The application provides a waterproofing membrane, including waterproofing membrane bulk layer 1, fire-retardant layer 2, heat radiation reflecting layer 3, adhesive linkage 4 and the protective layer 5 that stacks gradually the setting.
The waterproof coiled material main body layer 1 comprises a base 11, a first modified asphalt layer 12 arranged on one side of the base 11 and a second modified asphalt layer 13 arranged on the other side of the base 11. The first modified asphalt layer 12 and the second modified asphalt layer 13 may be, but are not limited to, SBS modified asphalt. In some embodiments, waterproofing membrane body layer 1 is prepared by applying modified asphalt to each side of base 11.
The flame retardant layer 2 is disposed on the first modified asphalt layer 12. Preferably, the flame retardant layer 2 is a polymeric flame retardant layer.
Further, fire-retardant layer 2 is including the first fire-retardant layer of range upon range of setting and the fire-retardant layer of second, and first fire-retardant layer is the fire-retardant layer of polysiloxane, and the fire-retardant layer of second is the fire-retardant layer of ammonium polyphosphate, and first fire-retardant layer is adjacent with first modified asphalt layer 12, and the fire-retardant layer of second is adjacent with heat radiation reflection stratum 3.
The first flame-retardant layer comprises a first high-molecular base material and polysiloxane dispersed in the first high-molecular base material, the polysiloxane has certain flame-retardant property and good compatibility with the high-molecular base material, and during combustion, the polysiloxane moderately migrates to the surface of plastic to form the flame-retardant layer with carbide of the plastic so as to achieve the purpose of inhibiting combustion. The first polymeric substrate may be selected from polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, and the like.
The second flame-retardant layer comprises a second high-molecular base material and ammonium polyphosphate dispersed in the second high-molecular base material, and the ammonium polyphosphate expands when heated and can play a role in oxygen isolation and heat insulation. The second polymeric substrate may be selected from polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, and the like.
When the waterproof roll material provided by the application is used, usually, one side of the protective layer 5 faces outwards, namely the flame-retardant layer 2 is in effect, firstly, the second flame-retardant layer expands with heat, so that the effects of oxygen isolation and heat insulation are timely achieved, then, polysiloxane in the first flame-retardant layer plays a flame-retardant role, and the spread of combustion to the lower layer is further inhibited.
The heat radiation reflection layer 3 includes a metal reflection layer 31, a first protective reflection layer 32 on one side of the metal reflection layer 31, and a second protective reflection layer 33 on the other side of the metal reflection layer 31. The metal reflective layer 31 is selected from one of an aluminum layer, a silver layer and a titanium layer, and the first protective reflective layer 32 and the second protective reflective layer 33 are each independently selected from one of an aluminum oxide layer, a titanium oxide layer, a zinc oxide layer, a silicon dioxide layer and a silicon nitride layer. The first protective reflective layer 32 is adjacent to the flame retardant layer 2. The stability of the protective reflecting layer is superior to that of the metal reflecting layer, and the protective reflecting layers are arranged on two sides of the metal reflecting layer to play a role in protecting the metal reflecting layer. Of course, the protective reflective layer also has a certain reflective ability, and has a high reflectivity for a specific wavelength band. In some embodiments, the layers are prepared by vapor deposition: the first protective reflective layer 32 is deposited on the flame retardant layer 2, then the metal reflective layer 31 is deposited, and finally the second protective reflective layer 33 is deposited.
The adhesive layer 4 is used to adhere the heat radiation reflecting layer 3 and the protective layer 5. The adhesive layer 4 is adjacent to the second protective reflective layer 33. The adhesive layer 4 is a transparent adhesive layer.
Protective layer 5 is transparent polymer layer, and protective layer 5's effect mainly is protection heat radiation reflecting layer 3, reduces external environment to heat radiation reflecting layer 3's influence, further improves heat radiation reflecting layer 3's life. Meanwhile, the transparent polymer layer is selected as the protective layer 5, so that the protective layer 5 can be prevented from influencing the heat radiation reflecting layer 3 to play the function. The protective layer 5 may be, but is not limited to, a polyethylene layer, a PET layer.
The foregoing has described the general principles, essential features, and advantages of the application. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present application is not limited to the embodiments described above, which are merely illustrative of the principles of the application, but that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the application, and these changes and modifications are intended to be within the scope of the application as claimed.
