It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, it need not be further defined and explained in subsequent figures.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the terms "center", "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", and the like indicate the position or positional relationship based on the position or positional relationship shown in the drawings, or the position or positional relationship which is usually placed when the product of the present invention is used, and are only for convenience of description and simplification of the description, but do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a specific position, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention. Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," "third," and the like are used solely to distinguish one from another and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Furthermore, the terms "horizontal", "vertical", "overhang" and the like do not imply that the components are required to be absolutely horizontal or overhang, but may be slightly inclined. For example, "horizontal" merely means that the direction is more horizontal than "vertical" and does not mean that the structure must be perfectly horizontal, but may be slightly inclined.
In the description of the present invention, it should also be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "disposed," "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a tool 100 for positioning a hole, including: the cylindrical part 110 is arranged to be connected with a tool shank of a machine tool, in the embodiment, the tool is moved to a hole position by clamping and fixing the tool shank of the machine tool, and a bench worker uses an auxiliary device to drill a hole;
a positioning part 120, which is arranged in the horizontal extension direction of the cylindrical part 110, wherein the positioning part 120 is a playground-shaped column with a vertical section, and the playground-shaped column is provided with two rectangular planes 121 which are axisymmetric based on the cylindrical part 110; the positioning part 120 is further provided with a first through hole 122, and the first through hole 122 vertically penetrates through the rectangular plane 121; in the embodiment, the first through hole 122 is formed in the column body with the rectangular plane 121, so that the cutter is prevented from being eccentric in the machining process, the precision can be ensured, the hole is made by a bench worker, the types of angle heads/elbows can be reduced, and the cost is saved;
the other end of the positioning part 120 is further provided with a first chamfer 123, and the first chamfer 123 is arranged at one of the arc-shaped edges of the playground-shaped column body; the positioning portion 120 is further provided with a second chamfer 124, the second chamfer 124 is provided on either side of the horizontal edge of the playground-like end face, and the first chamfer 123 and the second chamfer 124 in this embodiment are used for avoiding parts.
Preferably, the cylindrical portion 120 and the positioning portion 120 in the present embodiment are integrally molded.
More specifically, the angle of the first chamfer 123 in this embodiment is chamfer 5 × 5. The chamfer radius of the second chamfer 124 is 13 mm. The diameter of the first through-hole 122 is 7 mm. The diameter of the tool is 20 mm. The length of the tool is 120 mm. The length of the cylinder with the section is 32mm, and the distance from the hole center to the bottom surface is 6.8 mm.
In summary, the tool of the present invention is used for assisting the bench worker to drill the precision hole meeting the standard, and by providing the cylindrical portion 120, the cylindrical portion 120 is matched with the tool holder for connecting and fixing the tool with the machine tool; two flat surfaces are provided on the positioning part 120 for preventing the tool from being deviated when machining; a first through hole 122 is formed in the positioning portion 120 for avoiding a tool; the bottom surface of the positioning part 120 is provided with a first chamfer 123 and a second chamfer 124 for avoiding parts, so that a bench worker can still meet the fine hole machining work of the side surface of an airplane part without using an expensive angle head, and the machining cost is reduced.
