3.
The honeycomb duct 1 is connected with a flap drainage tube arranged in a wound surface of a human body, the liquid storage tube 2 is provided with a first end 21 and a second end 22 which are opposite, the first end 21 is connected with the honeycomb duct 1, and the second end 22 is connected with the vacuumizing device 3.
The vacuum pumping device 3 comprises a connecting pipe 31, an air pumping cylinder 32 and a vacuum valve 33, wherein the connecting pipe 31 is arranged between the liquid storage pipe 2 and the air pumping cylinder 32, and the vacuum valve 33 is arranged in the connecting pipe 31 and is opened or closed under the action of the air pumping cylinder 32.
The vacuum valve 33 is a valve whose working pressure is lower than the standard atmospheric pressure, and in the vacuum system, the vacuum valve 33 is used to change the direction of the air flow, adjust the size of the air flow, and cut off or connect the vacuum system pipe. Optionally, the vacuum valve 33 in this embodiment is used to cut off or switch on the vacuum line between the suction cylinder 32 and the liquid storage tube 2. In other embodiments, the vacuum valve 33 is also used to change the direction of the air flow, adjust the magnitude of the air flow, and the like.
In this embodiment, the one end of honeycomb duct 1 is connected with the built-in flap drainage tube of human wound, and the other end is connected with liquid storage tube 2, and connecting pipe 31 sets up between liquid storage tube 2 and pump bowl 32, and is provided with vacuum valve 33 in the connecting pipe 31. When the air extracting cylinder 32 extracts air, the vacuum valve 33 is opened to connect the vacuum pipeline between the air extracting cylinder 32 and the liquid storage pipe 2, so that the interior of the liquid storage pipe 2 is in a negative pressure state, and the air and the effusion at the wound surface are led out to the liquid storage pipe 2 through the guide pipe 1. When the air pumping cylinder 32 stops pumping air, the vacuum valve 33 is closed, and the vacuum pipeline between the air pumping cylinder 32 and the liquid storage pipe 2 is cut off, so that the negative pressure state is continuously kept in the liquid storage pipe 2, and the pneumatosis hydrops under the wound surface flap can be automatically drained.
Thus, a closed drainage system is formed among the guide pipe 1, the liquid storage pipe 2 and the vacuumizing device 3, medical personnel only need to operate the air pumping cylinder 32 of the vacuumizing device 3 once, the vacuum pipeline between the air pumping cylinder 32 and the liquid storage pipe 2 can be communicated through the vacuum valve 33, and negative pressure is generated in the liquid storage pipe 2. Then the air suction cylinder 32 is loosened, the vacuum valve 33 is closed, so that the liquid storage pipe 2 is continuously kept in a continuous negative pressure state, and the generation of ineffective negative pressure is avoided, thereby effectively avoiding cross infection and accelerating the wound healing of patients.
The formula flap drainage negative pressure suction device that can glue that this embodiment provided, for the technical scheme who adopts the syringe, medical personnel need not utilize the needle cap of syringe to keep the negative pressure, are stabbed by the syringe needle when avoiding taking out the syringe needle from the needle cap, and medical personnel only need be connected honeycomb duct 1 and flap drainage tube, and operation once the pump bowl 32 can, easy operation, reliable, save time. In addition, because a large amount of adhesive tapes do not need to be wound to fix the syringe and the needle cap, the friction injury between the syringe and the skin of a patient can be reduced, the postoperative activity and the functional exercise of the patient are facilitated, and the satisfaction degree of the patient is improved.
According to the formula flap drainage negative pressure suction device that can glue that this application embodiment provided, through external honeycomb duct 1 of the flap drainage tube department built-in under the human surface of a wound, liquid storage tube 2 and evacuating device 3 in order to form confined drainage system, medical personnel only need operate evacuating device 3's pump bowl 32 once, can put through the vacuum line between pump bowl 32 and the liquid storage tube 2 through vacuum valve 33 to produce the negative pressure in liquid storage tube 2. Then the vacuum valve 33 can be closed by loosening the air pump 32, so that the liquid storage pipe 2 is continuously kept in a continuous negative pressure state, cross infection is effectively avoided, and the wound healing of a patient is accelerated.
