与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果如下:通过设置的纤维芯,可以在医疗污水通过进水漏斗进入脱氮仓时,对医疗污水进行初步过滤,将医疗污水中的大分子颗粒过滤,而且进水漏斗可以在对设备添加医疗污水时,防止医疗污水出现泄露的问题,通过设置的漂浮笼,可以在医疗污水进入脱氮仓后,漂浮在医疗污水的水面上,减少脱氮剂与医疗污水的接触面,从而减速脱氮剂的消耗,通过设置的收集罩,可以将医疗污水与脱氮剂反应产生的气体收集,并将气体通过通风管排出装置,从而便于使用者通过通风管收集废气,通过设置的除磷剂,可以通过透气筒的镂空孔与被脱氮后的医疗污水接触,从而使医疗污水中的磷被置换出来形成沉淀物,而且可以通过转动透明板可以打开除磷仓,从而便于使用者处理沉淀物,通过设置的过滤网,可以将被脱氮除磷后的医疗污水过滤后排放到蓄水池,蓄水池中的紫外线杀菌灯对医疗污水进行消毒杀菌,从而完成对医疗污水的脱氮除磷消毒。

本实用新型中:漂浮笼6与脱氮剂7之间构成全包围结构,且漂浮笼6之间关于脱氮仓4的竖直中心线对称,并且漂浮笼6的端面结构为圆形结构;漂浮笼6可以在医疗污水进入脱氮仓4后,漂浮在医疗污水的水面上,减少脱氮剂7与医疗污水的接触面,从而减速脱氮剂7的消耗。
本实用新型中:收集罩8与脱氮仓4的外壁之间构成密封结构,且通风管9通过收集罩8与脱氮仓4的内部之间构成连通结构;收集罩8可以将医疗污水与脱氮剂7反应产生的气体收集,并将气体通过通风管9排出装置,从而便于使用者通过通风管9收集废气。

本实用新型中:除磷仓10通过过滤网14与蓄水池15之间构成连通结构,且紫外线杀菌灯16沿蓄水池15的内壁呈等距均匀分布;过滤网14可以将被脱氮除磷后的医疗污水过滤后排放到蓄水池15,蓄水池15中的紫外线杀菌灯16对医疗污水进行消毒杀菌,从而完成对医疗污水的脱氮除磷消毒。
该种一体化同步脱氮除磷消毒用医疗污水处理装置的工作原理:首先,将医疗污水通过进水漏斗2倒入装置底座1内部,进水漏斗2内安装的纤维芯3对污水将污水中的大分子颗粒过滤,当医疗污水进入脱氮仓4时,漂浮笼6会在污水上漂浮,从而减少脱氮剂7与污水的接触面,减速脱氮剂7的消耗速度;随后,在医疗污水与脱氮剂7发生反应时,会产生废气,废气会被脱氮仓4上方的收集罩8收集,并将气体通过通风管9排出装置底座1,从而便于使用者通过通风管9收集废气;然后,被脱氮后的医疗污水通过连通孔5,流向除磷仓10中,除磷剂13可以通过透气筒12的镂空孔与被脱氮后的医疗污水接触,使医疗污水中的磷被置换出来形成沉淀物,而且可以通过转动透明板11可以打开除磷仓10,便于使用者处理沉淀物;最后,脱氮除磷后的医疗污水通过过滤网14,排放到蓄水池15,通过蓄水池15中的紫外线杀菌灯16对医疗污水进行消毒杀菌,从而完成对污水的脱氮除磷消毒。
尽管已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本实用新型的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一体化同步脱氮除磷消毒用医疗污水处理装置,包括装置底座(1)和紫外线杀菌灯(16),其特征在于:所述装置底座(1)的左侧安装有进水漏斗(2),且进水漏斗(2)的内部安装有纤维芯(3),所述装置底座(1)的内部设置有脱氮仓(4),且脱氮仓(4)的右侧设置有连通孔(5),所述脱氮仓(4)的内部安置有漂浮笼(6),且漂浮笼(6)的内部安置有脱氮剂(7),所述脱氮仓(4)的上方安装有收集罩(8),且收集罩(8)的上方安装有通风管(9),所述连通孔(5)的右侧连接有除磷仓(10),且除磷仓(10)的上方安装有透明板(11),所述除磷仓(10)的内部安装有透气筒(12),且透气筒(12)的内部安置有除磷剂(13),所述除磷仓(10)的下方安装有过滤网(14),且过滤网(14)的下方连接有蓄水池(15),所述蓄水池(15)的内部安装有紫外线杀菌灯(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一体化同步脱氮除磷消毒用医疗污水处理装置,其特征在于:所述纤维芯(3)与进水漏斗(2)之间构成卡合结构,且进水漏斗(2)贯穿于脱氮仓(4)的内部,并且脱氮仓(4)通过连通孔(5)与除磷仓(10)之间构成连通结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一体化同步脱氮除磷消毒用医疗污水处理装置,其特征在于:所述漂浮笼(6)与脱氮剂(7)之间构成全包围结构,且漂浮笼(6)之间关于脱氮仓(4)的竖直中心线对称,并且漂浮笼(6)的端面结构为圆形结构。
