Based on the technical scheme, the guide rail 13 used for being matched with the filter screen 14 for guiding is independently formed into a part from the surface frame 11, and the guide rails 13 are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the grille 12, so that two guide grooves 131 can be formed, and the guiding effect of the upper edge and the lower edge of the filter screen 14 is met; compared with the integrated guide rail 13 in the prior art, the problem that the guide rail 13 cannot be integrally formed on a die due to the influence of the appearance of the grating 12 of the face frame 11 can be avoided, and meanwhile, the guide rail 13 in a whole strip shape can be processed through independent forming, so that the guide groove 131 is continuous, sharp friction noise generated between the filter screen 14 and the guide rail 13 in the integrated guide rail 13 can be eliminated, and the user experience is effectively improved; in addition, the guide rail 13 is connected with the face frame 11 in a clamping manner, and the assembly is simple and convenient.
As shown in fig. 3-11, in some embodiments, the positioning column 113 is disposed on the face frame 11, the positioning hole 132 is disposed on the guide rail 13 and is matched with the positioning column 113 for positioning, and the positioning column 113 and the positioning hole 132 are primarily positioned and then are matched and clamped, so that the guide rail 13 is convenient to assemble, and is firm and reliable.
In some embodiments of the present application, the face frame 11 is provided with a plurality of buckles 114, the buckles 114 are correspondingly disposed at the left and right ends and the middle position of each guide rail 13, and the buckles 114 are buckled at the rear side of the guide rail 13, so as to further ensure fast assembly and stable installation; illustratively, as shown in fig. 3-11, the fixing of the guide rail 13 to the panel is mainly realized by three fasteners 114 and two positioning posts 113.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3 to 12, in order to make the filter screen 14 not easily fall off from the face frame 11 without being subjected to an external force, the filter screen 14 is provided with an elastic clamping member 141, and the face frame 11 is provided with a limiting rib 115 that is in fit clamping connection with the elastic clamping member 141; when the filter screen 14 is inserted into the rear side of the grill 12 and is in place, the elastic clamping member 141 is clamped with the limiting rib 115, so that the filter screen 14 can be prevented from being separated.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the limiting rib 115 is disposed on a side of the face frame 11 close to the slot 112; the filter screen 14 is provided with an accommodating groove 142, the elastic clamping piece 141 is arranged in the accommodating groove 142, the elastic clamping piece 141 is provided with a hook portion 1411 extending forwards, and the hook portion 1411 is abutted against the side surface of the limiting rib 115 in a matching manner, so that the filter screen 14 is limited on the face frame 11.
FIGS. 13-15 are schematic views of the structure of the guide rail 13 of a window type air conditioner according to some embodiments of the present application; as shown in fig. 13-15, one end of the guiding groove 131 close to the slot 112 is a flared opening, and abuts against the inner wall surface of the face frame 11 close to one side of the slot 112, and is matched with the shape of the slot 112, so that the filter screen 14 can be conveniently and quickly inserted into the guiding groove 131 of the guiding rail 13
In some embodiments of the present application, the left and right ends of the guide groove 131 both penetrate through the guide rail 13, and openings at both ends of the guide groove are both trumpet-shaped, so that the structures of the upper and lower guide rails 13 are consistent; specifically, the upper guide rail 13 is defined as the lower guide rail 13 by rotating 180 ° in the vertical plane, so that the guide rails 13 respectively located on the upper and lower sides can be molded by one set of mold edges, and the cost can be effectively reduced.

Further, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, a protrusion 144 protruding from the slot 112 is disposed on a side of the filter screen 14 close to the slot 112, and the protrusion 144 is used to facilitate insertion or extraction of the filter screen 14.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, an air outlet 116 is disposed above the air inlet 111 on the face frame 11, and the panel assembly 1 further includes: the air outlet assembly 15 is arranged at the air outlet 116 and used for outputting the air volume exchanged by the heat exchanger in the air conditioner, the control panel 16 is arranged on one side, away from the slot 112, of the air inlet 111 of the face frame 11, and the panel is mainly used for fixing a selector switch and a knob; the window type air conditioner also comprises a box body, and the panel component 1 is arranged on the front side of the box body.

Claims (10)
1. A window type air conditioner comprising a panel assembly, the panel assembly comprising:
the air inlet is formed in the face frame, and one side of the face frame is provided with an inserting groove;
the grille is arranged at the air inlet;
the two guide rails are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the grating and are connected with the face frame in a clamping manner, guide grooves are respectively formed in opposite sides of the two guide rails, and the guide grooves penetrate through the end faces, close to the slots, of the guide rails; and
the filter screen, the filter screen slides and inserts and locate in the slot and locate the rear side of grid, the upper and lower both sides of filter screen insert respectively and locate one in the guide slot of guide rail.
2. The window type air conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein the face frame is provided with a positioning post, and the guide rail is provided with a positioning hole which is positioned in cooperation with the positioning post.
3. The window type air conditioner as claimed in claim 2, wherein the face frame is provided with a plurality of fasteners, the fasteners are correspondingly provided at left and right ends and a middle portion of each of the guide rails, and the fasteners are fastened to a rear side of the guide rails.
4. The window type air conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein the filter screen is provided with an elastic clamping member, and the face frame is provided with a limiting rib which is clamped with the elastic clamping member in a matching manner.
5. The window type air conditioner as claimed in claim 4, wherein the spacing rib is disposed on a side of the face frame adjacent to the slot;
the filter screen is provided with a containing groove, the elastic clamping piece is arranged in the containing groove, the elastic clamping piece is provided with a hook portion extending forwards, and the hook portion is matched with the butt joint to be connected with the side face of the limiting rib.
6. The window air conditioner as set forth in claim 1, wherein said channel is flared at an end adjacent said slot.
7. The window type air conditioner as set forth in claim 1, wherein both of said left and right ends of said guide groove are penetrated through said guide rails, and the structures of both said guide rails are identical.
8. The window type air conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein a limiting plate is disposed on a side of the filter screen adjacent to the slot, and the limiting plate is engaged with and abutted against an outer wall surface of the face frame.
9. The window air conditioner as set forth in claim 1, wherein a projection projecting from an outer side of the slot is provided on a side of the filter screen adjacent to the slot.
10. The window air conditioner as recited in any one of claims 1-9, wherein an air outlet is formed in the face frame above the air inlet, the panel assembly further comprising:
the air outlet assembly is arranged at the air outlet; and
the control panel is arranged on one side, away from the slot, of the face frame;
the window type air conditioner further includes:
the panel assembly is arranged on the front side of the box body.
