Embodiment mode 1
Hereinafter, an earphone sleeve and an earphone assembly according to a first preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Fig. 1 illustrates an earphone sleeve according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 illustrates an earphone according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, fig. 3 illustrates an earphone assembly including an earphone sleeve and an earphone according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 4 is a schematic view of an earphone assembly according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention when being worn in an ear of a user.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an earphone sleeve 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention has a through hole 2 penetrating therethrough in an axial direction of the earphone sleeve 1, and a contour of the through hole 2 is substantially the same as a contour of an outer surface of an earphone 3. The earphone sleeve 1 can be sleeved on the outer surface of the earphone 3 through the through hole 2 to form an earphone assembly 4.
Preferably, the earphone sleeve 1 is detachably fitted over the earphone 3, in such a way that, when the user intends to use the earphone 3, the earphone sleeve 1 is fitted over the earphone 3 and the earphone 3 fitted with the earphone sleeve 1 is worn in the ear. When the user does not use the earphone 3 or does not want to wear the earphone 3 with the earphone sleeve 1, the earphone sleeve 1 can be taken off from the earphone 3, thereby providing diversified choices for the user.
Preferably, the earphone sleeve 1 may be made of a flexible and deformable material such as silicone, rubber, etc. to increase the wearing comfort of the user and facilitate the user's detachment and installation. The flexible deformable material can be selected by the skilled person according to the actual need.
As shown in fig. 2, preferably, the outer surface of the earphone 3 is provided with a positioning groove 5 extending in the circumferential direction thereof, and the contour of the positioning groove 5 substantially matches the contour of the inner surface of the earphone sleeve 1, so that the earphone sleeve 1 can be correspondingly fitted in the positioning groove 5. Further preferably, the positioning groove 5 is configured to have a shape that is not completely consistent along the circumferential direction of the earphone 3, and accordingly, the shape of the earphone sleeve 1 along the circumferential direction is not completely consistent, and this preferred embodiment may produce a fool-proof effect in the assembly process of the earphone sleeve 1, so that the earphone sleeve 1 may be assembled on the earphone 3 in a predetermined orientation, thereby further facilitating the assembly of the earphone sleeve 1. In addition, this scheme is through setting up constant head tank 5 on earphone 3, can accomodate earphone sleeve 1's wall at least partially in this constant head tank 5 to can avoid earphone sleeve 1's wall to a certain extent too much to outstanding in earphone 3's surface and influence user's touch and feel.
It is understood that in other preferred embodiments not shown, the outer surface of the earphone 3 may not be provided with the positioning groove 5, and the earphone sleeve 1 may be directly sleeved on the outer surface of the earphone 3. When the user wears the earphone 3, which is provided with the earphone sheath 1, in the ear 17, the earphone sheath 1 may be fitted with the concha cavity 6 of the user to wear the earphone 3 more stably in the ear 17.
The structure of the earphone house 1 will be described in detail below.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the earphone sleeve 1 includes a first attachment end 7 and a second attachment end 8 respectively located at both ends of the through-hole 2, and a support portion 9 located between the first attachment end 7 and the second attachment end 8.
Further, the first attachment end 7 and the second attachment end 8 are each for attaching to an outer surface of the headset 3, wherein the first attachment end 7 is arranged closer to an inner end 10 (i.e. the speaker end, as shown in fig. 2) of the headset 3 than the second attachment end 8, i.e. the second attachment end 8 is arranged closer to an outer end 11 of the headset 3.
The support portion 9 is located substantially between the first attachment end 7 and the second attachment end 8 and protrudes outwards in the radial direction of the earphone sleeve 1. The support 9 may be supported in the concha cavity 6 of the user after the user wears the headset 3. As shown in fig. 5, the supporting portion 9 is configured as a bending structure, and the interior thereof defines a hollow space 12, when the earphone sleeve 1 is fitted on the earphone 3 and the user wears the earphone 3, the space 12 is located between the inner surface of the supporting portion 9 and the outer surface of the earphone 3 and separates the inner surface of the supporting portion 9 from the outer surface of the earphone 3, further, under the compression of the ear, the supporting portion 9 can be deformed, so that the air in the space 12 can be discharged through the first attachment end 7 and/or the second attachment end 8.
