Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to an electronic equipment dustproof construction's technical field specifically is to relate to an electronic equipment, casing subassembly and dustproof brush.
Background
With the development of foldable screens and hinge technologies, foldable terminal products that are convenient to carry are continuously entering the consumer life of people. No matter the existing folding product is folded in a U shape or a drop shape, a certain movement gap is reserved between the rotating shaft and the shells on the two sides of the rotating shaft to ensure smooth rotation. In order to prevent particle foreign matters from entering the rotating shaft (hinge) from a gap and causing unsmooth rotation, a strip-shaped dustproof brush is arranged between the rotating shaft and the shell on the existing product; the design is that a groove is arranged on the shell, the hairbrush is made of strip-shaped materials with the same thickness, the upper layer is a brush hair part, and the bottom layer is adhesive; the bonding glue of the bottom layer of the upper hairbrush is fixedly bonded with the groove on the shell.
Because of the relation of the ID modeling of the whole machine product, the section of the appearance part of the rotating shaft is not designed into a single circular arc generally, so that the gap between the appearance part of the rotating shaft and the shell of the whole machine product is not fixed singly in the folding process of the whole machine product. Along with the different folding angles of the whole machine, the gap between the rotating shaft appearance piece and the shell is changed and different.
The brush of the prior proposal is made of equal-thickness material and is directly bonded and fixed with the shell. When the whole machine is combined, unfolded and the middle of the machine is at different angles, the gaps between the shell and the appearance part of the rotating shaft are different, namely the compression amount or the gaps of the hairbrush are different. In addition, when the compression amount between the brush and the appearance part of the rotating shaft is large (namely the gap is small), the risk of falling of the brush in the rotating process is increased, and the reliability is reduced; when the clearance between brush and the pivot outward appearance piece is bigger, the risk that dust particle foreign matter got into the pivot rises, dustproof effect reduces. Hardly guarantee the complete machine at different fold condition, the clearance or the compression volume between brush and the pivot are relatively close, influence dustproof effect.