The specific structure of the sticky flap drainage negative pressure suction device provided by the embodiment of the application is further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In some embodiments, the two ends of the flow guide tube 1 along the length thereof are respectively provided with external threads or internal threads, so that one end of the flow guide tube 1 is in threaded connection with the flap drainage tube, and the other end is in threaded connection with the liquid storage tube 2.
As shown in fig. 1, one end of the flow guide tube 1 is provided with an external thread, the connecting end of the flap drainage tube is provided with an internal thread (not shown in the figure), and one end of the flow guide tube 1 and the flap drainage tube can be in threaded connection. Similarly, the other end of honeycomb duct 1 can be the external screw thread, and liquid storage pipe 2 is provided with the internal thread, and threaded connection can be realized with liquid storage pipe 2 to the other end of honeycomb duct 1, avoids the pipeline not hard up and produces invalid negative pressure, reduces cross infection's probability.
In addition, due to the fact that the viscosity of the drainage liquid is high and the pressure difference is small, threaded sealing can be formed at the threaded connection position of the guide pipe 1 and the flap drainage pipe and the threaded connection position of the guide pipe 1 and the liquid storage pipe 2 respectively, and therefore the drainage liquid is prevented from leaking outwards.
It can be understood that both ends of honeycomb duct 1 along self length also can be the internal thread, and flap drainage tube or stock solution pipe 2 with honeycomb duct 1 threaded connection are provided with the hollow shaft of outside extension, and the hollow shaft is provided with the external screw thread to realize threaded connection. Or, any end of the honeycomb duct 1 along the length thereof is an external thread, the other end is an internal thread, and the flap drainage tube or the liquid storage tube 2 which is in threaded connection with the honeycomb duct 1 is correspondingly provided with the internal thread or the external thread, which is not described again.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the suction tube 32 includes a syringe 321 having a suction opening, and a piston rod 322 engaged with an inner wall of the syringe 321, a fixing frame 323 is disposed at an end of the syringe 321 away from the suction opening, and an operating handle 324 is disposed at an end of the piston rod 322 corresponding to the fixing frame 323.

In some embodiments, the connection tube 31 and the liquid storage tube 2 may be integrally formed or detachably connected by a screw thread. When the connecting pipe 31 is in threaded connection with the liquid storage pipe 2, the phenomenon that the pipeline loosens to generate invalid negative pressure can be avoided, and the probability of cross infection is reduced. In addition, because the drainage liquid has high viscosity and small pressure difference, the threaded connection part of the connecting pipe 31 and the liquid storage pipe 2 can form threaded seal, thereby preventing the drainage liquid from leaking outwards.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the connection tube 31 includes a fixed portion 311 and a movable portion 312, the movable portion 312 is located at an end of the fixed portion 311 away from the liquid storage tube 2, the vacuum valve 33 is disposed at the fixed portion 311, and the pumping opening of the pumping cylinder 32 is disposed at the movable portion 312.
The medical staff can close the vacuum valve 33 by loosening the air suction tube 32, so that the negative pressure state in the liquid storage tube 2 is continuously kept, and the air suction tube 32 does not work at the moment. In order not to affect the post-operation activities and functional exercises of the patient, the movable portion 312 of the connection tube 31 may be separated from the fixed portion 311 while the suction cylinder 32 is discarded, thereby giving the patient a larger activity space.
In one example, as shown in fig. 2, a crease 313 is formed at a position where the fixed part 311 of the connection pipe 31 and the movable part 312 are butted. Since the connection tube 31 has a weak strength at the fold 313, the movable portion 312 is easily broken and separated from the fixed portion 311 together with the suction tube 32.
In some embodiments, the inner diameter of the connection pipe 31 is larger than the inner diameter of the draft tube 1 and smaller than the inner diameter of the reservoir 2. The honeycomb duct 1 with smaller inner diameter can generate relatively larger pressure, so that accumulated gas and accumulated liquid can be conveniently led out to the liquid storage tube 2 from the flap drainage tube. The liquid storage pipe 2 with the larger inner diameter can release the pressure of the drainage liquid to prevent the drainage liquid from entering the connecting pipe 31. Because the vacuum valve 33 is arranged in the connecting pipe 31 and is not contacted with the drainage liquid in the liquid storage pipe 2, the sterile environment in the liquid storage pipe 2 can be ensured, and the probability of cross infection is further reduced.