Preferably, the support portion 9 is arranged at a predetermined position around the circumferential direction of the earphone house 1, that is, a person skilled in the art may arrange the above-mentioned support portion 9 at a predetermined position of the earphone house 1 according to actual needs. It is further preferred that the ear-headphone cover 1 is provided with the above-mentioned support part 9 at positions corresponding to at least the cymba concha boat 13, the crus helix 18 and the antitragus 14, and the ear-headphone cover 1 does not have the above-mentioned support part 9 at positions corresponding to the tragus 15, that is, the inner surface of the positions corresponding to the cymba concha boat 13, the crus helix 18 and the antitragus 14 of the ear-headphone cover 1 is spaced apart from the outer surface of the ear-headphone 3 by the space 12, and the inner surface of the position corresponding to the tragus 15 of the ear-headphone cover 1 is attached to the outer surface of the ear-headphone 3.
According to the scheme, after the user wears the earphone 3, the supporting part 9 can deform according to the structure in the concha cavity 6, particularly, the supporting part 9 can deform according to three structures, namely the cymba concha 13, the crus helix 18 and the antitragus 14, so that the supporting part 9 can be automatically adjusted and adapted to the structure of the concha cavity 6; and the position department corresponding with tragus 15 through making earphone sleeve 1 does not have above-mentioned supporting part 9, can make earphone sleeve 1 and conch chamber 6 more laminate, and this scheme can improve the steadiness and the comfort level of wearing to it is convenient, the cost is lower to make.
With further reference to fig. 1, the earphone sleeve 1 is further provided with a vent hole 19, in this embodiment the vent hole 19 is configured as a notch provided on the second attachment end 8, which notch preferably communicates with the space 12 defined in the support portion 9. In this way, when earphone sleeve 1 cover was established on the surface of earphone 3, air vent 19 can make intercommunication between earphone sleeve 1's the inside and the outside to make the atmospheric pressure of the inside of earphone sleeve 1 and outside atmospheric pressure keep balance, thereby can avoid earphone sleeve 1 to glue on earphone 3's surface, and this scheme can also help supporting part 9 to be recovered the original state fast after being extruded by the ear. It will be appreciated that although in the illustrated embodiment the vent hole 19 is provided on the second attachment end 8, the vent hole 19 may also be provided on the first attachment end 7.
Preferably, a plurality of vent holes 19 are provided in the earphone sock 1, for example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, two vent holes 19 are provided in the earphone sock 1. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments not shown, other numbers of vents may be provided on the earphone sock 1, such as 3, 4 or more. The specific number of the vent holes 19 can be set by those skilled in the art according to actual needs.
As shown in fig. 6, preferably, the earphone sleeve 1 is further provided with a matching portion 16 for matching with the crus of the helix, and the matching portion 16 is recessed inwards along the outer contour of the earphone sleeve 1. The arrangement of the matching part 16 enables the user to make the matching part 16 and the user's crus of helix mutually match after wearing the earphone 3 sleeved with the earphone sleeve 1, namely, the crus of helix can be received in the matching part 16, thereby avoiding the crus of helix from propping against the earphone sleeve 1 and leading to the earphone sleeve 1 to wear unstably.
In particular, the mating portion 16 may be formed at least by a transition section between the first attachment end 7 and the support portion 9, which may advantageously allow the mating portion 16 to more closely follow the position of the crus of the helix, so that the degree of fit between the mating portion 16 and the crus of the helix may be improved. Further preferably, the outer surface of the fitting portion 16 is formed as a smoothly curved surface, which may improve comfort of a user when wearing the earphone sock 1.
