It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments and features in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be combined with each other.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a smart panel based on a rotary switch and a touch screen according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in connection with fig. 1, the smart panel based on a rotary switch and a touch screen includes a rotary switch 120, a touch screen 110, and a control center 130; the knob switch 120 is in communication connection with the control center 130, and sends a first signal for adjusting the household equipment to the control center 130; the touch screen 110 is in communication connection with the control center 130, and sends a second signal for selecting the home equipment to the control center 130; the control center 130 sends a control instruction to the specific household device 200, the specific household device 200 corresponds to the second signal, and the control instruction corresponds to the first signal.
The knob switch 120 may be a knob switch 120 including a magnetic encoder sensor, and the knob switch 120 may be flexibly and smoothly rotated to improve the user experience.
The touch screen 110 may include a 13-inch touch screen panel, which may provide better visual effects for the user. Alternatively, the touch screen 110 may be a capacitive touch screen, which may make the user feel better.
The control center 130 may include a chip with logic operation capability and a circuit corresponding to the chip, and the control center 130 includes one or more signal input terminals and one or more signal output terminals. For example, the control center 130 is a single chip microcomputer system, which includes a single chip microcomputer chip of a certain type, and a power supply circuit, a crystal oscillator circuit, etc. corresponding to the single chip microcomputer chip of the certain type, and the single chip microcomputer system includes an input/output terminal directly connected to a pin of the single chip microcomputer chip, and an input/output terminal indirectly connected to the pin of the single chip microcomputer through a signal adapter (e.g., a relay); alternatively, the control center 130 is a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) system, and the PLC system includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU) module, an analog input module, an analog output module, a digital input module, and a digital output module.
The home devices may be smart home devices such as smart sound boxes 210, smart lamps 230, smart curtains 220, and the like.
The first signal here may be a signal obtained by the rotary switch 120 in response to a user operation, or a signal obtained by the rotary switch 120 in response to a reading instruction of the control center 130 and obtained by the rotary switch 120, and the first signal may indicate a rotation direction of the rotary switch 120, such as clockwise rotation or counterclockwise rotation.
In the case that the home device is the smart sound box 210, the first signal of the knob switch 120 represents the current volume of the smart sound box 210, and the smart sound box 210 may be adjusted as follows: if the knob switch 120 is rotated clockwise, the volume of the sound box is increased, and if the knob switch 120 is rotated counterclockwise, the volume of the sound box is decreased; alternatively, if the knob switch 120 is rotated clockwise, the enclosure volume is decreased, and if the knob switch 120 is rotated counterclockwise, the enclosure volume is increased.
In the case that the household device is the smart lamp 230, the first signal of the rotary switch 120 represents the current brightness of the smart lamp 230, and the smart lamp 230 may be adjusted as follows: if the knob switch 120 is rotated clockwise, the brightness of the lamp is reduced, and if the knob switch 120 is rotated counterclockwise, the brightness of the lamp is improved; alternatively, if the knob switch 120 is rotated clockwise, the lamp brightness is increased, and if the knob switch 120 is rotated counterclockwise, the lamp brightness is decreased.
In the case that the household device is the smart window shade 220, the first signal of the knob switch 120 indicates the current position of the smart window shade 220, and the smart window shade 220 may be adjusted by: if the knob switch 120 is rotated clockwise, the curtain opening is decreased, and if the knob switch 120 is rotated counterclockwise, the curtain opening is increased; alternatively, if the knob switch 120 is rotated clockwise, the curtain opening is increased, and if the knob switch 120 is rotated counterclockwise, the curtain opening is decreased.
Optionally, the knob switch 120 is a depressible knob switch. In this case, the first signal may also indicate that the knob switch 120 is pressed.
In some application scenarios, a user pressing the knob switch 120 may indicate confirmation of an event. For example, in the case that the home device is the smart window shade 220, the smart panel 100 sends a prompt message on the touch screen 110 to prompt the smart window shade 220 to be closed, and after the knob switch 120 detects the pressing action, sends a first signal to the control center 130, and the control center 130 confirms the prompt message and stops displaying the prompt message on the touch screen 110; or, in the case that the home device is the intelligent curtain 220, detecting the opening and closing speed of the intelligent curtain 220 in real time, and sending the opening and closing speed to the control center 130, if the opening and closing speed is greater than the set safe speed, the control center 130 sends the warning information to the touch screen 110, the touch screen 110 displays the warning information, after the knob switch 120 detects the pressing action, the control center 130 sends the first information indicating that the user is pressed, after receiving the first signal, the control center 130 confirms to cancel the warning, and sends the information confirming to cancel the warning to the touch screen 110, and after receiving the information confirming to cancel the warning, the touch screen 110 stops displaying the warning information.
