Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the preferred embodiment of the present application provides a wiper blade, which includes a fastening seat 100, a pair of elastic arms 200 and a corresponding pair of connecting bars 300, a scraper 400, a pair of fairings 500 and a protecting cover 600. Wherein the holder 100 is adapted to hold a wiper arm (not shown).
In the embodiment, the shaft 110 is directly formed on the fastening seat 100 to which the wiper arm can be pivotally connected. However, the shaft 110 may be assembled to the socket 100 by being formed separately from the fitting seat. Specifically, the fastening seat 100 includes a bottom plate 101 and a pair of side walls 102 erected on the bottom plate 101, the side walls 102 are arranged in parallel at intervals, the shaft 110 is disposed between the side walls 102, and both ends of the shaft 110 are connected to the side walls 102 respectively
Referring to fig. 4, in the embodiment of the present application, each elastic arm 200 is an elongated metal sheet, one end of each elastic arm 200 is connected to the fastening seat 100, and the pair of elastic arms 200 extend from the fastening seat 100. Specifically, each elastic arm 200 is arc-shaped, and the two elastic arms 200 are connected to form an arc shape of the whole wiper. In the embodiment of the present invention, one end of each elastic arm 200 is riveted to the fastening seat 100, but the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto, for example, the elastic arm 200 may also be locked, connected to a rod, or fastened to the fastening seat 100.
Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 8, in the embodiment of the present application, each connecting strip 300 is an elastic strip made of elastic plastic material. One of the two opposite sides of each connecting strip 300 is provided with a lower guide rail 320; the opposite side of the lower rail 320 is sleeved with the corresponding elastic arm 200, specifically, the side of the connecting bar 300 is provided with a channel 310, and the elastic arm 200 is inserted into the channel 310. Furthermore, the other end of each elastic arm 200 is provided with a stopper 210 to stop the end of the connecting bar 300 sleeved correspondingly and the end of the scraper 400 on the connecting bar 300, thereby preventing the connecting bar 300 and the scraper 400 thereon from falling off from the corresponding elastic arm 200. In the embodiment of the present invention, each stopper 210 is preferably in the form of a pin inserted through the end of the corresponding elastic arm 200, but the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the stopper 210 may be formed to protrude from the elastic arm 200. The channel 310 includes a plurality of connected frames 311, and the elastic arms 200 respectively pass through the frames 311. Thus, when the arm 200 is deformed by a force, the clearance between the frames 311 allows the slots 310 to be assumed to follow the deformation of the arm 200 without interfering with the movement of the arm 200. In the present embodiment, each frame 311 preferably includes a pair of clamping jaws 312, and the pair of clamping jaws 312 respectively clamp two side edges of the elastic arm 200, but the present embodiment is not limited thereto. For example, the frame 311 may be a rectangular ring frame for the elastic arm 200 to pass through.
Referring to fig. 3 to 4 and 9, a stopper 300a is connected between the pair of connecting strips 300, and two or more hooks 310a extend from two side edges of the stopper 300a to be fastened to the fastening seat 100, specifically, to be received in the hole 102a at the root of each side wall 102 of the fastening seat 100 and fastened to the edge of the bottom plate 101, however, the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto, for example, the hole 102a on the side wall 102 may be fastened to the inner edge of the hole 102a when the root of the side wall 102 is not. In the embodiment of the present invention, the two elastic arms 200 are connected to the same side of the fastening seat 100, and the ends of the two elastic arms 200 connected to the fastening seat 100 are separated from each other and clamped between the stopper 300a and the fastening seat 100. By means of the stopper 300a, rainwater can be prevented from remaining between the connection bars 300 or between the ends of the two elastic arms 200.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, the scraper 400 is elongated, one side of the scraper 400 is formed with a blade 410, the other side of the scraper 400 opposite to the blade 410 is provided with an upper rail 420, the upper rail 420 is connected to the lower rails 320 in a penetrating manner (i.e., one of the upper rail 420 and the lower rail 320 penetrates into the other), and the upper rail 420 is also connected to the stopper 300a in a penetrating manner. Specifically, the stopper 300a has a connection section 320a, the connection section 320a is connected to the pair of lower rails 320 by following the outer shape of the pair of lower rails 320, and the upper rail 420 and the connection section 320a are connected to each other by being inserted into each other. Thereby enabling the upper rail 420 to be inserted through one of the lower rails 320 and further inserted through the other lower rail 320 by the connecting section 320 a.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3 and 7 to 8, each pod 500 is an elongated cover body made of plastic and has a ridge protruding from an outer side thereof to extend in a longitudinal direction thereof. Each air guide sleeve 500 covers each elastic arm 200, the air guide sleeve 500 and the connecting strip 300 corresponding to each air guide sleeve 200 are arranged on two opposite sides of each elastic arm 200, and each air guide sleeve 500 covers the corresponding groove 310 of the connecting strip 300. A portion of the stopper 300a is continuous with the shape of the pod 500, and more particularly, is continuous between the pair of pods 500 below the fastening seat 100 to be continuous with the opening of the pod 500.
The cover 600 covers the snap-fit receptacle 100 and the ends of each pod 500 adjacent the snap-fit receptacle 100. Thereby enabling two pods 500 to be joined streamlining. And the cover 600 has a through hole 601 for the wiper arm to pass through and be fastened to the fastening seat 100.
Further, referring to another aspect of the stopper shown in fig. 11 to 13, each stopper 210a may also be a sleeve body and its outer shape matches with the inner wall of the end of the air guide 500. The stop member 210a is sleeved on the end of the corresponding elastic arm 200, and the stop member 210a is provided with a hook 211a, and is fixed by fastening the elastic arm 200 with the hook 211 a. Also, a portion of the stopper 210a may be formed in a shape continuous with the lower rail 320 of the connection bar 300 so that the end of the upper rail 420 of the scraper 400 penetrates therein.
In summary, the wiper blade according to the embodiment of the present invention is connected to the fastening seat 100 by the pair of separated elastic arms 200 and then is connected to the connecting strips 300 in a penetrating manner, so as to facilitate the penetration of the scraper 400 into each connecting strip 300. Furthermore, when the size of the wiper is small (e.g. rear windshield), the elasticity of the wiper can be increased by the separation of the two sections of the elastic arms 200 and the gap between the frames 311 of the connecting bars 300, so as to prevent the wiper from being too rigid.
In summary, the windshield wiper provided by the embodiment of the application can achieve the expected use purpose, so that the problems in the prior art are solved.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present application, and not intended to limit the scope of the present application, so that all changes that can be made by using the equivalent techniques and means in the specification and drawings of the present application are also included in the scope of the present application.
