the membrane evaporation separation unit comprises a membrane evaporator (2-1), a circulating pump (2-2), a membrane separator (2-3) and a material transfer pump (2-4); wherein the membrane evaporator (2-1) is provided with a feed liquid inlet, a gas phase inlet, a condensed water outlet, a first concentrated feed liquid outlet and a second concentrated feed liquid outlet; the feed liquid inlet of the membrane evaporator (2-1) is arranged at the top, the first concentrated feed liquid outlet and the second concentrated feed liquid outlet of the membrane evaporator (2-1) are both arranged at the bottom, the feed liquid inlet of the membrane evaporator (2-1) is connected with the first concentrated feed liquid outlet through a circulating pump (2-2), the first concentrated feed liquid outlet is connected with the concentrated feed liquid inlet of the membrane separator (2-3), and the second feed liquid outlet of the membrane evaporator (2-1) is connected with the feed liquid inlet of the evaporation crystallizer (3-1) through a material transfer pump (2-4); a feed liquid inlet of the membrane evaporator (2-1) is connected with a feed liquid outlet of the raw steam plate type heat exchanger (1-5) and a condensed water outlet of the condensed water tank;
the membrane separator (2-3) is provided with a concentrated feed liquid feeding hole, a concentrated feed liquid discharging hole, a steam outlet and a condensed water outlet; wherein, the steam outlet is arranged at the top of the membrane separator (2-3), the concentrated feed liquid discharge port is arranged at the lower end of the membrane separator (2-3), the steam outlet of the membrane separator (2-3) is connected with the inlet of the secondary steam purification unit through a pipeline, and the concentrated feed liquid outlet of the membrane separator (2-3) is communicated with the feed liquid inlet of the membrane evaporator (2-1) through a pipeline;
the forced circulation evaporative crystallization unit comprises an evaporative crystallizer (3-1), a forced circulation pump (3-2), a forced circulation heat exchanger (3-3), a crystal slurry pump (3-4) and a crystallized salt separator (3-5); the evaporation crystallizer (3-1) is provided with a feed liquid inlet, a steam outlet, a strong brine outlet, a crystal slurry outlet and a steam outlet; wherein, a steam outlet of the evaporative crystallizer (3-1) is arranged at the top of the evaporative crystallizer (3-1), the steam outlet is connected with an inlet of the secondary steam purification unit, and a strong brine outlet of the evaporative crystallizer (3-1) is connected with an inlet of the forced circulation heat exchanger (3-3) through a forced circulation pump (3-2);
the crystallized salt separator (3-5) is provided with a crystal slurry inlet, a mother liquid outlet, a non-crystallized mother liquid outlet and a crystallized salt outlet; wherein, a crystal slurry outlet of the evaporative crystallizer (3-1) is connected with a crystal slurry inlet of a crystallized salt separator (3-5) through a crystal slurry pump (3-4), a mother liquor outlet of the crystallized salt separator (3-5) is connected with an inlet of a forced circulation heat exchanger (3-3) through a forced circulation pump (3-2), and a non-crystallized mother liquor outlet of the crystallized salt separator (3-5) is connected with an inlet of a purification treatment device;
the secondary steam purification unit comprises a scrubbing tower (4-1); the gas washing tower (4-1) is provided with a gas phase inlet, a gas phase outlet and a condensed water recycling inlet; a steam inlet of the scrubbing tower (4-1) is communicated with a steam outlet of the membrane separator (2-3) and a steam outlet of the evaporative crystallizer (3-1), and a steam outlet of the scrubbing tower (4-1) is communicated with an inlet of the steam compression unit; the gas washing device is provided with a condensed water recycling inlet; wherein, the steam of the membrane separator (2-3) is connected with the gas phase inlet of the scrubbing tower (4-1) through a pipeline, and the steam outlet of the evaporative crystallizer (3-1) is connected with the gas phase inlet of the scrubbing tower (4-1); the gas phase outlet of the gas washing tower (4-1) is communicated with the inlet of the vapor compression unit;
the vapor compression unit comprises a first compressor (5-1), a second compressor (5-2) and a third compressor (5-3); the first compressor (5-1), the second compressor (5-2) and the third compressor (5-3) are respectively provided with a steam inlet, a steam outlet and a water outlet, a machine seal water inlet and a fresh steam inlet, and the second compressor (5-2) is provided with a first steam outlet and a second steam outlet; wherein, a steam inlet of the first compressor (5-1) is communicated with a gas phase outlet of the scrubber tower (4-1), a steam outlet of the first compressor (5-1) is communicated with a steam inlet of the second compressor (5-2), and a first steam outlet of the second compressor (5-2) is communicated with a steam inlet of the third compressor (5-3); a steam outlet of the third compressor (5-3) is communicated with a heat source inlet of the forced circulation heat exchanger (3-3), and a steam outlet of the forced circulation heat exchanger (3-3) is communicated with a steam inlet of the membrane evaporator (2-1); a second steam outlet of the second compressor (5-2) is communicated with a heat source inlet of the membrane evaporator (2-1), and a steam outlet of the membrane evaporator (2-1) is communicated with a steam inlet of the non-condensing heat exchanger (1-4).
3. The system according to claim 2, characterized in that the water outlet of the first compressor (5-1), the water outlet of the second compressor (5-2) and the water outlet of the third compressor (5-3) are all in communication with the water inlet of the condensate-collecting device.

The system according to claim 2, characterized in that the water outlet of the raw steam plate heat exchanger (1-5) is in communication with the water inlet of a condensate collecting device; the water outlet of the membrane evaporator (2-1) and the water outlet of the forced circulation heat exchanger (3-3) are communicated with the water inlet of a condensed water collecting device; the water outlet of the condensed water collecting device is communicated with the water inlet of the condensed water heat exchange device, and the condensed water of the condensed water heat exchange device is discharged from the water outlet.

The system of claim 2, wherein the condensate collection device outlet communicates with the condensate heat exchange device inlet, and wherein the condensate collection device has four inlets, namely, the membrane evaporator condensate inlet, the forced circulation heat exchanger condensate inlet, the raw steam heat exchange device condensate inlet, and the first/second/third compressor seal water inlets.
9. The system of claim 2, wherein the condensed water heat exchange device, the non-condensed gas heat exchange device, or the raw steam heat exchange device is a plate heat exchanger.
10. The system of claim 2, wherein the membrane evaporator is a falling film evaporator and the membrane separator is a falling film separator.