In addition, the first signal may indicate a rotation direction and a rotation speed of the knob switch 120. In the case that the home device is the smart sound box 210, the rotation direction may be used to indicate an adjustment direction of the volume of the smart sound box 210, and the rotation speed may be used to indicate a rate of volume change of the smart sound box 210, where the faster the rotation speed, the faster the volume change speed; under the condition that the household equipment is the intelligent curtain 220, the rotating direction can be used for representing the opening and closing direction of the intelligent curtain 220, the rotating speed can be used for representing the opening and closing speed of the intelligent curtain 220, and the faster the rotating speed is, the faster the opening and closing speed is; in the case that the household device is the smart light fixture 230, the rotation direction may be used to represent the adjustment direction of the brightness of the smart light fixture 230, and the rotation speed may be used to represent the change rate of the brightness of the smart light fixture 230, where the faster the rotation speed, the faster the change rate of the brightness. Thus, the user can conveniently adjust the volume of the smart sound box 210 and the volume change speed through the knob switch 120, or adjust the opening and closing direction and the opening and closing speed of the smart window shades 220, or adjust the change direction and the change speed of the brightness of the smart lamp 230. In the case that the rotary switch 120 includes a magnetic encoder sensor, the rotation direction of the rotary switch 120 may be represented by the positive and negative of the phase difference of two signals output by the magnetic encoder sensor, for example, the phase of one output signal is subtracted by the phase of the other output signal, if the difference is positive, the rotation direction is determined as a first rotation direction, and if the difference is negative, the rotation direction is determined as a second rotation direction, and the first rotation direction is opposite to the second rotation direction; the rotational speed may be represented by the frequency of the output signal of the magnetically encoded sensor, the faster the rotational speed the greater the frequency of the output signal, and the slower the rotational speed the smaller the frequency of the output signal.
The second signal may be a signal obtained by the touch screen 110 in response to a user operation by the touch screen 110. In some application scenarios, virtual keys representing the home devices are displayed on the touch screen 110, for example, virtual keys representing the smart curtains 220, the smart sound boxes 210, the smart lamps 230, and the like are displayed on the touch screen 110, and the home devices may be represented by words or icons thereof. After the user touches the virtual key, the touch screen 110 responds to the user operation, and a second signal corresponding to the home device represented by the virtual key can be obtained.
The touch screen 110 can select the household device to be adjusted, and the knob switch 120 can send an adjustment instruction to the household device, so that a user can conveniently adjust parameters needing to be adjusted through experience or experience through a knob, such as volume or light and shade, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In some embodiments, before the control center 130 sends the control instruction to the specific household device 200, the first signal and the second signal are further obtained, and then the specific household device 200 corresponding to the second signal is obtained, and the control instruction corresponding to the first signal is obtained.
Optionally, the knob switch 120 is a magnetic encoding sensor, and obtains a control command corresponding to the first signal, including:
obtaining a rotation direction represented by the first signal, and determining an adjustment direction of the control command according to the rotation direction, wherein the adjustment direction includes increasing or decreasing the volume of the smart sound box 210, or increasing or decreasing the opening degree of the smart window shade 220, or increasing or decreasing the brightness of the smart lamp 230;
obtaining the rotation speed represented by the first signal, and determining an adjustment speed of the control command according to the rotation speed, wherein the adjustment speed includes a speed of adjusting the volume of the smart sound box 210, or a speed of adjusting the opening degree of the smart window shade 220, or a speed of adjusting the brightness of the smart light fixture 230.
Further, determining an adjustment speed of the control command according to the rotation speed includes: obtaining a preset coefficient, obtaining a first product of the rotation speed and the preset coefficient, and determining the adjusting speed according to the first product.
The preset coefficient here may mean enlargement or reduction of the rotation speed, and for example, in the case where the rotation speed is greater than the speed threshold, a value smaller than 1 is taken as the preset coefficient to reduce the rotation speed. Especially, in the process of adjusting the intelligent curtain 220, the phenomenon that the intelligent curtain 220 is damaged due to the fact that the opening and closing speed of the intelligent curtain 220 is too high can be avoided.
