Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种有隔热层的纸碗，它由碗体
和隔热层构成，碗体用表面涂有无毒的热熔性树脂纸
板做成，隔热层呈多曲面形状粘附在碗体的周围外表
上。它克服了纸隔水、隔热差的缺点，是一种既隔水
又隔热的一次性产品。该纸碗适用于快餐业。本实
用新型技术成熟，对环境污染小、成本低，可大力推
广。
Description
本实用新型所涉及的是一种食品容器，具体是指快餐业所使用的一种有隔热层的纸碗。
众所周知，快餐业所使用的一次性碗，基本上是各种塑料和发泡树脂碗，这两种一次性碗具有隔水性好、隔热性好的特点，在目前的快餐业上得到应用，但这两种碗材均为高分子聚合物，在自然条件下难于分解，在焚烧时又会产生有毒气体，对环境造成污染。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺点而提供一种用涂复有热熔性树脂的纸板和普通的纸代替塑料和发泡树脂而制造出的既隔水又隔热的纸碗，从而减少污染，降低成本。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：纸碗由碗体、隔热层构成。碗体又由涂有无毒的热熔性树脂的一片扇形的和一片圆形的纸板构成，隔热层呈多曲面形状，粘附在碗体圆周的外表面上，隔热层的最佳形状是波浪形或矩形。
本实用新型提供的纸碗与塑料、发泡树脂碗相比，具有成本低、加工容易、在自然条件下易分解和焚烧时污染小的优点。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明：碗体（1）由一片扇形的纸板和一片圆形的纸板，通过把纸面的PE树脂热熔粘合而成，碗口向外翻卷成圆弧形，隔热层（2）是一片被压成波浪形的纸粘附在碗体（1）外壁上而成的。

1、一种纸碗，其特征在于由碗体(1)、隔热层(2)构成，碗体(1)又由涂有无毒的热熔性树脂的一片扇形和一片圆形的纸板构成，隔热层(2)呈多曲面形状，粘附在碗体(1)周围的外表面上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的纸碗，其特征在于隔热层是波浪形状或矩形形状。