In a preferred embodiment, the earphone house 1 may be integrally formed, for example, by injection molding, in order to facilitate the manufacturing of the earphone house 1. This preferred solution may improve the manufacturing convenience of the earphone sleeve 1.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the earphone sleeve 1 has a uniform wall thickness, that is, the wall thickness is the same regardless of the first attachment end 7, the second attachment end 8, or the support portion 9. For the specific value of the wall thickness, those skilled in the art may specifically set the wall thickness according to factors such as the actual size of the earphone and the size of the ear of the user, for example, in order to adapt to the size of the ear between different individuals, a plurality of matching earphone sleeves with different sizes may be designed for the same earphone, and accordingly, the wall thickness size between these earphone sleeves may also be different.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, preferably, the outer dimension of the earphone sleeve 1 gradually increases from the first attachment end 7 to the radially outermost end of the supporting portion 9, and gradually decreases from the radially outermost end of the supporting portion 9 to the second attachment end 8. Further, in this embodiment, the radially outermost end of the support part 9 is substantially in the same plane as the second attachment end 8, which is preferred embodiment so that the second attachment end 8 of the earphone sleeve 1 can be substantially received in the concha cavity without protruding too far out of the concha cavity.
According to the scheme, the peripheral size of the earphone sleeve 1 is gradually increased from the first attachment end 7 to the radial outermost end of the supporting portion 9, and gradually decreased from the radial outermost end of the supporting portion 9 to the second attachment end 8, so that the earphone sleeve 1 can be matched with the structure of an ear.
According to the earphone sleeve 1 and the earphone component 4 of the embodiment of the invention, the space 12 is limited in the supporting part 9 supported in the concha cavity 6 of the user, so that when the earphone sleeve 1 is sleeved on the earphone 3, an interval is formed between the inner surface of the supporting part 9 and the outer surface of the earphone 3, and by the scheme, after the user wears the earphone 3, the supporting part 9 can deform according to the structure in the concha cavity 6, so that the supporting part 9 can be automatically adjusted and adapted to the structure of the concha cavity 6, the earphone sleeve 1 is further attached to the concha cavity 6, and the wearing stability and comfort can be improved. In addition, the air vent 19 is formed in the earphone sleeve 1, so that the balance between the air pressure inside the earphone sleeve 1 and the air pressure outside the earphone sleeve can be realized, and the earphone sleeve 1 can be effectively prevented from being stuck on the earphone wall. The scheme is convenient to manufacture and low in cost.
Embodiment mode 2
Fig. 7 illustrates an earphone house 100 according to a second preferred embodiment of the present invention. The earphone house 100 according to the present embodiment has substantially the same structure as the earphone house 1 in the above-described embodiment except for the position where the vent hole is provided, and the earphone house 100 according to the second preferred embodiment will be described in detail below.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the earphone sleeve 100 includes a first attachment end 70, a second attachment end (not shown in this embodiment) and a support portion 90 at both ends of the through hole 20, respectively.
Further, a first attachment end 70 and a second attachment end are attached to the outer surface of the headset 3 (as shown in fig. 2), respectively, wherein the first attachment end 70 is arranged closer to the inner end 10 of the headset 3 than the second attachment end, i.e. the second attachment end is arranged closer to the outer end 11 of the headset 3.
As shown in fig. 7, preferably, the outer dimension of the earphone sleeve 100 is gradually increased from the first attachment end 70 to the radially outermost end of the supporting portion 90, and gradually decreased from the radially outermost end of the supporting portion 90 to the second attachment end. Further, in the present embodiment, the radially outermost end of the support portion 90 is substantially in the same plane as the second attachment end.
The above scheme can make the earphone sleeve 100 more match with the structure of the ear by making the peripheral dimension of the earphone sleeve 100 gradually larger from the first attachment end 70 to the radially outermost end of the supporting portion 90 and gradually smaller from the radially outermost end of the supporting portion 90 to the second attachment end.