The first product and the second product of the conversion coefficient may be used as the adjustment speed; the conversion coefficient is related to the specific household device 200 and is used for mapping the first product to a control instruction capable of adjusting the specific household, the conversion coefficients corresponding to the intelligent sound box 210, the intelligent curtain 220 and the intelligent lamp 230 are different, in a specific application, the corresponding relation between the specific household device 200 and the conversion coefficient may be stored in a database, and after the control center 130 receives the second signal and determines the specific household device 200, the conversion coefficient corresponding to the specific household device 200 may be obtained by retrieving the specific household device 200 from the database.
By adopting the technical scheme, the specific household equipment 200 can be adjusted more safely.
Determining the adjustment speed from the first product may also be implemented as follows: a plurality of first products are obtained, and an adjustment speed is determined based on an average of the plurality of first products. For example, the third product of the average value and the conversion coefficient may be used as the adjustment speed.
In practical application, the speed of rotating the knob switch 120 by a user is suddenly high and suddenly low, so that the rotation speed represented by the first signal output by the knob switch 120 is suddenly high and suddenly low, the adjusting speed is determined according to the average value of a plurality of first products, the adjusting speed can be changed smoothly, the household equipment, especially the intelligent curtain 220, is controlled according to the smoothly-changed adjusting speed, the safety of the household equipment is protected, and the service life of the household equipment is prolonged.
Further, obtaining the plurality of first products may be sequentially obtaining the plurality of first products according to a time sequence, correspondingly determining an adjustment speed according to an average value of the plurality of first products, and determining an adjustment speed according to a weighted average value of the plurality of first products, where the shorter the obtaining duration of the first products is, the larger the weight of the first products is.
Specifically, the weighted average of the plurality of first products may be determined by the following equation:
Figure BDA0003086335940000081
wherein the content of the first and second substances,
Figure BDA0003086335940000082
is a weighted average of a plurality of first products, piFor obtaining the ith first product, and the larger the value of i, the shorter the obtaining duration of the first product, pi=ωi×a,ωiFor the rotation speed obtained at the i-th time, a is a preset coefficient, wiThe weight corresponding to the ith first product, i is large in value, wiThe larger n is the total number of first products obtained.
Further, the air conditioner is provided with a fan,
Figure BDA0003086335940000091
and v is the adjusting speed, and c is the conversion coefficient corresponding to the current household equipment.
In some application scenarios, obtaining the preset coefficients includes: obtaining an integral value of the adjustment speed up to the last time the adjustment speed was obtained, obtaining a difference value between the preset value and the integral value, and determining a preset coefficient positively correlated to the difference value.
Further, the preset coefficient may be determined by the following formula:
Figure BDA0003086335940000092
wherein a is a predetermined coefficient, f (x) is a monotonic self-increasing function, IsIs a predetermined coefficient, t1For the moment of first obtaining the regulating speed, tn-1V is the adjustment speed for the moment when the adjustment speed was last obtained.
Wherein the preset value IsThe maximum value of the adjustment amount of the specific home device 200 along the current adjustment direction is represented in relation to the specific home device 200, for example, the preset value I is set during the process of increasing the volume of the smart sound box 210sRepresents the maximum volume of the smart sound box 210, and the preset value I is set during the process of reducing the volume of the smart sound box 210sRepresents the minimum value of the volume of smart speaker 210; in the opening process of the intelligent curtain 220, the preset value IsThe total travel of the intelligent curtain 220 when the intelligent curtain 220 is completely opened is shown, and the preset value I is set in the process of closing the intelligent curtain 220sRepresents the total travel of the smart blinds 220 when fully closed; in the process of brightness improvement of the intelligent lamp 230, the preset value IsThe maximum value of the brightness of the intelligent lamp 230 is shown, and the preset value I is set during the process of reducing the brightness of the intelligent lamp 230sRepresenting the minimum value of the brightness of the smart light fixture 230. Preset value IsThe adjustment direction and the corresponding relation of the specific home equipment 200 may be pre-stored in the database, and after the specific home equipment 200 and the adjustment direction are determined, the specific home equipment 200 and the adjustment direction are retrieved from the database, so that the preset value I corresponding to the specific home equipment 200 and the adjustment direction can be obtaineds
By adopting the technical scheme, the specific household equipment 200 can be adjusted more accurately, and the situation that the specific household equipment 200 is damaged due to the fact that the target adjustment amount exceeds the maximum value of the specific household can be avoided. For example, in the process of adjusting the intelligent curtain 220, after the above technical solution is adopted, when the intelligent curtain 220 is to be completely closed, even if the rotation speed of the knob switch 120 is relatively high, the closing speed of the intelligent curtain 220 is not too high, and damage to the intelligent curtain 220 can be avoided.
