the dispersing frame (41), the dispersing frame (41) is connected with the emulsifying head (4), and the brush (42) is arranged on the dispersing frame (41);
the emulsifying plate (43) is arranged on the lower side of the emulsifying head (4), and the emulsifying plate (43) is uniformly distributed around the axis of the emulsifying head (4).