The support portion 90 is located substantially between the first attachment end 70 and the second attachment end and protrudes outward in a radial direction of the earphone sleeve 100. The support 90 may be supported in the concha cavity 6 (shown in fig. 4) of the user when the user is wearing the headset. Similar to the above embodiment, the supporting portion 90 is configured as a bending structure, and the interior thereof defines a hollow space, which is located between the inner surface of the supporting portion 90 and the outer surface of the earphone 3 and separates the inner surface of the supporting portion 90 and the outer surface of the earphone 3 when the earphone sleeve 100 is fitted on the earphone 3 and the user wears the earphone 3, and further, the supporting portion 90 can be deformed under the compression of the ear, so that the air in the space can be discharged through the first attachment end 70 and/or the second attachment end.
Preferably, the supporting portion 90 is disposed at a predetermined position around the circumferential direction of the earphone sleeve 100, that is, a person skilled in the art may dispose the above-mentioned supporting portion 90 at the predetermined position of the earphone sleeve 100 according to actual needs. It is further preferable that the earphone sleeve 100 has the above-mentioned support 90 at a position corresponding to at least the cymba concha 13 (shown in fig. 4), the crus of helix 18 (shown in fig. 4) and the antitragus 14 (shown in fig. 4), and the earphone sleeve 100 does not have the above-mentioned support 90 at a position corresponding to the tragus 15 (shown in fig. 4), that is, the position corresponding to the tragus 15 of the earphone sleeve 100 is attached to the outer surface of the earphone 3.
The solution can make the supporting part 90 deform according to the structure in the concha cavity 6 after the user wears the earphone 3, especially the supporting part 90 deforms according to the three structures of the cymba concha 13, the crus of helix 18 and the antitragus 14, so that the supporting part 90 can adjust and adapt to the structure of the concha cavity 6; and the position department corresponding with the tragus 15 through making earphone sleeve 100 does not have above-mentioned supporting part 90, can make earphone sleeve 100 and concha chamber 6 more laminate, and this scheme can improve the steadiness and the comfort level of wearing to it is convenient, the cost is lower to make.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 7, the earphone sleeve 100 is further provided with a fitting portion 16 for fitting with the crus of the helix, and the fitting portion 16 is recessed inward along the outer contour of the earphone sleeve 100. The arrangement of the matching portion 16 enables the user to make the matching portion 16 and the crus of the ears of the user mutually match after wearing the earphones provided with the earphone sleeve 100, namely, the crus of the ears can be received in the matching portion 16, so that the crus of the ears can be prevented from propping against the earphone sleeve 100 and the earphone sleeve 100 is not stably worn.
Specifically, the mating portion 16 may be formed at least by a transition section between the first attachment end 70 and the support portion 90, which may allow the mating portion 16 to more closely conform to the position of the crus of the helix, which may improve the degree of fit between the mating portion 16 and the crus of the helix. Further preferably, the outer surface of the fitting part 16 is formed as a smoothly curved surface, which may improve comfort of a user when wearing the earphone sock 100.
With reference to fig. 7, the earphone sleeve 100 is provided with a vent 190, and in the present embodiment, the vent 190 is provided on the supporting portion 90 of the earphone sleeve 100. The vent 190 may communicate between the inside and the outside of the earphone sleeve 100 in an assembled state in which the earphone sleeve 100 is assembled on the earphone, so that the air pressure inside the earphone sleeve 100 is kept balanced with the external atmospheric pressure, thereby preventing the earphone sleeve 1 from being stuck on the outer surface of the earphone 3, and the scheme may also help the support portion 90 to be rapidly restored to its original state after being extruded and deformed by the ear.
Preferably, the earphone sleeve 100 is provided with a plurality of vent holes 190, for example, in the present embodiment, 6 vent holes 190 are provided on the earphone sleeve 100. It is understood that in other embodiments not shown, other numbers of vents, such as 7, 8 or more vents, may be provided on the earphone sleeve 100.
