air-out passageway (52), air-out passageway (52) are arranged in on base (1) and are encircleed lamp stand (12) evenly distributed, air-out passageway (52) from base (1) upside downward sloping to base (1) lateral wall, and form air outlet (521) at base (1) lateral wall, the inside of air-out passageway (52) is equipped with a plurality of heat dissipation guide vanes (53) around base (1) axis evenly distributed.
